Impeccable service! They ordered frames for me that were not in store. I have not received customer service this great in a long time! The two ladies went above and beyond with their service. Very welcoming! I will definitely continue my business with them and happy to refer this location to anyone. Great styles to choose from as well.

While the associates were nice when I bought my glasses, they lie about there hours. I drove 45 minutes in traffic arrived at the store at 6:35 just wanting to pick up my glasses the doors were locked. The people in side look at you and won’t come to the door to even see if they could assist since it was during there normal business hours.

Nothing but Bad Experience with the Brandon Mall location. They are so under staffed . My mom B. Little purchased glasses from them in May 2021 and we are in July 2021 and she still does not have her glasses. they have lost her glasses and had to re-order and yet to receive. they have the worst customer service ever. You can NEVER get anyone live, some other locations always picks up and tried to call them with no answer. My family will NEVER use them again. Buyer Beware! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

This would be my third time going to Vision Works and each time was a pleasant experience. However, this time in particular was special. I just left from the Cedar Hill location at their closing time trying to pick out my frames and give them my prescription for contacts, as well. I brought my two boys (both 2 and 3 years old) and they were giving me SUCH a hard time in the store. The young woman helping me, Miss Krystale, was so sweet and patient. When she saw me struggling with my boys she called them over to have a seat at the desk and let them watch a short cartoon to keep them occupied for me. She didn’t have to do that and she was very helpful and made sure I got what I needed, as well. I’m very thankful for that experience along with the other great experiences I have had at the Cedar Hill location. Krystale, thank you again for being attentive, patient and kind.

Went to the Cedar Hill location and the office Manager Shadae got an attitude when I questioned my billing and got loud (very ghetto). She told me the doctor told her to assume the customer knows the prices. OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. Do not go this location. They also told me the doctor requested my medical insurance information 🙄. I have vision insurance why do you need my medical? I was informed the doctor requested for them to get both in the events I needed to have medical treatment. 🙄.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

The customer service is very good here, but the product is unacceptable. I dropped off my prescription and an existing pair of frames that I had purchased there the previous year at the beginning of January. About a week later, I received notification that my glasses were ready for pick up; however, the glasses that were given to me were not the ones I dropped off. After following up for a few days, the manager agreed that I could come and pick out a new pair of glasses since they were unable to locate mines. The new pair were ready for pick up a week later; unfortunately, I was unable to see out of the lenses. I was advised to consult with my Optometrist, who later verified that the prescription was accurate, but the lenses were not. Today is 2/23/2021 and I am still without glasses that include the proper prescription. In all of this, Visionworks was able to obtain frames like the ones I originally dropped off; so yesterday, they resubmitted those with the verified prescription. I hope a third time is a charm.

I took my daughter to get an eye exam at the Vision works in Cedar Hill, Tx. The two ladies that were working at the front desk were very rude. They didn’t greet us when we walked in nor did they acknowledge our presence!! One lady kept talking on the phone and the other lady was on the computer. We left after waiting for 10 minutes. If I could give them zero stars for the way that they treat customers I would !!! Please don’t waste your time or money there!!!

My review is specific to a hidden required fee not disclosed online via website or in the online appointment booking process. I arrived on 8/24 at 12:15 pm at the Cedar Hill TX location at the time of my appointment. I received a half friendly hello greeting upon entering. I stated my name and appointment time to identify myself. I was then asked to have my temperature taken. No problem..glad theyre doing that. There were no other customers visibly in the office. NO pun intended. I was then asked to use the hand sanitizer from the bottle on the counter. No problem...glad theyre doing that too. The receptionist then said, I could have a seat. As I stood there adjusting items in my purse I took a moment to read the printed paper taped in front of me on the desk..It stated that there is a required $29 retinal image exam/scan for all appointments I asked what does this mean and why? The response I received was...Its a another way to see if you have Covid-19 and it helps to protect the doctor Huh...REALLY now... Thats the explanation I was given whether her messaging was inaccurate or not. I said...I was not told this before I made the appointment or afterwards with the two confirmation text I received. Is this covered under insurance? She replied, Let me check ; followed by...No, its out of pocket. Pause...my brain reaction...this isnt about a minimal fee of $29 its about principal. This isnt a Karen rant...this is about people imposing higher cost, price gauging, or downright scamming people due to the pandemic were all facing. I believe in wearing mask, washing hands consistently and taking every precaution based on what scientist have shared. However, if this eye exam can determine that an individual has Covid-19...please get in touch with Trump right away...he can use this at his next press conference or tell people to do this in addition to injecting disinfectants. I have excellent insurance and Im grateful when so many others do not. I am employed with no problem being able to pay the fee...but so many other people cannot right now. Shame on you for imposing this unnecessary undisclosed fee on someone upon entering your office. Had I not asked about the sign on the desk, I would not have been told that I needed to spend an additional $29 before being asked to have a seat and wait. Obviously I didnt not have a seat and walked out after telling them that this this was wrong...I went back to the website after leaving and found no information on this hidden fee...hence the word hidden. I researched this based on what the receptionist stated...NO confirmed studies supporting her statement. Eye see you...!

Rude, rude, rude! I went in to ask about setting up an eye exam. The receptionist was speaking with a customer when I walked in, but she never acknowledged my presence, greeted me in any way, and after several minutes I just walked out. If thats how they handle customer service, theyll be out of business soon. I wouldnt waste time on them. They suck!

