My second time visiting this location. Honestly been other places and there’s not a single repair shop that compares. If anything they remind you of a carrier, very upfront about all repairs. Luke and Kyle were the two working the desk, very good people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My phone screen shattered today. I called this store at 5, dropped my phone off at 5:30, and had a completely fixed phone by 6:30. I can’t believe how easy this was. I will definitely recommend to anyone for a phone repair. Also, the employees are super friendly. Not I-Work-In-Customer-Service-And-Have-To-Be-Nice friendly, but genuinely friendly.

Chris is awesome he helped me figure out my iPhone and he also help me figure out my iPad go here if you need anything or replaced or even wants to sell anything they pay top dollar

It’s so nice to buy a ‘new to me’ phone in great condition for a fraction of the cost. No one hounding me to upgrade or switch plans. Kyle was very helpful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. The process to transfer my information from my old phone took a while but that was my own fault for not memorizing a passcode. Purchased a iPhone 11 and touch screen works sometimes and also keeps popping up message saying cannot not verify original apple touch screen. Had the phone for 35 days and want to charge me 140 dollars to repair. Not a happy customer smartphone plus!!!

Had them replace a cracked screen on my tablet. Nothing was wrong with it other than the cracked screen. When it was finished the edge of the case didn’t attach to the screen which wasn’t an issue when I brought it to them. I was told I could either receive 50% off the cost of replacing or take a different used tablet with less memory for $99. Both of which were not a solution. They offered to try again with different screens however I felt that wouldn’t make much of a difference and didn’t trust them fixing it again. I ended up walking away with my tablet looking like this. Wouldn’t recommend. Very disappointed.

VERY poor quality of tempered glass screen protector. Cracked twice in a week and I never dropped it. Previous glass lasted 4 years without a crack. When I went back in, they simply stated it was too bad and had no warrantee or guarantee with the product. Find a better product with a guarantee.

I went into today and sold my IPad 6th generation and my Apple Watch series 4. Online it told me 330 but when I got there he told me 240 saying the website is doing maintenance 🤷‍♀️ I only agreed because I don’t use the electronics like that anymore.. but I feel like they are cheap
