I went in today the young lady with dreads there was not only helpful but very kind understanding and made sure my issue was taken care of 100% . They drop your phone and refuse to do an exchange with a defective product when it is still under return policy period. Terrible customer service. Bought a new LG Stylo 3 on 9/15/17, transferred my old number (have been a Boost customer for years) in-store and walked out no problem. Next day Im using the phone, turn it off, button sticks, turn it back on and its fine but the power button sticks a little and feels loose in the phone. So I went back tonight, 9/18, to ask if they could fix it or exchange the phone. Woman working there said no, they need a six day warranty (which I was under), looked at the phone, said she didnt see any problem with it, but offered to call her manager. I said OK. She called her manager - didnt really explain what was wrong with it, said she didnt see any issue to her manager, ended phone call with him and told me she couldnt do anything. She said that the person who sold me the phone would have noticed any issue with the power button when they sold it to me - well, duh! The issue occurred a day after I got it, but she wouldnt let me explain that until after she talked to her manager. She told me to contact the manufacturer and refused to exchange my phone or fix the problem. I went in there with my dad and he was looking to buy a new phone - I walked out of there upset with the store, and he walked out of there without buying a new phone. She also dropped my phone while looking at it, from like 3 feet up from the desk to the ground, and when I asked her if she had dropped my phone and was refusing to fix the problem I came in there with, she said yes and she had dropped it by accident. This is by far the worst retail experience Ive ever had - not only did my issue not get fixed, but she dropped my phone so it might be even more damaged now!!! Dont go here - this place is the worst. They dont fix your problems, dont care about their customers, dont listen to your issues, and drop your phone. Only reason I give it 1 star is because I cant give it 0. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible customer service. Went with my daughter to exchange her new LG Stylo 3, which had developed problems with the fingerprint/power button 2 days after purchase. In spite of Boost 7 day return policy, she was denied any exchange or replacement and was told to contact LG. They then dropped her phone on the floor, and when my astonished daughter asked the sales person if they had just dropped her phone, she replied, Yes, but it was accidental. Extremely rude, confrontational, and in my opinion (since Boost provides 7 day return policy) dishonest sales clerk. If you want to go with Boost, dont ever go here. Order online instead.
Got a new unlocked iPhone XR and they told me my phone was locked and couldn’t be activated. Charged me the $15 to activate and didn’t activate it or give me a refund. Also charged me $10 for the SIM card and told me I could not get a refund. Bunch of idiots. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.

The phone number to this company is someones cell phone number who never answers. Ive been getting the run around about how to get my phone fixed.
