Trash would not recommend took the car in and came out shaking! Didnt even do an oil change, took it back to see what the shaking was they claim it was already like that because its hard to prove!! Would not recommend if you want your car to still run properly!

Husband waited for an hour walking around the store. Finally stopped back to check and they told him they rejected it because it was a quart and a half over filled. My husband brought it home and checked it, did the oil change himself and it WAS NOT overfilled at all!!!! They didnt even bother to page him back to the service center to let him know!! This isnt the first-time they have screwed us over either!

Im giving a 5 star rating because this time in there the staff were more friendly than usual and they were quick despite having quite a line. Also Kudos for honesty! I left my kids lunch money in the cup holder and after they were done it was still there! Thanks guys! Also I have aftermarket tires still under warranty with my tire guys so I always request them to leave my tires alone and they usually dont listen but these guys today didnt touch them. I can tell because all my readings are usually off after the oil change but not this time. Thank for that too guys! If its this great if an experience every time that would be awesome! Well see in a couple months when Im back for the next oil change.

Went in to have the oil changed in my truck. I told them the type of oil I had been using in it from the first oil change until the present .. I popped the hood on my truck, WM pointed out the oil fill cap stayed a different viscosity than what I hat asked for. I explained to the counter person and the auto department manager what I wanted and why. They refused to put the oil I requested. I then asked about Wal-MartS costumer satisfaction policyThe auto parts manager stated it doesnt apply in this case. ??? IT ONLY APPLYS WHEN THEY WANT IT ???

My daughter got a nail in her tire we went to Walmart had to get the tire fixed but it needed to replace because the nail is in the side wall so to put a new tire on the tread depth on the opposite side of the car had to be within a certain tolerance of the new tire and it was. So they said they were going to put a new tire on I walked into Walmart and in a couple minutes they called me back and said that the batteries were low on the TPMS sensors for the tires and that they couldnt do it until those TPMS sensor batteries were replaced what a hassle to go through over and over just to get a tire freaking replaced.

No one can be bothered to answer the phone!!!! Not even the main number for the store. It just keeps ringing!So finally someone answered the phone, but now will not replace a bad battery just because the car came from my son’s grandpa, who was getting the car READY for my son to drive. They call it transferring owners, but it’s really called they don’t want to be helpful. Instead of being human they are a cold hearted “stick to rules” company that doesn’t entirely translate to this particular situation.It’s fine, though. I have been getting all my batteries at Theisen’s, as they are far better than any cheap brand at Walmart.

Quoted an hour wait for an oil change, but waited and hour and 45 minutes. No one at the desk, 5-6 people waiting. When I went out to let someone know I had an appointment soon, I was told “it was unsafe to open the door” even though I literally took two steps. I told him I had to go & that there was no one working inside. They may be cheap, but I’d rather go elsewhere & be out of there around the time I was quoted & pay more.

The outcome of this review could have been so different! As originally this autocenter placed a defective filter in my car causing most of the oil to leak out on my garage floor. Having to wait until the next morning, I arrived and asked for an auto center manager. Eric not only apologized, but he refunded my money, gave me a gift card and a cleaner and brush to remove the oil from my garage! He went above and beyond my expectations! As a single woman knowing nothing about cars, you have to find places to trust your auto repairs to! With my trust renewed, I will continue to use this Walmart autocenter💜

Had to get a new battery. They said it would take 2 hours and it took less than 1. Overall not too bad.

They refused to give me a quote after I said I had my own oil and filter. Then told me they dont do Mercedes-Benz but I have went there before. Terrible service and terrible employees.

Went in for a tire rotation and the person told me I needed all new tires because they were all worn unevenly and that i had a suspension problem. I took my car to a mechanic freaking out because the tires were less that 6 months old and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car or the tires. Will never do buisness here again.

Its walmart what do you expect? Service is Ok if you can find it. The company cant afford to have real cashiers and no one looks forward to going there. Cant argue with prices though.

I came here at lunch time on a Friday. I got a full service oil change, wiper replaced, head light replaced and a fuel injector treatment and was out in 45 minutes. The auto service area is right next to all the fishing gear so there is something to do while waiting. They also have free WiFi here.

The hours say 7am-7pm, but when I showed up at 5:20 pm they were already closing down. How are people suppose to get an oil change after work?

Took my car there and they destroy it basically i dont know how but messed up whit my brakes and didnt tell me anything. Had to pay for the repair 😤😤Simple advice dont take your car there. Know some people whove been in this situation

I went in for an oil change twice. Both times the oil wasn’t changed just new oil put in with the old. My oil filter overflowed!!!

We had a flat tire that was barely pumped enough to get there. They turned us away because it was too busy. Flat out refused to even hear why we needed to come in. Auto care did not close for another 2 hours. We were in car crisis.

Dont bother calling the number above on the Google information. No one will answer. Tried several times on different days. No one picked up. Only way to reach them is by calling the Walmart store itself and have customer service transfer you to Automotive.

They were understaffed, but quick and considerate.

I have tried calling several times to make an appointment to have my tires changed and it just rings and rings and rings until someone from the front answers it and transfers me back just to have it ring and ring over and over. You’d think they would have a counter person to answer phones and make appointments. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not happy with there oil change after I left there parts start coming off from under my 2014 ford fusion cause they pulled the belly pan off and refused to put it back on and told me it was ripped and hanging.

They are understaffed

I only came here to return used oil. It took them forever to come to the service desk. I supposed I could have left it on the counter, but my protocol you need to sign off.
