Very pleased with my experience with Eye are Associates. Professional customer service. Doctor was easy to talk too and me feel comfortable.

They were amazing. Not only did they do my work up but they got me into contacts the same day! Alex was wonderful, and he helped show me how to put my new contacts in. He also made sure I knew how to clean them since this will be my first time wearing contacts. The ladies at the front desk were great as well and made my experience all the better. Super sweet!Dr. Motamarry was patient and answered all my questions. Very welcoming and down to earth.Overall highly recommend.

This is a wonderful practice! Everyone is friendly, kind and professional, from the people at the check-in desk to the assistant who performed my refraction exam to Dr. Bishop. I live an hour from Cedar Hill but have recommended this clinic to many of my friends and family members.

The electronic check-in process went smooth without the need of wasteful paper. The attendants were friendly, and made sure the covid 19 guidelines were being followed. It has happened to me before and it takes them forever to order contacts it took 2 months then they say they will call you when it comes in well thats a lie... you have to call them back. The two Hispanic ladies in the front need to get a crash course in customer service. They are rude and unprofessional. The wait is too long just for a check up and once they get you to the back social distancing is out the window, craming everyone into one small room.

Eye Care Associates has been taking care of me eyes from 1996 to the present. Dr. Jack Cooper was my beginning doctor. Now I have Dr. Le for many years and is very professional in her work. The Staff are always polite and accommodating. You cant find any better service than at Eye Care Associates of Texas.

Quick safe efficient service

Ive used Eyecare Associates of Texas for several years. My Dr., Dr Le found a serious issue developing with my eyes and watched it very close. When time, she, performed a laser procedure and corrected my problem. She still monitors at closely. I feel extremely confident with Dr. Le and all that work there checking and testing my eyes. All personnel are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Eyecare Associates of Texas !

As soon as you step into the office the front desk and the attendant who checks your tempature for Covid19 are very professional and friendly they set the stage for what you will receive from the doctors, Dr. Bishop is the best eye doctor on the planet, she is very professional and friendly, very detail in passionate about her work, I am a long term patient of Dr.. Bishop I had cataract surgery in 2014 Dr.Bishop performed the surgery I cant express the gratitude of being able to really see if you knew my eyesight prior to surgery you would be jumping for joy after surgery. 6 years later Im still jumping for joy 20/20 in one eye 20/40 in the other eye. I have been a patient of this practice for four years and I can honestly say the treatment I receive gets better with each visit. My original appt with this practice was back in November but because of a last minute phone call about my own patient I had to reschedule to yesterday 12/2/20.I arrived at 9 and my appt was at 9:30. I was greeted as soon as I entered and they followed CDC guidelines by checking my temp and asking Covid 19 questions. I gave the front office clerk my id and insurance and waited to be seen. Everyone was 6ft apart with masks on!The nurse called me back her name was Egan... she did a thorough refraction for me...Lord knows my eyes are bad but she was very patient and understanding.Then she walked me back to be seen by the doctor. The nurse Candy came and got me and we then saw Dr Motomarry (spell check)... these two were very professional yet friendly and listened to my issues... documented everything! Then they gave me a detailed POC to rectify my eye needs.I checked out and I believe her name was Anissa... but she was very friendly and went though the list of my follow up actions to take.I work in healthcare so I know how its SUPPOSED to go but sometimes it doesnt always go the way we expect. I never let anyone know what I do because I want to see how they treat me without knowing. This team of healthcare workers are on it! I am pleased with the care I received!E. Richardson

I visitied Eyecare Associates for the first time on 8/13/19 for my diabetic eye exam. I had been trying to get my PCP to send my referral for 2 months. The young lady at EA took time to call my PCP so I could get my referral sent over correctly and mailed my paperwork to me so I could have it filled out before my appointment to avoid coming in 20 to 30 minutes early to do so. Upon arrival the staff was very professional, courteous and addressed my needs in a caring way. I will return on next year and I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

This was my first visit here. It was a good experience for the first visit. Staff seems friendly enough. Since their location isnt very noticeable because its in a residential area. Maybe a sign or something outside the big iron gate out front with Eyecare Associates on it. It will help you to know youre at the right address. I mistook it as a house. That would be helpful.

