Never had a problem here. The drive thru can get crowded at times but hey you can get only so many cars in a line and they have to deal with each customer one at a time.
I receive very good service from the pharmacy staff, regardless of whether I drive through or walk in. They cannot possibly keep up at the drivethrough during peak times as there is only one window. Its quicker walking in during these hours. Wearing masks make communication a little harder, with both verbal and facial expression. It looks like an exhausting job!
This pharmacy has been nothing but great to deal with. I had a med from another pharmacy was too expensive the pharmacist transferred it for me and filled it in 30 minutes. My husband gets all of his meds at this pharmacy never an issue.
Went here for our vaccines. They were organized, friendly, and quick. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
The store was very dirty, I asked to use restroom while waiting for my vaccine. Bathroom was terrible, floors and toilet was the worse Ive ever seen in any store. Yes masks were warn but I didnt not see any surface whipped down between costumers. I would have left but I needed my vaccine. I will never enter that location again. All employees and management should be ashamed.
CVS is not excepting Covid 19 walk in shots today. Terrible!
Attempted to get Covid shot. Sign says walk ins welcome. Wait 5 minutes on line for cashier to say l have to make an appointment🙄then says l can wait up to an hour to see if any are left. False advertising; walk in means walk in, not an appointment.
The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I went inside to pick up my daughters prescription, who was sick outside in my car. They walked by me at least 6 times within 30 mins before I actually got any service. It took me to call the the CVS pharmacy phone, a lady picked up, whom I was looking dead at when she answered the phone and I said, Oh you can answer the phone but yall cant see me standing here waiting for service? Thats when another lady rushed over immediately to help me. Ive taken my business to another CVS because these folks here are blind, rude and extremely slow.
Horrible customer service. Cashier watched me walk in and sit at the photo kiosk for at least 20 minutes and when I went to process my order she then tells me the printer is broken and her bad for not paying attention.
This place is so bad. Rude people and they never answer there phones. Im going to Wal-Greens from now on. They need to hirer better people, who wants to do there jobs and cares about the people that they are serven. Dont go to this CVS they dont care.
Always helpful and well informed, thank you!
Almost all of the pharmacy staff is rude with the customers and need some training on proper customer service etiquette.
On hold for 10 + minutes to check on prescription .. smh website stated slower than usual
This pharmacy has some very rude staff at this location. I have no problem checking them whenever one of them steps out of character.
Excellent staff, service & choice of products. Very dependable!
I was very disappointed with the pharmacy staff. when Food Lion bought my BiLO store where my prescriptions were no one even notified me to let me know where my refills were, I was directly connected to CVS. Then they proceeded to tell me my refill was going to be $99 (which I had only been paying $16.05 with Good rx card at Bilo. Then they found me a goodrx that made the price $31.97. When I call back for the refill they told me I could not use that coupon and it will be $99. I called my CVS on Lake Murray Blvd and they filled them, no problem, paid only the $31.97. CVS Cayce has a $77 markup on the script. What is wrong with those people??? I pay out of my pocket for all of my medical and that is what goodrx is for. To make it affordable!! Needless to say no one had even ask me where to send my prescriptions for BILO. I would have never ot any of them at CVS ever because it is one of the highest price pharmacies and I have been in the medical field for 35 years. Thank goodness I go to my doctor Friday with new refills and they will not ever go to them again. Please do your pricing checking first, it always is right on.
You will be waiting forever to get your prescription. The drive thru is ridiculous, waited 40 minutes just to get my prescription. It’s been like this for the past two years I’ve been going here. I will be switching pharmacies. This store is ridiculous. They don’t keep no one and it’s always new employees.
Horrible at keeping monthly prescriptions in stock. I cant call the refill in until the day the medicine runs out. Their solution is to wait 5 days on a medicine that is needed on a daily basis.
New staff very rude
Nice store, great pharmacy staff. Friendly and professional
Really should be a negative one! Horrible customer service! Night manager hung up on my sick mother trying to get a prescription filled that she needed before going out of town for a week. She said the prescription would be ready the next day at 11 am. 8 PM the next day, the prescription was not ready. The same manager has an attitude like its was a problem to fill the medicine. Pharmacy tech told her to drive around until it was ready when she first went to the drive up window.
Amazing, hardworking, people. The whole store are awesome, just love this store.
Pharmacy is unable to refill prescriptions correctly, constantly sets prescriptions for ready-fill when told NO. It has incompetent employees giving wrong directions to customers for refunds. The Pharmacist is rude and incapable of training her employees. When there are problems she explains sorry Im not responsible for them. She should be replaced. Wish I could give no stars.. I will be changing my pharmacy.
I just stopped in to give my insurance info so I could switch from Walmart neighborhood on Knox Abbott dr. They ran out of my pain pills. So I decided next month I would go to CVS. The technician was a man and he was very polite. He said it was 1 that they have on regular basis. Which I needed because of the holiday Walmart couldnt even tell me if they would have it next week. So now I will not have my pills till they come in. Not kool Walmart neighborhood.
I just moved to town and I needed to switch over my prescription, so I went back to the pharmacy section and waited what seemed like forever to talk to someone, and when someone finally came over to help me, she was so rude. She wasnt listening to my questions and brushed me off and made me feel stupid. I will absolutely not go back here ever again.
The lady at the consultation area is always rude, either she hates her job or has a miserable life, I dont know but she is always cold, rude, and short. As a matter of fact I have never seem her smile! All the pharmacy staff are rude and nasty, the only ones that are decent people are the student pharmacists. And being that they are students, I dont believe those pharmacy staff should be teaching them anything. Horrible customer service!!
Some of the pharmacy staff are so rude and short with customers. I dropped a prescription off through the drive thru and that person was so rude. She said it would be ready in 30 mins. So 30 mins come and I call from my cellphone outside to check to see if it was ready. The person I spoke to said something my insurance wouldnt pay until the next day. I asked why. She goes, i dont know, you need to ask your insurance company and take that up with them. So rude i wanted to choke her. Long story short I called and verified everything was good to go on my insurance end. I go inside and stated I was picking up my prescription. Low and behold one of the techs was counting my meds. So basically the nasty girl who told me to come the next day to get my meds didnt want to provide service. This store does not need workers like her. Get rid of her please!!
The techs were rude beyond belief! One of the techs actually laughed at my unfortunate situation! The others were displicably rude! Ill never shop at CVS again!!!
They where helpful
This store sucks, I will be calling sc dea & slad
Very rude service. Slow .