I usually don’t leave reviews but today i felt like it was a must... the receptions didn’t greet the right way for my opinion. Not only that they had a child there in the front taking my temperature. I believe he was the office manager son. I feel like that’s very unprofessional. Not only that but when the dr was taking me back to the front to check out the office manager was on the phone talking to her mother... i honestly liked the DR. He was amazing but they really need to work on the reception part. Customer services means a lot to me when i myself work at the medical field... on top of that i paid $49! With insurance!

I had been putting off getting new glasses for about 5 months now. I decided to try Visionworks since they had a 50% off sale going on. I definitely had my doubts that they would truly be 50% off. Well guess what? They were really 50% off! Their prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of frames.Tatiana, the person who waited on me, was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and honest and made me feel at ease. She explained in detail about each option that was available for my prescription and about what I needed and what I could do without. She even picked out some frames that were very similar to the ones I had chosen but were actually $90 cheaper. She played a huge part in making my shopping experience as awesome as it was. I’m going to tell all of my family and friends about this place!

After being in the store for several minutes with no one acknowledging we had even walked in an associate sitting at a desk with other customers very rudely informed us that we need to wait by the door to have our temperature taken before shopping or looking around, like we should know it was their policy as it was not posted. We complied per request. Finally another associate asked if she could help us, I responded with we would like to get a pair of glasses without an attitude and was immediately met with an attitude. Never again will I even think of giving this company my business if they are going to allow employees to treat customers in this manner.

Shunny knows her products! She was able to tell me what frames would be too heavy and I could tell she was politely honest about my choices. Since I was buying sunglasses for the first time in a long time, she made fantastic recommendations on the lenses. I love my glasses!

The front office staff, particularly Sade and Candace who claimed to be managers, at the optometrist office is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They do not understand how to provide competent customer service and misinform patients about their insurance coverage. I would not recommend visiting this location.

When I came into the store I was greeted by a group of smiling, welcoming associates that were ready to help me find the best glasses for me. The lady that assisted me with my sale, I believe she was the store manager, was so helpful. She was willing to go out of her way to ensure that I got the best deal on my contacts and glasses. She had a lot of customers in the store but she was able to handle all of the customers well. I would highly suggest coming to this store to get glasses and contacts. 10/10 would recommend.

What an amazing experience! The staff was professional in appearance. They greet you with a snails and ready to help. I noticed they were knowledgeable of insurance companies, which is very important. I witness the ladies at the front desk was very patience and helpful to an elderly couple. I came to this location for a routine eye exam. After my exam, the doctor explained to me that I may eventually need a stronger prescription (suggested bifocals in a few years). That’s it!!!7 months later, I get a bill for $163!!! As I looked over the bill, I noticed that the visit charges were sent to my health insurance, instead of my vision insurance. (My health insurance denied the claim) Puzzled by this, I went to speak with someone in person. I initially thought that I may have mistakenly put the wrong insurance when I filled out the paperwork. The lady at the front pointed out 3 codes listed on the bill. She said these were medical codes, so because of that, they had to file it with my health insurance because of the medical issues that were noted. MEDICAL ISSUES????? This confused me because the doctor NEVER mentioned any of the medical conditions that were listed on the bill that was sent to me (I seriously doubt that I would’ve forgotten a conversation about glaucoma)!! And, even if I had all of these “conditions”, most doctors would’ve probably scheduled a follow up appointment.....which he did not. I absolutely will NOT go back to this location.On a lighter note, the ladies at the front desk are very courteous and nice.

The store is very nice and clean. They have tons of glasses to choose from, I took my four year old son to buy him 2 pairs of glasses because they were bogo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They let my son try on as many glasses as he liked, check himself out in the mirror and were not pushy! They us take our time and find the 2 pairs he liked the most. The glasses were supposed to take 10 days to arrive and they came in 5 days early. When we went to pick them up the crew working there was awesome they took about 30 min trying his glasses on him and making sure that we were happy and that they fit perfectly!I will definitely recommend this store to other people!If you need glasses I highly recommend this store .

This was my first time to buy prescription glasses and sunglasses. I went to LensCrafters first because I had been seeing their commercials. I wasn’t greeted very warmly at all. I had seen Visionworks while looking for LensCrafters. So i checked out the reviews for both on Google Maps. At that point it was a “NO BRAINER”. I walked inside Visionworks and was immediately greeted with a smile from Courtney. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. She went out of her way to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She also made sure the fit was very comfortable. I will most definitely go back and see her with my eyeglass needs in the future. I will also recommend Visionworks to my friends and family. Spent almost 400.00 on two pairs. 2 months later my sons lenses had these stains on them and I took them back. They claimed its not covered under their full 100% warranty. I would have to pay for more lenses. They are full of crap and their so called warranty doesnt mean a thing its just for show

I will not be purchasing any more glasses from them & wont ever refer anyone to this company. I purchased a pair of glasses 3-4 months ago and the lenses of my glasses are cracking from the inside and to fix this issue I have to purchase new lenses because this isnt covered under warranty. That it totally unacceptable - I havent even had these glasses that I spent $300 on for 6 months and Im already having to replace the lenses. Ridiculous!
