Fantastic service. Honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable repairman. He knew almost immediately what the issue was and that it was a common issue for the age and brand of fridge. Affordable service fee and didnt have to wait weeks for them to come diagnose. Would definitely recommend!

These folks are wonderful! Ive dealt with them for years when I worked at Aarons forever ago, so they were the 1st people I thought of when I needed service on my dryer. They were prompt, the service was quick, the turnaround on getting the part I needed was stupid fast, & everything was completed the next day! The price was insanely reasonable, also! I will always recommend this place for appliance service & sales!

I called to get information on how much a service call would cost. I knew what might be wrong with it so I explained. The man was so rude and had a hateful attitude. I would not recommend them even though I never used them just had interaction over the phone. If they are that rude on the phone I wouldnt want to chance In person.

Another great service experience at Metro! They always either have the part I need or will get it next day and they are very helpful in explaining the installation process if necessary. I highly recommend Metro for appliance service / parts!

Now with parking right out front! This business has had parts on hand when Ive needed them for my washer, dryer, and oven. While the prices are a bit higher than ordering online, you cant wait a week for shipping when local brick-and-mortar stores have the part today and you have eight loads of laundry waiting! Support small businesses!

Would never ever use Metro again, Dealing with them was very creepy. Caused more problems than they solved. They cant even make it on time to appointment. 100% disappointed I would be very cautious with the folks. My opinion is they are just out to make a quick buck, this job was done for a 98 year old man, shop around and pay more if you need to get the job done right the first time without all the BS. If they dont have it in stock, they can easily order it. Usually arrives 2-3 days. Always friendly and ready to help.

I have been an occasional customer of Metro for many years, but recently had need of a house call. They always go out of their way to help me in the store (or over the phone) to diagnose issues or give me advice on parts.This week our dryer broke. It was a stacked unit and I had no idea how to get it apart to fix it. I made an appointment in which the technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but it required a blower motor, which he did not have on hand, and would require a return trip. The return visit the technician was even early, and had the whole thing fixed almost by the time his appointment had been for and for a very reasonable cost. Very highly recommend them in terms of price and quality of service.

Needed a part for the dryer, and didn’t want to wait 5 days to get it from any of the online retailers. I thought I would end up paying a premium buying the part locally, and was doubtful they’d have the part on hand. I was wrong on both accounts. They had the heating element for my dryer, and the cost was less than the online retailer with shipping included. I had found some significantly cheaper parts online, but they weren’t OEM original replacements.

I received a lot of help and advice (after doing my homework:) and they had the parts I needed at a great price.

Based on service when I purchased parts will never use again. Acted like I was interrupting them when I came in and asked for assistance. The ladies at the desks were more involved I their lunches and conversation than customers. If its your lunch dont sit at your desk and look like you are still working by answering the phones. Didnt provide any information after I paid I had to ask what the next step was for the part to come in.

The experience I have had with this company was horrible. They had to come out to look at my washer/dryer combo four different times, and each time they came to fix one thing something else would just happen to break. It would take them a couple weeks to get a part in then the same amount of time just to get them back out here and the guy would be 2 hours late sometimes. Very disappointed in this service, finally called a different company to come out and have them fix it.
