8/2021 My experience was well actually. The cashier made my day. She was genuinely nice and I could tell she likes interacting with people. She was nice the whole time and very helpful. Overall the store looked great. I got something to eat and hit the road.

Be carful when you park here . The parking spots are mixed with free and reserved . Most of it is not visible clearly. And they enforce the rule randomly. I was Saturday there and no body said anything. Sunday night suddenly they started enforcing and started towing trucks . I attached the pictures for evidence that I witnessed two trucks towed 10/11/20121.

Showers busy..still didnt have to wait long... Employee was husling..to get all showers clean quickly..and helping people navigate to shower rooms and numbers.. Even fixed then vents that had been bent in the door to make sure they were all closed.

Great place to stop while on the road! Staff were all super friendly, store and restrooms were clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks, as well as little toys for the little ones.

I went here for the Wendys attached to the pilot and it was swamped. Packed to the gills. It took (maybe) a minute or two longer to get through the order line than it should have but, as always, the food was hot and awesome.This really is one of the better Wendys....

Not the biggest but not the smelliest. Staff is very curteous here and the restroom is small but clean. They have Wendys and cinnabun kiosk and dairy Queen here. The Wendys serves breakfast

This post is for upper management. Why do yall always short staff the Wendys at this location on the night shift? This is a travel center. It stays busy and it doesnt make any since to not have enough staff. And not only were yall out of lemonade tonight, this morning 2am, the soda machine was down also. So people got cheated if they purchased a combo like me. I had to drink the fruit punch witch tasted like flavored water. If yall dont know how to run a resturaunt yall should step down and allow someone who does. This location looks nice, but no one wants to spent their hard earned money and have to feel cheated when they leave a place of business.

Paid for parking ahead of time and glad I did. Utilized shower. Was clean for the most part except the bottom of the toilet. Very dirty. Water pressure was excellent. Did go into Wendys. Cold fries but grilled chicken was good. Had a DQ as well in the Pilot.

I absoflippinlutely USED to hate coming here. got in here around 23:00. drivers, u know how hard it is to get parking after 17:00. i fueled, cleaned windows and decided to try anyway to find spot. halleflippinlujah!!! bob tail parking. i pull amazon and i’m not the driver that takes up a whole parking spot that a trailer needs to be in. i remember when i first started driving how tight it was in here. now with the bobtail parking it has made area for trailers to be backed in easier for the newbies. don’t wanna start out buying parts and repairs for other drivers. 4 stars because of the cluster mess out on the road trying to get in and out at times.

The service was slow. The drive through exit is hard to use in a midsize vehicle. The fries had no taste. They gave us no napkins. I had to park and go back inside for the honey mustard she specifically said she put in my bag. Awful experience and I will have to have my rim buffed out from the drive through curb. Don’t waste your valuable time here! Glad I was only passing through. It was so bad, I may never eat at a Wendy’s ever again!

If you search Pilot travel center, google maps will show you this place. Please dont come here. This place is just someones house with some trees (photo given). Theres no travel center here.The real name of the place youre searching is Pilot station (address and all are given in screenshot) which is just 2miles away from this house here. I tried to delete this fake travel center from google maps several times but google didnt approved my edit.

The only reason 1 star down is because they dont have washers for drivers other than that they are an excellent crew.A bit weird with their dress code but theyre cool 😎👍

No one checking the womens bathroom. One stall has no lock and two (of 4 total) were out of toilet paper and all were disgustingly dirty. When I informed the cashier that the bathrooms were out of tp (had been for hours) I was told that they didnt have anyone to change the rolls because all the current workers are men. As if that matters. I ended up going in the storage room myself to grab a roll to bring in the restroom since no one here can evidently problem solve hard enough to give a woman a roll to bring in if theyre scared of the womens room.

Free air, clean restrooms, stellar product and merchandise variety (to include some tight canes), and ample parking. A great gas and convenience store.

I was disappointed at this location. We always stop at pilots when traveling because you can usually count on them being clean and having a variety of foods (family of 5). However, this was not the case in the womens restroom. Locks on doors are broken, no toilet paper, no sanitary seat covers, dirty, and unkept. Thankfully my children were with me and could bring me toilet paper. They did have nice souvenirs and the cashier was nice as well.

The bathroon could of been cleaner ..... 2 stalls i went in toilet paper on the floor in the toilet unflished .......went to Wendys the workers messed up my order no apology they did give me the correct food to much talking and laughing could make you cofused not concentrating on orders

This location has a lot of parking and a lot of showers 🚿. Has a handful of food options within walking distance. The only thing I don’t like is when exiting the parking lot and your making a left towards the freeway. There’s a lot of traffic coming at a high rate of speed. Making it dangerous for you and other drivers. Maybe the city manager and pilot management can come up with a way to install a traffic light for trucks exiting the parking lot.

