I needed a new battery. AAP had a battery with more cranking power than the OEM, and it was in stock. A few minutes of wrench time and my van starts strong. They even offered to do it for me. When I said I had it, they followed up offered the tools!

Had most of what I needed. Oil price was fine, but only had one brand of dry gas and was $4 per bottle. Triple the price it should have been.

The people at this location are second to none but I cannot say the same about their online ordering process. my account has been messed up for months to the point I have to call in my orders so I loose the ability to keep track of my recent purchases. I Really like doing business with advance auto parts, but thinking I may have to do something different.

I was nervous about going into an auto parts store alone for the first time. I met this sales rep, his name was Ron, and he made me feel comfortable about finding the part I was looking for. He showed me the selection and didnt try to rush me or try to sell me the most expensive one. I appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and his ability for making me feel comfortable about buying replacement parts for my car.

Theyre just like any other brick and mortar parts store.If you have issues with finding parts on your own Theyre hit or miss with them also. Make sure you know what you need and try to have a factory part number for easy reference.

Went in on black friday for the discounts. Told me you only can get them on line. waste of time. Not sure why it is so different and cant get discount in-store. Never enough workers. Always a wait. Guess I start going to AutoZone.

Confusing with two locations on 16th Avenue. Calling to see if a part is under warranty and being told what the warranty on the part is as opposed to simply looking up my warranty information is useless and frustrating.

I have always received great customer service here and they have always been very helpful even in instances when I can get a product elsewhere or dont actually need to purchase a product at all, they dont pressure you to buy their products. Just helpful answers and in most cases they employ people with their own automotive experiences.

Great help getting brighter bulbs for my 15 yr old cars headlights.

Ive been going to advance since I was young. It has gone down hill so badly. I use to go in just talk about cars. They fired all the good people. The new people will guess at the parts they give me wrong parts all the time. I brought my catalytic converter in as I joke I said I took my restricted plate off. He actually thought it was.... they hire people who dont even work on cars. I miss the old advance.

The Gentleman that helped me was not friendly at all. He didnt even offer to help me install my battery. He actually walked outside with me and my new battery and sat it down and walked away!! How freaking rude

Poor customer service .. most of the time they let you feel not welcomed ... fortunately there are two other Auto parts stores close by (Advance & OReilly) so no need to go back again.Updated ... after a long time I had to stop there again during a storm looking for wipers ... met new employees ... much better service .. deserve more stars !!!

Apparently they hire anyone! The staff notoriously give you wrong parts and when I sent my wife in for a light bulb repair kit as a joke they actually tried to find it in the computer. They even asked if there was another name for it. These people have no knowledge of vehicles or parts.

Wow Sold me the wrong Alternator First off it was used had greasy stains all over the place then clearly had been tampered with further inspection it did not fit the bracket that slides the pain through to screw down the connecting piece for the f formation at sends out and gathers from the vehicle was in the exact position of where the panagos which would be impossible for any vehicle to install then the pulley was wrong which easily could be replaced but it was still wrong and there was a spring that fell out of it and Im further inspection of the inside you could clearly tell it was burnt up I am in so much disbelief that Im glad that it was the wrong one and that they made the mistake because if I could hook that up to my vehicle that spring would have got caught inside of their if I would have caught on fire and sorted everything out and they would have said it was my fault so Im going to return tomorrow morning and Im going to tell them exactly how I feel and its not going to be friendly at all it might have to call 12 #FACTS👮‍♂️🚓🚔🚓💯

Terrible customer service. Employees can not operate their computer system to find parts. Very rude to me when they sold me the wrong part for the second time! Argued about returning it because they printed the wrong receipts off. Never returning to this store
