I was a little leery of bringing my MacBook to a cell phone repair shop. These guys really knew what they were doing. Fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable amount. I had to wait a full three hours to get my computer back. Highly recommended.

I came to get my phone screen repaired here. I made a mistake though, and needed to pick up my phone early. Jacob was very understanding and charged me only the $35 minimum labor fee for the time he had already spent working on it - I was more than fine with that, as I did feel I had wasted his time.However, when he gave me my phone back, the back glass was now broken too. He said he broke it as he was taking off the front screen, and was planning on fixing it before getting it back to me. I dont know if thats something thats common when repairing phones, but it drastically reduced my ability to file an insurance claim. To fix the screen only, my deductible would have only been $29. But now that the back glass is also broken, its going to cost me $170 to fix.I completely understand that it was my bad to have to stop the repair in the middle of his work, and I was more than happy to pay him for his time. But I dont appreciate having to pay a LOT more for an insurance claim due to a mistake that wasnt on my part. Jacob was very nice and courteous, but I dont know if the quality of the work done here is very good due to this.

Just went in to ask how much it would be to fix my charging port, he cleaned my charing port free of charge and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended for anyone needing repairs or cleaning.

Jake, went to my work and received my payment. The work, was done in a reasonable period of time. Jake, delivered my phone when the work was completed, to my residence. Very professional, my phone works better than before I cracked the screen.

They got me fixed up. Communication could improve but the work was satisfactory.

Austin was very helpful in finding a solution to fixing my laptop I brought in. He tried his best to get it done in time and called with details to let me know where hes at in the process I highly recommend him. Took less than a week.

Was told to come in on Monday or Tuesday to have the screen repaired. Spent over $150 dlars and they are not even open and it is 11:10. I called the number and it goes to voicemail.

My boyfriend took his phone there because his screen was shattered, they replaced it and installed it incorrectly so he couldnt use his phone because apps were closing and switching on their own. He notified them of the issue and they said they would fix it, but before they did the new screen they installed cracked when he tapped the screen (not a hard tap, a regular typing tap) and they refused to replace the screen because of this crack. I dont feel feel that its unreasonable to replace a screen we paid $100+ for that they knew was malfunctioning so well never be going back 🙃. If you want a phone screen properly installed consider going elsewhere because judging by some of the other reviews we arent the only ones who had issues with a screen after it was installed.

They did a great job repairing the screen on my iPhone. The repair was not complete the first time; the home button did not work. I took it back and they fixed it in 10 minutes. They are quick. The screen is not perfect. I can tell that it is a little off compared to the original. But it works now and has no cracks. I recommend this repair shop.

I dropped my phone and paid $100 for a new screen. It took a week and a half to get the screen in only to find out that it was for the wrong model. I waited 4 more days and it was fixed. Only problem is that it does not work correctly all the time, it clicks/touches things on my screen randomly and texting is an issue most times. I went back in to have them fix it again but they couldnt do anything about it. I would recommend going somewhere else

Went in right when they opened dropped my phone off and told me to come back in an hour. Thought awesome wouldn’t be long at all came back in an hour and the guy told me he was unable to get to my phone yet cause it’d been busy and that my phone was now 3rd in line because two other people who had come in bought the express fix. How was I ever to know there was an express fix and I was the first one in there so why should I need to buy one when I’m already first thinking my phone is going to be done when I come back?!?! Terrible customer service!!

I have been getting our family of 4 phones here for many years. They do all of our phone repairs, as my kids tend to be rough with their phones.They are more cost effective than anywhere else that I have found. Fast service, friendly, & knowledgeable staff. Fixed my Daughters cracked screen on her new phone for a reasonable price- highly reccomend. The cell phone co. RIPS you off w/phone repair, making you turn in your warrantied phone for a $200 deductible, just go here instead!

My husband took his phone here and so far the results have been awful. His screen was cracked, but still worked, and they didnt have one in stock, so they ordered one and he paid extra to have overnight shipping. 3 days later the screen finally arrives, from about 300 miles away. That screen does not work. They order another screen. 2 days later, the screen does not work and when hooked up to the computer it does not even recognize the device. The phone will not turn on at all. Today I went to the store with him and the owner was there but not working. When we arrived he threw my husbands phone on the counter for one of the employees and said take care of this, I dont think it works. As all of this is going on he was given a loaner phone, the mic didnt work, so he had them fix it. Then the battery wouldnt charge. Within 8 days my husband has been there 7 times!!!! Not only is the owner horrible for running off like that but one of the employees was cursing when my husband became upset. I will say that the Asian fellow that was trying to help my husband was okay, I understand that it isnt his fault that his boss is a special kind of stupid. At this point they are still going to try to fix it. My husband was given a new loaner phone, that is by no means decent. My guess is that all of the videos and pictures of our son that were on his phone have been lost, as he has not backed it up in a little over a month. I am very highly disappointed.