Ordered some food and the women working there was very disrespectful. She gave us food we didn’t even order and made us pay for it. She seemed to have her mind elsewhere... Food was packaged horribly and was practically thrown into the boxes upside down. No care at all. Will not be coming back. On top of all of this, the food was mediocre at best. Tasted pretty bland and I almost couldn’t finish it. I understand gas stations aren’t meant to be like diners, but at least provide me with a service I can rate at minimum a couple stars for. One is being courteous. The only decent thing i can comment on is the store itself. It was kept fairly clean and was organized.

Parking was easy if there no trucks park along the walls. I took a shower in #3 it need some attention, the toilet seat is crack and the shower is falling apart. Anytime anyone flushes the water pressure goes down. Overall okay gas station,I seen worst.

We stop here frequently while traveling intrastate, theres a Wendys attached plus a Dairy Queen & Cinnabon stand inside the station.

For every Pilot I have visited from the East coast to Texas have been a wonderful experience; clean bathrooms,organized and clean storefronts. I appreciate the employees for their hard work and helpfulness.

Accessibility is very very poor. Very unsafe to pull in/out this place.Management! Please request a traffic light for the entrance/exit of this place. If you pull out from this facility, it’s almost impossible to make a left turn. Inside the store is clean and great.

Paper towel machines that work would be nice. Place the trash cans so it is easy to exit the bathroom, using a paper towel to open the door and dispose of the towel properly.And please demand the employees wash their hands after using the bathroom before restocking the donuts!

This place is disgusting!!! I normally dont review truck stops because we really need them as drivers, but this place has a big nasty dumpster right by the entrance which smells really bad, but thats not as bad as the cockroaches running around inside. Really, I dont know whats worse. Really sad. First time here, wont be returning. Disgusting

There are 2 types of Pilots out there as you know 😄 this is a good one. Nice and clean with plenty of amenities. Just don’t be fooled by DQ sign, they only do shakes there.

This is a great station. It has the cheapest gas around so it is often crowded. The Wendys and other food places are awesome and the staff is friendly. Of course, most importantly, the bathrooms are quite clean. Good location for truckers to stop as well but it can be hard to get back on the highway if you want to get back on I-26. I-77 North is easy to access.

I like the Pilot truck stop, its one of my favorite places to go when Im traveling on the road with my husband. Hes a truck driver. They not only cater to trucks but regular vehicles as well. They have a hot food bar where you can get pizza, burgers, chicken strips, or salad. They have coffee, soda and other beverages such as energy drinks, etc.... Restrooms are clean and the wait in line average good place to stop when your looking to make a one stop drop.

I love this gas station. The manager, Daniel, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. Ive never encountered an associate that was not super friendly and helpful. It always is very neat and well organized. Unlike most gas stations, it always has clean reatrooms which is a BIG plus in my book.

Quiet peaceful places. Everythings fine on my behalf wait for Saturday go out to dinner hit the road I thank God Amen

I come here after work a lot to just go in and look around. Since this is a truck stop they have such awesome different things than most convince stores only offer. When walking in every morning Im greeted with the amazing smell of the cinnamon rolls. Big fluffy iced ones. It takes all I have not to get one every time. Most times Im greeted by the cashiers with smiles. I love coming here for my gas, hunger, or even getting over being bored needs. Keep up the great service!

Been waiting for the shower for 40 min “in line”, when I came straight there I saw all 5 shower rooms open and the guy who suppose to clean it just slept sitting in one of those rooms . Thank you for taking my time

I travel from FL to NC often. I always stop at this Pilot and others. Well lit, clean bathrooms, and usually the most competitive gas prices on the interstates. Great selection of beverages and most of them have 24 hr fast food restaurants attached.

Great store to find just about anything from quick grab foods to clothing. Awesome customer service! Friendly staff. Bought a new phone case to house credit cards too.

Google has Pilot listed as a place who sells kerosene. They do not sell kerosene and have not sold it for years.

