Customer be aware.This place force you to take a retina dilation procedure using a computer without letting you know, 39.99 per patient.Me and my family visited this office last Saturday. When I asked if we could opt out, since we had one done less than a year ago, also my sons are young adults and suffer no eye health issues, we where rudely told that if we didnt get that procedure done, we couldnt get out eye prescription exam.The eye doctor along with the office manager of this office denied us our exam.Do the math 4×39.99= 160 plus eye exam charges.We took our business elsewhere, and got our eye prescriptions.Please be aware of this type shady procedures they force you to get and wont tell you about charges until you settle your bill.

The optometrist was very thorough and explained each step throughout my exam. It left me with a very positive feeling regarding the exam. Despite it involved a training session for a new employee, the front desk was extremely nice and gave me time to talk to the optometrist about his training (I was in optometry school for 1 1/2 years). My Rx didnt have much change; although, I still went next door & bought a new look (glasses). I will return to this location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Doctor was really good, he was nice and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me. The office was busy but I didnt feel like I was spending a lot of time waiting.

LIES, I do NOT recommend them at all. They basically are scamming the ins companies. I have never paid $89 for a copay for a annual eye exam. The excuse given was the Dr put a medical diagnosis on your paper so we have to bill your medical ins. I only have dry eyes and a stigmatism that has been my dx since forever and no one has ever used my medical ins for a vision exam with the same EXACT dx. Then they send me a survey and once I finished the survey I get this email saying this is what I said.. The LIES. What I am writing in this review is what I said. I do NOT recommend them nor will I ever go back. After receiving that email, I know for a fact they are scammers!

Even though the waiting room was full of walk-ins when I arrived on time for my appointment, I was taken back promptly and received excellent care and attention. I was treated with respect, and the doctor took plenty of time to address cares and concerns. Very pleased.

Dr. Leung was informative, patient, and attentive during my visit. Id walked away understanding my present eye health as well as the expectancies of whats to come.Customer Service (front desk) was very pleasant from the time Id arrived to checking out. I recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist.

The customer service at the Cedar Hill location was awesome! From the front door to the doctors office my son and I felt welcomed!! I would definitely recommend this location, they are well with both adults and children. They are straight forward, honest and professional.

The staff was nice but they added add ons and up charge without informing me. So a $30 trip turned into a $140 trip without consent. Beware of them adding extra and upcharging u. But other than that everything went smooth. Not really a wait to be seen

It was ok, Dr. Is very professional, but when it was time to pay, thats where everything changed. My co-pay was supposed to be $10 they charged me $49 because ethey did a special eye test. But no one even asked me if I was ok with it. Same happened to my wife she asked to know over the phone what was her co-pay since she uses contact, was told that it was from $10 to $120, at time to pay it came to over $200 because they gave her an eye diag that she already knew she had. Not coming again for eye test.

I will not go back, my copay for an eye exam is $15, they charged me a total of $54, they did some special images that I was not informed about until it was time to leave. I came in expecting to pay $15 for a routine exam and didnt need any special testing. Its inappropriate to add on fees without notifying the patient first.

Wonderful people and great doctor! Front desk worker went to extreme measures to ensure I received my benefits from medicare. She was on hold for over an hr working on my behalf.Highly recommend facility for all your eye needs.

Dr. Leung was awesome! The retinal imaging machine took great pictures and he was able to show me everything going on in my eyes on a large monitor in the room. It was super cool. Would definitely recommend Dr. Leung. I see a cornea specialist annually also but needed to see someone for a glasses prescription. My visit here exceeded expectations.

The staff was very friendly. My wait time wasn’t long at all. My appointment was scheduled for 12 and I was out by 12:30. Dr. Leung was very professional and polite. He made sure that I understood what he was doing and explained the things I did not. He is very patient.

The optometrist is very patient, thorough and professional. Friendly front desk staff members too.The only exception is that they do some unnecessary tests that will slightly increase your out of pocket cost/expenses.

