I mean Rent A Center can be a ripoff anyway but the ppl were very helpful

The guys who came to deliver my tv were completely unprofessional. Completely disregarded my wife and didn’t listen to her when she tried to direct them into our building, she asked them not to plug anything and and to slide the entertainment center down and they argued with her and refused to move it. When we turned on the tv it still had the previous persons login information and credit card information readily available which is a huge security issue. Won’t be using or referring anyone to them.

Where can I start with this place nearly a hour late they said 7pm and showed up at 7:58 nd had very very poor customer service nd it took even longer cuh dey took it apart one by one we showed them another way they could go to get it don faster nd dey paid no mind to us nd kept intorupting when we were talk overall very poor also took very long in all toput together asked multiple times for help from us.!

Jason was very awesome. He was so helpful, and he never made me feel bad for not being able to make payments. We ended our agreement early due to some financial restrictions, and he was very helpful and friendly. Even though our couch was damaged, he had no issues taking it back which was AWESOME. As soon as we get finances back, I would love to come back through them because they were so professional and friendly, and I didnt feel like they were just after us for money!!!

The delivery people has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Yeah, screw this place. Went there and right in front of me they talk down to my fiance. After we make the down payment and have spent nearly 3 hours there we get a call a few days later to come in and get our deposit money refunded because they do not wish to do business with us. Oh, and I should add that they must like to discriminate against gay people because they wouldnt do business with a friend of mine that went there with his bf to look at a new washing machine and dryer. They kept their distance and when they were ready to fill out an application the employees there were conveniently too busy to help them despite them being the only two customers in the store at the time. Do not give these jerks your business.
