Ot is a DELIGHT TO GO SOMEWHER THAT IS SO-SO CLEAN & they really-really treat you like family.

Usually I have good things to say but this time I wasn’t impressed when I left. Needed to have an oil change and alignment done and they completed the oil change but tried to tell me that my outer tire rods were bad and they wanted to fix them for around $400. Glad I said no cause I had my mechanic take a look at them since he quoted me a cheaper price to have them fixed if they needed. Turns out they didn’t need to be fixed. They were tight and had no wiggle to them. Just needed an alignment which my local dealership was able to do and determined it was a tire that was causing some of the issue.

This place is great. Fair and transparent pricing. Needed an Oil Change for our RV and they were able to do it!

Ive only been here once, so small sample size, but I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. Very courteous, explained things very well and super clean facility. Will be taking my wifes car their in the fall for a brake job quote.

Im always sketchy about going to car shops seeing to many shows that show not so good things so i got the most we expensive oil change ever, and a full inspection or so i thought they said i had 40% life left on my brakes soon after i left they were grinding like crazy i got them replaced somewhere else and they were bare nothing left on them. So that means they didnt even check i wonder what else they didnt check or of i got the correct oil i paid for makes me doubt things even more now . The lady there is very nice seems like a very nice place its just hard to trust places and this is why.

I broke down far far from home and from where I was heading. Unfortunately my car needed to go to a dealership for its issue but the staff made me feel extremely cared for and helped with process all my options. So trustworthy and kind.

Full disclosure, I have never been here. I have a few mechanics in my family that take care of my vehicles, but after hearing a letter read, who was written by the president of this company, during a city supervisors meeting, I will bring my truck in any time it needs a service they provide.Thank you for speaking up on behalf of the children, and your community. WE are listening and fighting for the same things. Im not sure of the intention behind reading the letter to conclude the meeting, but those of us fighting to maintain our freedoms, were smiling and cheering you on. Regardless of how irritated supervisor R looked, and no matter how hard supervisor W slammed his lap top closed...we get it and we applaud you and are right there with you. A great company in my book.

Im from out of town and had some bad luck with my tires. I called this location and Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he look over my car for me when he already had a fully booked day, he also put my mind at ease so I could comfortably travel home without worrying too much. Without a doubt, this location deserves your business. Kevin will take excellent care of your vehicle, without trying to drain your wallet. If I could offer more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I went in at my appointment time last friday; they got to work on my brakes and inspected my truck like I expected and were very thurough and proffessional with everything! I will be comeing back to have more work done pretty soon!

Awesome place! They managed to fit me in despite a full schedule, and they have a very cool tool where they send pictures of you car and any issues that they might find.

Always excellent customer service. Oil changes and brake inspection. Clean waiting area. Plenty to read, eat, drink (complimentary) and watch t.v. I recommend them to everyone!

One of the most thorough engine inspections I have gotten, better than the dealership. Only complaint was the timeliness in getting back to me with the results.In reply: I understand the complexity and detail involved, no complaints there. More that I brought my vehicle in at 7:30 and then had to call at noon then 3 to get feedback and when I got there at 5 the final documentation hadnt been completed. I still greatly appreciated the knowledge and skill involved but keeping customers updated during the day even with a quick email would earn an easy 5 stars.

Incredibly kind staff makes it their mission to get you in and out quickly. Pleasant waiting space with plenty to keep you, or your kids, busy while you briefly wait.

Kevin was very nice and they offer very nice beverages while you wait, but I needed a bulb for my tail light, which they replaced in 5 to no longer than 10 minutes and charged me $42.90. Even under protest. I told him I could do it myself, but because he couldnt tell me what bulb I needed, he took it in to the other Kevin in the garage. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. No wonder their parking lot was empty!!!

These guys are incredibly friendly. They always treat me so kindly. Its not such a chore to get my oil changed in my car when I get to come here. The inside waiting area is very clean as well and has a childrens area that my kids enjoy.

I’ve brought my college daughters car there for all levels of service, as well as bringing my company’s fleet vehicles there for everything from oil changes and tires, to major repairs. Every time, the service and attention to detail is exceeded, as well as helping me understand the importance of keeping my vehicles properly maintained to prevent the big repair costs.

This place is a one stop shop for car maintenance and repairs! They were very friendly, courteous, and professional with my needs of new brakes, pads, and drum replacements. The inside is very clean and free drinks and snacks are available while you wait. The managers and staff made sure I was communicated with new parts and prices after a very extensive review of my needs with pictures and explaining why one needed repair vs. can wait options. They text or called me with updates that made it easier with my work hours. Very high recommendations from me as the work done was very well done! I plan on using them for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Great to know there is a place in CR that respects true customer service with car and truck repairs!

I went in for an oil change and while it was pretty expensive, Kevin was very nice and explained everything without being condescending which I encounter a lot with mechanics since I am young and dont know much about cars. The waiting area had plenty of drinks and snacks too which was nice since I was there for about an hour but I didnt mind waiting.

