They worked me in in a matter of minutes over lunch break. They cleaned my windows and changed my oil very efficiently, and I still had time to buy and eat lunch. Great work ethic to the team at jiffy lube!

Very quick lof. Personable and professional manager. Would definitely give them repeat business. Would like to have had a brief rundown on another items they checked other than the lof. And there was obviously some slopping of used oil as evidenced by the oil stains on my driveway overnight.

Went for a oil change and also for them to top anything that needed filled when we got home we check under the hood and the antifreeze that was low was still low but on the paperwork it says everything was full went back and they gave me a hard time and still didn’t fill it up.

I showed up just to have my oil and transmission checked none of these guys were customer service greetings at all vehicle was checked he came in the office said my car was ready dint ask if I needed anything else no thank you for coming or nothing when I arrived there was no greetings like a dead dry attitude towards me the customer smh 😒

No, never again. I called to see if they had specific filters for my diesel truck. They said yes. When I got there, their in stock meant calling the auto parts store I just left and have them delivered..when I asked before I came. Waste of time. Then, in addition to being charged for services, I was also charged $40 changing fuel filters? That dont need to be drained or anything and should be part of the signature service like other places.... never again. Wasted time and wasted money. To top that off, they couldnt figure out how to open the hood of a Ford F250?? Really? Its a stock truck 7 years old and you cant figure it out? There is more intelligence when Im asked if I was fries.

Really overpriced oil changes. Also, they marked my next oil change sticker at 18k miles when I already had over 40k miles on the car! Its pretty clear that the individuals who work at this shop dont know or care about what theyre doing.

Guy was rude to me and my sister. Said my car has a severe oil leak but was full. When I asked where the oil leak was he responded I dont know.