I am a satisfied customer. The location, exam and staff are great. The offices are clean and inviting. The exam was thorough and completed in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I love to be greeted with a friendly smile and everyone who assisted me did just that. There were some snags on my part when my new customer info was sent to their office encrypted but they were patient with me and together we got the paperwork completed quickly and I proceeded to my exam with no issues. Dr. Bishop and her assistant made me feel comfortable and they were so patient with me as I never had my pupils dilated before and it was a little uncomfortable for me. We had a few chuckles and the exam was complete. Dr. Bishop talked me through the exam, explaining the condition of my eyes and putting me at ease. I was provided a sample and coupons for a chronic condition for my eyes Ive been dealing with for years. I really appreciated that bonus. The part of my appointment I enjoyed the most was meeting Miss Sidney who works in the optical department. She was so helpful by selecting frames choices that fit my style. She provided me choices that made my selection difficult (Im naturally indecisive) but fun. Sidney has a wonderful sense of humor like me so I did a lot of laughing. My 1st visit I had at Eye Care Associates of Texas is the experience I want to have with every business I visit if possible. Thank you for making me a satisfied customer.

I went to the urgent care two weeks ago thinking I had pink eye. Yesterday Dr. Motamarry saw that my eye was still red and after a thorough evaluation from his awesome staff and him, he was able to determine that I had inflammation and allergies. Thank you so much, Dr. Motamarry, for providing relief for me. My eye today is much better after following his treatment regimen.

I had to see another Dr because Dr Le was booked. I had some eye problems so I couldn’t wait until she had an opening. I love and trust her and was a bit tentative about seeing someone else. I saw Dr Motomarry and he was very kind and very professional. He is treating the problem and will recheck in 2 weeks. I am very thankful that there are many Dr’s in their practice and I was able to see Dr Motomarry yesterday instead of seeking help elsewhere! The Dr.s office was good but they refer you to their portal for follow-up. The portal is really terrible. I have used this portal before and have used other portal products from other Dr.s offices. Most of the other portals are easy to navigate but this one is just terrible.

I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time even with being 10 minutes early as requested. Staff was friendly, Dr Le was helpful and thorough. Very efficient use of time once the appointment started.

I have be a patient at Eye Care Associates for over 10 years. I absolutely love the care I receive and the staff are phenomenal. Dr. Le is extremely knowledgeable and she is always pleasant and understanding even when you’ve come in and in a bad mood. I have moved since I started going there and it is out of the way to continue going there but the commute is worth it.

My experience wasnt what I expected. My two daughters and I all had routine, annual exams. My youngest daughter had to go back a second time for refraction. Then, I wound up in a verbal struggle with a technician over contact lenses, my prescription, and my options for ordering. I was trying to understand their process and why I was limited to two brands for contacts, but I was interrupted and argued with instead. It felt like I was being TOLD and MADE to order with a certain contact lens company and I didnt like that or appreciate it. My experience was a little more of an unnecessary struggle than a pleasant experience (or just a normal visit). Im going back to my former Optometrist (small office, small staff, and no waiting). I should have never left, but made the mistake of thinking bigger, broader, and more staff meant more options, better care, and better service. Not quite ...

My eye doctor, Dr. Pachigolla is the best. She is so nice, friendly, with such a soft and gentle touch when caring for your eyes. She explains every procedure, and the whole time she is working on you, she ask, how you doing? And she tries to keep you at ease.Yesterday I had a small issue. I was called to come in 50 minutes early than my schedule time. I got there about 10 minutes prior, and for some reason did not get seen until 20 minutes past my original schedule time. So I sat there for 1 hr and 20 minutes. I went up to the desk and told them I was called in early but, they had a hard time finding my name, and said they would call me. I had a procedure to be done so I did not want to get upset, so I just let it go. I guess we all have bad days and that I understand. But for your eyes there is no better place or any other place I would go or recommend, She, Dr. Pachigolla is the Best!!

My first visit I waited almost an hour in a half before being called back only to have to come back out to the waiting area to wait almost another hour before being called back to be seen to take another test. They charged me $146 dollars and did not explain any of the test that was done that day had me come back 2wks later and charged me another $231 still no diagnosis and want me to come back 3 months later. Total rip off I went to another eye doctor my coworker recommended they did the same test he explained each test done and I do not have glaucoma. My out of pocket expense today was only $64 dollars. Eyecare Associates of TX charged me almost $400 dollars and did not give me any information just a waste of my time and money. I wished I had gone to the second doctor first I would have more of my HSA money on my card and I would have not spent weeks of my time.
