As someone already not excited for planning a wedding, I was hoping to get excited by trying on dresses. When I told the older employee when my wedding was she kind of scoffed at me and pointed me in the direction of the sizes. Another lady after me came in with a closer date and the employee was much more polite and made small talk with the other customer. After I picked out a few to try the employee then told me because they were understaffed, I couldnt try some of them on by myself and Id just have to look at the rest. The lady who came after me with a closer date, received help trying on her dresses right away in the fitting area. The whole thing didnt help my spirits to say the least.

Amazing shop! My future sister in law and I went to look for wedding dresses and you can pick out whatever you like to try on! The staff was super friendly and they even helped me zip up the dress if i needed! The experience was wonderful! And they have affordable dresses. I got my wedding dress for $200!

Went here for the first time the other day and I will be back. They have so much variety and great quality items. I was there in search of a wedding dress. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. My friends had fun being able to go thru and pick out styles they thought I should try on. That was great because they picked things I never thought of trying. It was so much fun. They also have all the accessories you need. All at fantastic prices!If youre looking for an elegant outfit for yourself I would highly recommend.

They have a surprisingly large selection of wedding dresses here. If youre on a tight budget I definitely suggest giving this place a visit. The staff is very friendly and I absolutely love that you can take pictures of the dresses you like! They are not exclusively a bridal shop so employees can be busy with other customers but overall I had a great experience coming here.

Bought my wedding dress from them last week. Great customer service and plenty of dresses to choose from! Seeing the prices was very exciting after shopping at other bridal stores. Most if not all the dresses I tried on were under $1,000 and great quality. The dress I chose was in the $350-$400 price range. Kenna was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for any bride or brides family looking for something to wear!

I thought I might share my horrible experience at Elegant Repeats. I had brought my prom dress in after trying to sell it online on a few for sale sites. About a week after I brought my dress in- my grandma had passed away. In which she had bought me the dress, so I decided that I would try to get it back because it has sentimental value to me. I had called and talked to a manager telling her my situation and asking if I could come pick up my dress, and VERY rudely she responded with, You just want to go and sell it dont you? She eventually told me that I could come pick up the dress but I couldnt consign there again- which is fine with me after the way she treated me on the phone. About 3 hours later as I was leaving to go pick up my dress I got a phone call from Elegant Repeats- it was the owner. She continued to tell me that I couldnt come pick up my dress and accused me of lying about my situation. I told her that I was coming to pick up my dress- they had already said I could and they cant tell me that I cant now. I went to pick up my dress and they had made me pay $25 to pick up my OWN dress. From my experience they are very unprofessional and I hope that they change the way that they treat and speak to customers because no one should have to experience what I did.

I found the perfect dress here, it was actually the first one I tried on! I’m glad that I could support a local business. My only complaint is that some of the employees could work on their customer service- but that’s okay, as they obviously have a lot of customers to take care of! They have a nice selection of prom and homecoming dresses as well.

My wife and i went here to browse some formal wear. She tried on a few dresses and the young gal that helped us was nice. It was a busy Sunday and the staff were busy so my wife went out a grabbed a couple of wedding dresses to try on. Before we know it an older woman staff member is barging i to the dressing room, my wife is half clothed, and starts interrogating us about if a staff member helped us with the dresses. We said no and she got very upset and rudely stated that a stagf person has to help you with the wedding dresses. We apologized not knowing this was a policy as it is stated nowhere in writing in the store. She then kept opening the curtain and looking at my wife, still half dressed, and asking if she had tried it on yet or not. At this point things were getting hostile so we said no and got the hell out of there. Nothing like being made to feel like trash the first time you go into a store. I will not go back there again. Very unprofessional for a simple misunderstanding that could have been handled in a much morePleasant way.

AMAZING! I had such a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping here! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and accommodating! The assistant who helped me, Caitlyn, was so helpful and I never once felt pressured to try on or buy something I wasnt comfortable with. After having a horrendous experience at Davids Bridal, it was refreshing to be treated so well. The selection of dresses was great, and I walked away with a new dress that I adore, that is also way under my budget! I cant say enough great things about this place! I will definitely be returning.

Elegant Repeats was a much nicer store than I was expecting. There are only a few differences between it and other bridal stores. One is that it offers affordable gowns to those on a very tight budget. In addition to gently used gowns, they have a rack of dresses which can be ordered to size. If a bride is particular about having the latest selection, she would find the store to be more limited. We didnt find a gown there because most dresses were strapless and that was not what we were looking for. I think there is a trend change now, so it is probably less of a problem mid-trend. They also have prom and bridesmaid dresses. I gave them 5 stars because they were helpful, friendly, and are what they advertise to be. Even better than expected.

Hold tight, its a long one! Over the weekend, I went wedding dress shopping by myself. Knowing its prom season, I expected to be ignored or not taken seriously since I was alone. What I got was quite the opposite! Kylee greeted me and gave me a little tour of the bridal gowns. She let me look at them at my own pace, and took them to the dressing room for me when I was ready to try them on. She showed genuine interest in what my wedding was all about and the look I was going for. While deciding what I liked, Brittan and Kylee were the best cheerleaders! Also, for each dress I tried on, every employee that walked by had something kind to say about how I looked. Every employee! I cant believe how well I was treated. Its obvious that the whole staff enjoys working there and cares about their customers. The store itself is clean and welcoming, and they have a fantastic assortment of clothes, shoes, and accessories. I went back Tuesday night and bought the dress of my dreams. I cant thank Kylee, Brittan, and the rest of the Elegant Repeats staff enough for my great experience. Keep it up, ladies!

Was really loving the experience and the dresses and was going to buy one until one of the ladys decided to be rude and think my soon to be husband hit our daughter because she had peed in her pants when all he did was have her go to the car while I got changed out of the dress which I liked. To top it all off she called the cops out acussing him of hitting her and shoving her into a clothing rack. When she had walked into the middle of where the dresses where at on her own and the lady asked her to get out. She did get out. We told her to stay out of them. They came and seen us and said she did not even look any where near being hit she was just red in the face from crying cause she got talked to about peeing in her pants cause she has had a lot of potty accidents lately cause she dont let u know hey I got to go.

They told my wife that she could re-consign a dress after the wedding she was in. We dry-cleaned it after use and tried to re-consign it. We were told that we could not because the dress was yellow. Clerk was rude to my wife and the owner was rude to me on the phone. Definitely better options in town than a place that doesnt keep their word.

My favorite store. Have been going there for 25 years.You need a formal or just jeans thats the place. Staff is more than willing to help you

I got my wedding dress there 16 years ago, I had a good experience there, I got a dress from the previous year stock and it was very reasonable $325.00 at that time,I am thinking about taking my daughter there when the time comes for her shop, I would recommend that store

I love that this store sells high end used purses (Coach, Frye, Michael Kors, etc.), both casual and business clothes and shoes, and prom and wedding wear and accessories. Great shopping for all occasions.

HORRIBLE experience! They had good reviews, and they go over how an appointment isnt necessary, so I went in when they opened. I got greeted, and she said over there are the dresses that are less formal and over there are the more formal ones and left me to it. I dug around for 10-15 minutes, and didnt see anything I liked, more importantly, though they say starting at $99 and up, I only saw one dress under $300, most of the dresses were marked new and were $500 and up.Not one time did either of the two ladies there, who werent doing anything, ask me if I wanted to try something on and the only dress I wanted to try on was almost $1000!When I was leaving the one lady asked me what my date was and said Come back, bring friends, try on some dresses! I will not go back.I didnt even get to try on a dress, and instead went into my car and cried because I really wanted to try on my first wedding dress and got no service at all.