The staff was curtious and knowledgeable. They put a new screen on my Moto G4 for a much better price than any of the other local cell phone repair stores offered. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I brought my cracked screen to CR Cell Phone Repair. They charged me more than they had originally said they would, and it took longer too. I would have been fine with this if it were good service, but it was not. They handed me my phone afterwords and said they needed to do some tests. First one, was Touch ID. It didnt work, they had pressed the button too far in and they had to go back and fix it. When they gave it back, they wouldnt do the rest of the testing. I got home and a couple minutes into using my phone, it stopped working. I couldnt scroll, type or click on anything. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Their manager michael schmidt fixed my computer screen today while we went to other stores and they said that it would cost $300.00 but he fixed it for free exellent costumer service here thank you for fixing my computer

I was ready to leave my 2 Samsung Galaxy S7s for them to fix....when the guy says, Oh. I guess we dont have the parts. Went to CPR across the street and Michael price matched CR Cell Phone Repairs price. Go there, instead.

I dropped my phone off at their shop on a Friday and they told me they have the part and if they didnt call later that night then it will be done the next day. So, I went in the next day and they had it tore apart in a plastic bag, and told me they had the wrong part. They said they will over night it Monday and finish it Tuesday and I can pick it up then. Its Wednesday I called them and they said they are working on it, this is around noon. I had my Dad stop by after work at like 6:30. They told him they havent even started on it. I paid them $86 and expected it the next day. All it needed was a new screen and digitizer. If I would have known it would take a week I would have taken it somewhere else! I just think that this is total bull.

They broke my ear piece while replacing a screen. They lied when they said they would redo it. I waited weeks and kept calling to see when they would fix it. Now im stuck using my phone on speaker phone only and people hang up on me all the time because they cant hear me.

Ive gotten 3 phones fixed here and they all turned out horrible. For example, one was a shattered screen they had fixed, then white spots started to appear all over screen. My friend has gotten his phone fixed here to and days after getting fixed many pixels go dead and they offer a 30 day warranty but always find a curve around that in order to not give you it once you try using it. Phone got fixed very quick in only 2 hours but the quality of the fix was beyond horrible. I could see my screen lighting up all through to corners of my screen as if it was not pushed in all the way. Ive never had to write a bad review on a place before but this place has genuinely made me feel the need to. You would be MUCH better off going to somewhere else and spending $10-30 more to get your phone fixed. The only reason I am even giving this place 1 star is because it forces me to, I would easily give 0 stars. Take my advice and DO NOT go to CR Cell Phone Repair in Lindale Mall if you want your phone fixed correctly..

I was in there a couple of weeks ago to have my iPhone 6 Pluss screen replaced. I tried to do it myself and didnt have all the parts and since I had to go out of town in two days I had to have a rush put on it. Well I had called to see if they would be able to do it in time. I spoke to the Manager to see what they can do for me, he said no problem if I got in there at a certain time it he can get it done.Well things got busy for me and I didnt get there until late. I spoke to two of the ladies their and since I had the phone apart and in pieces she wasnt able to match all the screws up the exact same way. (Theres a part of the phone where each screw is a different size - the you tube videos I watched that teaches you how to replace a screen failed to mention that part.)Well instead of just attempting to fix it and mess it up like so other places may do, the tech explained to me about it and said she would have have her manager look at it first thing in the morning.I am so grateful for her honesty cause the last thing I need is for my phone to fall apart. I run my business off of this and cant affford to be without it for any length of time.The following day my wife picked up my phone and when I got it back they even put a high quality screen protector on there at no charge.The entire staff was VERY friendly, quick and precise. I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to make sure that the job is done right the first time. I went in spite of the bad reviews because they were the only ones with the part on hand for my phone. I talked to Rob, when I turned it over to him he said itd be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. I showed up an hour and half later and it was done and working perfectly.

They dont know how to repair phones. They charge you first and cause more damage then want you to pay them more for that. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to do business with them. Very rude people work there. They have that document well designed to cover their mess. Not worth.

I went here to get a quote to fix my iPhone 8 screen and they said it would be $180 I went to cpr on the other side of the road and they did it for $140 and I can’t even tell a difference in my screen. DO NOT GO HERE!

Came in to get charging port fixed.. ended up being around $45 more than the original price quoted. They broke my screen in the process and started to fix it without asking me first, then they tried to charge me for the screen. Got the phone home, phone charges but will not hold charge like it should, battery now drains even when phone is turned off. They ended up breaking more than they fixed.

This place is a joke! All talk and no show! They pay for overnight but never seems to get there till 3 days later. They suck go somewhere else it will save you headache and a lot of time!

They told me my phone was going to take a maximum of 5 hours to fix the broken screen and that they would deliver it to the store I worked at in the mall, 5 hours and 20 minutes later I go to check on it and they say that it is going to be at least another half hour. They were very rude and unprofessional.