Just not the level of service Im used to receiving in a professional physicians office. I wont be back here for future exams. Front desk unprofessional and I dont think the doctor is even here yet. I had to ask the woman like 4 times to lower the table to do the pre exam stuff because clearly I am short. Heard them saying how the doctor is always late as well.

Master Eye Associates recently took over this office and I never had a problem until now. The company never sent me a bill or told me my problems until I received not one but two debt collections letters! I went to the office to see what was the problem and comes to find out that they charged me for medical than vision insurance when my appointment was only an annual exam. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS CHARGE! When I went to the office to talk to them about the problem, they claimed I was charged wrong and told me they would call me when it was fixed but when I went again to talk about it, the manager acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and said that it wasnt their problem and kept saying I can take your payment here. They just want your money but if I were you, I would ask what exactly youre being charge for so you wont be in the same situation as myself.

Even after giving my vision insurance,they details did not apply it.The lady at front desk was very rude.Save yourself some money, go somewhere else.

Terrible experience!! My mom was treated rudely and unfairly by the receptionist because she didnt speak English. When I got on the phone to translate for her and try to get an understanding of why they were filing my moms appointment to Medical insurance instead of Vision for a medical condition that she DOES NOT have nor ever been diagnosed with the RUDE woman on the phone kept saying that she has glaucoma. I kept telling her that I didnt see why they were doing this, if even if she had glaucoma this doctor was not treating her, she CUT ME OFF and said I am not going to argue over the phone with you, I already explained this to you! then proceeded to hang up on me. Refused to take the phone back from my mother and then moved my mom to the side and MADE HER WAIT A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME for her prescription and held it hostage until she PAID. My other sister then called my mom over FaceTime to try and see what was going on and she began SCREAMING out loud that she was not going to argue with her now over FaceTime and went on to HUMILIATE my mother by telling her she wont get her prescription until she pays. I am DISGUSTED by the way we were treated and all I wanted to do was get an understanding of why they were charging my mom $200+ when this shouldve only been a $10 copay appointment. To the woman I spoke to, if youre reading this, if you cant be professional or at least try to explain to someone what the charges will be, CHANGE your profession. What you did was very unprofessional and you DESERVE TO BE FIRED!!!!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time Ive drove all the way out here from Lewisville for my scheduled and rescheduled appointments that theyve decided to cancel without notifying me. The prescription they gave me after my 1st appointment is completely wrong in one eye to the point where not only am I taking time out of my busy day to come out here, I have to take someone elses time since I cant drive under the prescription glasses given. The unproffesionalism is ridiculous. Its not my problem that the doctors cant keep up with scheduling or prescribe and legitimate prescription. Please stop wasting my time, patience, and money. Corporate needs to check up on and better manage their facilities. If I could give zero stars I would. Apologies lose relevance when the same mistakes continue to happen.

The Dr and staff where wonderful and answered all my questions.

The staff and doctor I interacted with were all friendly and patient with me. I will say there was a bit of a wait, but to be fair, my eye exam was on a busy Friday for them (back to school season). They checked temps at the door, required masks, and wiped down the seats before each exam. All-in-all happy with my visit!

Master Eye Associates was very professional and helpful. There was no wait time to go back for my appointment (unlike most Dr. offices) and the staff was very respectful of my time and my questions. I like that they use laminated new patient paperwork and dry erase marker to cut back on paper waste.The Dr. was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful with all my questions. I 10/10 recommend and will certainly be returning in the future for my eye care.

The staff was awesome. Front desk staff was very professional. I walked into a full lobby with children crying and people all around. I was greeted well and treated as if I was the only person standing there. The technician was equally professional and warm. The doctor made me feel comfortable. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He also has a great sense of humor. This was my first time visiting this office, but definitely is not my last.

