This boutique is wonderful! I went shopping here with my sister for her wedding dress, and we had an amazing experience. The shop is so clean and just overall beautiful. The owner really listened to what my sister liked and didnt like in dresses and brought in suggestions based on what she said. One of the designers White Willow carries is very customizable, so my sister was able to find the perfect dress with every detail she was looking for. The seating for anyone shopping with the bride is also very comfortable. We were told that they only schedule one appointment at a time, which really helps the experience feel more personal and special. I cant say enough about how great this place is, and I highly recommend it to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!

Kelli, the owner, is great. She opened during a winter storm warning just for me as I had family in town for only one weekend to go wedding dress shopping. She was very kind and patient as I tried on and retried over 10 dresses. Shes not at all pushy. She helps you get the dress on and then stands back and lets you decide. I found my dress here, she gave me a large discount for buying it off the rack, and she even had champagne and cupcakes to celebrate.

Hands down a wonderful place to shop! I cannot say enough good things about Kelli. She is down-to-earth, no pressure, and genuine. Professional and sincere. (No fake excitement or scripted sucking up.) Her variety of styles is excellent. Her choice of designers is based on what not only the beauty of their designs but the customizing options and customer service. One dress style can be ordered a dozen different ways to fit the personality of the bride and make it one of a kind. Dont be afraid of the prices or the fact that the shop is by appointment only. Prices are on par with every other shop in town and youd be surprised the extra bang for your buck that actually competes with most shops in the corridor. The appointment only is TRULY meant to keep all the attention on you. You get the whole place to yourself. Also! Girls of all shapes and sizes can find something here...my bride friend (who is probably somewhere around a size 20) felt so comfortable and truly appreciated her experience here. Thank you Kelli!

White Willow was an amazing boutique. Kelli was very down to earth and friendly. She listened to what the bride wanted and helped her find the perfect dress. The whole place has a much more comfortable atmosphere than most bridal boutiques. Would 100% recommend it to anyone shopping for their special day.

I loved my experience at White Willow. I was the only appointment at the time, so they welcomed me with my name on the chalkboard up front and I had the full attention of the sales rep. She was so helpful and attentive and really took the time to explain things to me but let me make my own decisions. It was quiet and calm so I was able to really evaluate the dresses without the distractions of other shoppers. They had cookies and water and the store was decorated perfectly for a bridal boutique: classy and cute. I ultimately did not end up buying my dress there because I found the one at another boutique, but White Willow was by far my favorite dress shopping experience.

This place puts other bridal stores to shame, especially in eastern Iowa. Before going to White Willow, I had tried quite a few different stores in the area and left empty handed, disappointed, and self confidence crushed. As a last effort to keeping my business local, I made an appointment with White Willow. When I arrived, I was greeted by the store owner Kelli and she asked what type I was looking for and showed me the dresses. She made suggestions and let me and my group pick them out. The store was beautiful inside, with a very upscale feel. I was feeling unsure because of the sizing on the dresses I had already tried. I had already been to other stores where none of the dresses would zip or come close to zipping and was forced to come out with a completely open back and show people and look in the mirror and pretend that it would be perfect in another size.I was pleased to see that at White Willow the dress sizes started at 12 and went up, and had different styles mixed on the rack. You didnt have to go to a certain section based on your size. After trying on the 1st dress with Kelli, I knew this place was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and I was soon able to relax and enjoy trying on dresses. And the dresses! Are gorgeous, quality gowns that are quite true to size. I am a size 14-16 and I was able to zip or almost zip all dresses that I tried on near that size range. And the ones that wouldnt quite zip, Kelli pulled together and made them feel like they fit. Out of 6 dresses I found my perfect one, and actually bought it off the rack that night because for once, it fit!Kelli was very professional, both in her appearance and knowledge for wedding dresses. She took her time to make sure I found what I wanted and needed. Appointments at White Willow are also private, so you have the undivided attention you deserve as a bride. AND After I said yes to my dress, we celebrated with complimentary wine! The experience I had at White Willow, is what every bride should get when looking for a dress. I simply cannot express, how impressed I was with this business and the service I received. I would highly recommend White Willow to anyone looking for a wedding dress, and go here first!

Kelli is incredible! She was very patient with me and my guests I brought with. I thought I had made an appointment one day, turns out I didnt. She took me in anyways and I was ready to go. Super sweet for doing that. The store was clean and elegant and she had a lot of background knowledge on each designer and dress. Fantastic!

My friend is getting married next October (2019) and just started dress shopping. She started off with a bad experience at a chain bridal store, but her dress shopping experience completely turned around after her experience at White Willow Bridal Boutique! The owner was absolutely fabulous. The store was beautiful. There was a variety of dresses. She narrowed it down to two dresses in the store and we plan on coming back within the month to get the one! The owner even sent our bride off into the world with a cupcake. Too sweet! It was an impressive experience, even as just a bridesmaid. Highly recommend.

I walked into White Willow very discouraged from dress shopping. Everywhere else I went to I was either too big or too small for dresses. Every sample dress in this store were in a larger size, so I was able to try on each dress I liked. I called and they luckily were able to get me in within the hour. They only do one appointment at a time, so all the attention was given to me. I found my dress and could no be happier with the experience! We ended the appointment with a toast of champagne! This is exactly how the bridal experience should be. I tried every bridal boutique in the cedar rapids area, and I would definitely recommend this shop over the others!! Thanks, Kelli!

I wish I could give White Willow more than 5 stars. I had just an amazing experience. Kelli went above and beyond.I had such a unique situation. I bought one dress from White Willow and it was starting to be discontinued, and they did not have enough fabric to make the dress.Kelli was amazing through the entire process, with me emailing her a million times to letting me come in to try on more dresses. Ill admit I was/am a very needy bride. She was fast in her responses and even helped me calm down a few times.I am so thankful that I found White Willow. I went to quite a few different shops and the experience at White Willow was so personal and so unique from everywhere else. I was treated like I mattered, I wasnt just another bride. She made me feel important. And every appointment I had with her was so personal, I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was all about me. Not the sale. Thats what really made White Willow so great.I highly recommend Kelli, best experience by far. Just amazing.

Kelli and the whole experience at White Willow Boutique was more than I could have asked for. The one-on-one time is an experience that you wont get at other bridal places. She knows exactly which dresses to pull when you describe what you are looking for and she is very knowledgeable. I would recommend White Willow to any bride just for the experience alone, but of course the dresses are absolutely gorgeous and affordable as well!

Well, giving credit where credit is due, the buying experience was exactly what I had hoped for. I paid for my dress in full that day in June and was told I should hear around November. November and December came and went, I reached out and January and received a call back later stating that since I hadnt picked a wedding date the manufacturer had pushed my dress down in priority. It is nearly April, I still have not heard, Ive called multiple times to no avail. My hope hear, is that MAYBE Kelly will see this and attempt to revotfy the situation.