Me and my mom pulled into Pilot to fill up. She inserted her card, the display was going round and round. It timed out, canceled transaction. Then she did it again, and it happened again. She came in and told Cashier, cashier said that has been happening all day. Then we go to another gasoline station, and transaction wouldnt go through at pump. She went in, and Cashier put $15.00 for the pump. Credit card frozen, then deactivated the card. Luckily we got it reactivated, no thanks to Pilot. We will never use pilot again.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARRIVED AROUND 8:00 PM ON THE 22ND OF FEB AND GOT A SPACE TO PARK IN! WE BOUGHT SOME MILK AND YES IT WAS COLD. THE NEXT MORNING WE GOT UP AND TOOK A SHOWER THE ATTENDANT GAVE US EXTRA TOWELS WITH OUT US HAVING TO ASK. THE SHOWER WAS CLEAN.. THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE SHE CAME IN CONTACT WITH. I DID NOT GET HER NAME BUT SHE HAS GRAY WAVY SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR.THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PILOTS WE HAVE BEEN IN. WE RUN UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST AND VISIT MANY TRUCK STOPS. WE GIVE THIS ONE A THUMBS UP. CLEAN RESTROOMS TOO!

Great location close to the highway and the interstate access. It is located close to various types of stores and businesses in and around the Columbia SC area.

Why do none of these truck stops have washers and dryers???????!!!!!!! Were truckers!!!! They havent invented in cab washers and dryers!!! Get with the programs and match the other common truck stops!!!!!

I have never seen such a cluster of idiot drivers in my life! Parking is tight, but if your old school, not a problem. Just watch out for the heartbeats.

Nice place, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and didnt mind helping out with some directions. The restrooms were clean although they didnt have soap in the dispensers, but once staff was informed they were on it fast. Will definitely be back and would recommend stopping here.

Went there to eat at Wendys. The burgers were actually freshly made even at 2am plus they got the order correctly. I was impressed.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Parking is tight when i got here someone took off another truckers hood. I didnt see it but came during the aftermath. But the store had allowed police officers to do there job. Because it was private property. Not public. But otherthan that a good place.

Fairly newly looking Pilot... It is a smaller scale Pilot.. South Carolina has a parking ordinance 1 hour parking as for cars in the front area.... So if you pull in here planning to take a quick nap... Be aware.... Also you have some guys always lingering around begging... But all in all its a decent Pilot

No one was in Dairy Queen area to assist me. After several minutes of waiting, I asked for assistance from a lady in the Wendys area. She promptly assisted by locating a manager who told me she had an employee who did not show up for work. She did not offer to help to me in any other way. She really thought this was acceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I experienced this sort of thing here. Clean building, POOR customer service.

If you need a place to crash for a few hours this is safe and clean.

The clerks were pleasant and helpful, but the store was in dire need of a broom and mop in all the public areas. The Wendys was dirty. The tables were in need of cleaning, paper products along with food were on the floor.

Good clean truck stop. The Wendys had excellent service, the Dairy Queen is slow. Amazing the things they can get in a small place that you might need traveling.

We stopped in for gas and a pit stop to the restrooms on our traveling trip. The bathrooms are clean and everyone was very friendly. And they had really cool stuff to look at.

If I could give no stars I would do that. It was absolutely the most embarrassing shopping experience I have ever had. The entire staff harassed me from the front door to the bathroom to the food section to the souvenirs and back. One staff member even stood over my shoulder while trying to look into my purse. I think the most horrendous part of my experience was when my husband left to go to the bathroom and one staff member radioed to check the bathroom for any stolen remnants of store items. I literally had to pullout my cash and have it in hand to ease the staff from harassment. What an awful experience.

Pilot stations are always nice. This one was very busy. Gas pumps worked properly and gave a receipt as expected.

The entire staff needs to be replaced . Those ladies have terrible Attitudes, they hardly greet you when you enter for a business that is open 24hrs a day the warm goods should be ready by 5am . Im all about folks having jobs but in the service industry theres no place for a unpleasant disposition .

Fair prices. Clean facilities. Pumps are easy to get to for larger vehicles and trucks pulling trailers etc.

My daughter’s car overheated on the hwyway on the way back to Charleston. She was able to pull in to this Pilot station and the man at the Pilot Station helped her with her car and made sure she and her little dogs were ok. Thank you!! You were such a blessing Daniel!

Place is nice but they allow vagrants to Panhandle. Thus you really cant leave your car for too long for fear of theft. I wanted to take a shower and couldnt because I had told that vagrant I couldnt help.

The Wendys hamburgers are fresh. The staff are very friendly. However, the Dairy Queen should be open 24 hours!

The workers were very friendly. One even let us know of a promotion that was going on where we got a $2 bag of chips for free with a bottled drink purchase, so we got 2.Now that is why I would highly recommend this has station. They go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of.

Bathrooms were gross. Employee just walked out after cleaning it, thought it would be clean. Nope there was poop running down the front of half the toilets and on the seat. I know people dont like to clean poop, but come on people....

Out of all the pilots that Ive been to the pilot at Exit 11 in Kentucky on I-75 North is the best pilot good people good service and they care Plus around that pilot you got to Walmart you got other places to eat other than the Wendys thats in the pilot great place to lay over.