I did not have to wait nor did I have to struggle with so much paperwork. Dr. Fitzpatrick loves what he does and ensures that the questions you have will be answered in full. I recommend 100%

Wish there was a half star. In my 25+ years of getting contact eye exams, I have never not received my prescription on the spot. You pay a service however receive nothing in return. I was told I have to wear my trial contact lens pair before I can be given my prescription. BS.Save yourself a headache and argument. The office manager was not helpful either.

This office is over charging for eye exam without explaining to pt that additional fees have been adding to their office visits. They did not let me know till the visit was over. I end up paying $74 for a routine eye exam. When usually pay $10

I really enjoyed it there. Only one thing they should inform you of their retina exam that is $29 whether you want it or not. But even with that I had a great experience.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is the best! He explained everything that was going on with my eyes which really did help! He was very thorough during the entire exam and went above to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The guys at the front were very professional and I did not have to wait long to be seen.

The Doctor was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the lobby was packed which was very frustrating since there was no way to social distance. Expect at least a 20 minute wait before your appointment.

Let me just state, that I am not a hard to please person but I had a not so good experience here. My appointment was at 4pm, friendly lady did the pre-exam checkup at 4:30ish, and I didn’t get the exam until around 5:30pm. I was in the exam room alone for almost an hour. Optometrist went in just to get her phone and came back after a long while. My exam took maybe 10 minutes. At the end she gave me new contacts that were not my exact prescription. I couldn’t even see the second largest letters from the projector. She said it was normal because my eyes were adjusting and that it would take 10-15mins to adjust, which I thought was weird because that had never happened to me. I was always able to see very clear after new contacts with new prescription in past years at other optometrists. This is day two, and I’m still seeing very blurry, which is now giving me a headache and making me dizzy. She said if I drove it was okay because I at least passed the “legal” guideline. Thankfully someone drove me back home. They were all friendly, but service, professionalism, and timing were horrible. I got there at 3:50pm and left until 6pm. I will not be returning there.

Dr. Ibrahim, the new optometrist at this clinic, is a phenomenal clinician. He truly cares for his patients and makes you feel at ease. I discussed many topics with him and he had great responses to all of my questions. The staff was very helpful and helped make my experience even more enjoyable. Horrible covid19 procedures, no temperature taken, waiting room packed with people waiting. Arrived at 4:30 for my appointment and was told to wait elsewhere because of they were at capacity. I told them this was bad service and did not felt safe . They told me : Just leave, we dont need you. I did leave and went to Dr. Hong in Mansfield, what a difference, clean, great covid protocols, in and out under an hour... professional staff...

Highly recommend them.One thing I did not like is they charged me a fee that was never discussed in beginning so watch out for extra charges ask questions I’m out $44.00 which should had been a free exam.The ladies at the front need to be trained some more I let people know what they are about to spend. I was not aware at all she let me know after the exam. I went on in paid I was highly upset.But the doctors are very nice but the front desk need more customer service training.

For a young (I think) doctor was baffled by his insight, help, and genuineness. I haven’t been to the eye doctor in years. The entire experience was a breeze! They moved very quick and they were super friendly and explained everything to me bit by bit.

Do not go here. We made an appointment for a contact lens exam. When we walked in there was a MANDATORY Retinol exam that costs 29.99. We left and went to My Eye Lab.

Had my yearly appointment scheduled with Dr. Ibrahim. As I came in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just when I started to look at all the glasses they had available I was called up to start my checkup. Dr. Ibrahim was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for their next appointment.

Dr. Ibrahim is an outstanding eye doctor! He was extreamly patient and very knowledgeable. He truly showed that he cares about your well being as a patient. GREATNESS! so much so this place was out of network for me and I didnt care. Dr Ibrahim was so professional he and made my son and feel comfortable during the exam, even the ladies at t he front desk made everything smooth very nice women, Zakiya and Samantha ! Even open on Saturdays they took me in as a walk in I was seen immediately, very grateful for this place.