I had a mini-emergency with a car full of kids and Kevin at the front desk was empathetic, kind and caring. As an out of towner, not really knowing where I should take my vehicle I never once felt like I was getting nickel and dimed or had anything to worry about whether the price was fair or not. They got my car fixed up and in and out of the shop in just a few hours. I would recommend the shop to anyone!!!

I dont trust many mechanics but I trust these people. They helped me prioritize my repairs so I can budget for them. I got a GREAT report (with pictures) of the items that need attention.

Went to All Tune and Lube on August 8, 2020 for a oil change. They didn’t put oil in my car at all. I was charged $70. I never checked after them because, I thought I was in good hands. Never will I recommend them to anyone. Please watch this place, bad business.

Great customer service. Kind and thoughtful. Thorough with their work. The send you the report through your phone which I thought was nifty. Had an issue with the supplier orileys auto parts screwing up constantly on getting the correct order causing me to have to wait a bit longer but All Tune and Lube actually made me feel at home while I waited which was really nice.

A little slow, and the guy helping me was kind of a lot to deal with. (Just lots of weird jokes and too much ribbing for a guy I met 3 minutes earlier). I wouldnt take stars off for that, but they were about 25 minutes slower than my last oil change. They were nice and their waiting room was clean and comfortable, but I miss my old mechanic (I just moved here, so Im stuck finding someone new). The better part of a half hour is sort of a lot of time to have just disappear.

Had a ATV rim and tire with a slow leak, off chance just happened to be driving by and thought Id give them a try. Simple fix of just cleaning the bead on tire and remounting. I asked where to pay after job was completed and the manager replied it was not necessary!! I was in no way asking for a handout when I asked to pay the bill so this came as a shock! Im just spreading the word on the great service and recommend this shop!

Nice place to do business with, they did a real inspection on my car during the oil change, not happy about what they found, but other places missed the issues, which should have been caught had they done a good inspection, I will be going back whenever I need another service done.

They got me in on short notice and charge me very little for my work cheaper than everybody else in Marion and my car is in perfect shape now because of it thanks guys

Will not be going back. Very friendly and knowledgeable people, but did not have a good experience. I took my car in, they looked at it, quoted me and I gave them the OK to fix it. I got my car back I noticed issues right off the bat after driving out of the parking lot. I decided to take it back and when they looked at it they found more issues. I found out that they did not even test drive it after replacing parts and fixing it. That was odd to me. So i had to go a few more days without my car. I figured test driving it would be a must after replacing front end components. Also, when I took it back in again, they told me I should not even be driving it. What if something went wrong after I got the car back the first time? I just find it very unsettling. But in any event, they did finally end up fixing it and it works great, but will probably go somewhere else next time.

This is an amazing place with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They believe in customer service. I would say that this is a place to visit for all auto repair needs. My front wheel was making lot of sound and my car was shaking while riding. I visited this place in a panic mode. I wasnt sure what was wrong with my car. These guys accommodated me without appointment. In fact, my car was inspected within minutes. My car was washed(to clear of snow and ice) and all wheels were thoroughly inspected. They found the problem and repaired it. As per them it was a minor fault. For me it was a big relief. The best part was that they didnt charge me a penny for there service. I insisted, even then they said that it was a minor job and they dont feel it to be a paid service. They have truly earned me as a customer. They served me with their time and skill when I needed the most. I am in complete love with All Tune and Lube. I recommend them with 5 stars. Visit them soon for your next auto job.

Ive gotten my oil changed here several times. Service is always prompt, even when I dont make an appointment. Prices are reasonable and the place is clean.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience! I went in for a check engine light for my fuel pump, left with the same code still showing with an additional 2 codes and broke struts. I DO NOT recommend.

They wanted to charge me twice what my mechanic charges. Go to Tire Associates, they are friendly and cheap.

This was the only place in town that would get me in to fix up my tire, it was already closed and they insisted on helping us out. The tech was quick and super nice, and the manager was very hands on & super great. Will definitely be coming here for EVERYTHING involving my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go figure... Their fine print on the coupon has an exclusion for 4, 6, 8 cylinders and imports. We had $400 tune up done were the coupon said $49.90 plus parts. The parts came to about $150 and they wouldnt even take off anything for the coupon. Not sure i would recommend them. Definately get a firm quote before any work is done.

Very friendly and very professional staff. My vehicle broke down and they were able to diagnose and remedy the problem very quickly. Easily my best experience and i will always bring me vehicles here for matinence in the future.

They were able to fit me in last minute for an oil change before leaving town for a vacation. Very clean and has an area with kids toys to keep them entertained while you wait. Plus a comfy couch, big tv, wifi, free coffee, pop, juice, water, popcorn and snacks. Friendly service as well!

Couldnt give zero even though there was no service. Went in for normal work without an appt. Manager was gone getting supplies and other employees couldnt work the computer. Left my name, phone and service needed. Never got a call to set up an appt.
