We love Krispy Kreme!!! When we were in college back in the 90s at Columbia International University we used to come here and get donuts and take them up to the capital and eat them on the capitol steps. They built this particular Krispy Kreme store after they closed the one on Main Street. This is the first place we ever saw the GLAZE WATERFALL!!!! We live in the mountains of North Carolina near Asheville, and we always come back when we are in town visiting and get us some yummy delicious donuts from here and take them to the Capitol to enjoy. You should do that too!!! ✌🏼

The only donut out of all of our donuts that taste decent was the blueberry cake and the raspberry filled. Not even my old time favorite that I always get, which is the glazed just wasnt even right. They looked funny which was okay but they just didnt even taste right. All the cream filled ones tasted kind of junky and not even flavor filled so. I might just be growing out of Krispy Kreme.

You can smell the freshly made donuts a mile away! Stopped in yesterday, picked up a dozen mixed for my wifes work, and one for me. 😁Friendly staff, great seeing the conveyor belt of donuts in operation!Four stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Why not five? No fault of the staff, but the donuts are getting smaller! Like corporate figured how to inch a penny and make them smaller and keep the prices the same! Bring back the original sizes!

This poor place was insanely packed. That said the staff was really quick, and when they were out of the item I was ordering they quickly made me up a batch. When the computers froze they were extremely apologetic. I give them credit for moving so fast under a lot of pressure.

This location ALWAYS does something grimy when theres a promotion/sale.😶 Friday the 13th had 2 dozen for $13. The ONLY flavors they had besides glazed and ONE BOX had to be glazed were chocolate w/ sprinkles, chocolate glazed and blueberry. REALLY? Last visit here🤮😡

Came here for dessert today while in the area. They were out of most of their donuts, but Ill let them slide since there was a line to the road earlier. Its so satisfying going in and watching the donuts being made, and its hard to beat a warm gooey glazed donut!

Dooughnuts are always a hit when the hot light comes on! Milk was fresh and delicious too.

Today was my first visit to this establishment. I placed my order and went to get it 10minutes prior to the expected time. It was ready when I got there! I was greeted upon entering, asked what kind of order I had(pickup or ready to order) then told why some of my items were not included in the box. The young lady was very friendly and answered every question I had. Items were hot and fresh and met the familys expectations.

Drive thru is not open 24 hours! The employees have it blocked off with cones while they are outside smoking cigarettes do not even pay your visit here! Also the lady who is in the drive thru is super rude & should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job. Krispy Kreme do better!

Came by at 11.42 pm and was told the registers were down til 1220 am. Came back by at 1250 and everyone was outside. Took 10 minutes to get registers changed and our order. At least 5 or 6 employees and not 1 inside. I love KK but yall might consider getting better staff. They were not friendly yet rude.

This is what I got for $3.99. when asked why is this not full, they replied there is nothing we can do. Do not order a frozen caramel latte larger cuz this is what you will get for $3.99 plus tax. What a jokr Krispy kreme. I will not be coming here for a second time. Terrible first impression of this place. Shame on them.

Its not really even open at 6 am. I got there on a sunday morning at 6:15 am, the drive thru was still blocked off, no hot light on. Your could see people working inside. At least, starbucks is open.

Went to Krispy Kreme on Saturday (09-04) for my free Donuts with my vaccinated card. Purchase 2 additional donuts. Was really disappointed that they didnt have the pumpkin spice donuts. Was told by the Associate that they( Cayce Location) wont be available until end of September or early October. My phone have been exploding with ads from Krispy Kreme since last month (August) for the pumpkin spice donuts. Dont understand why the items werent available. What a bummer.

Agh the price for donuts and a small lemonade on my goodness ridiculous. Its a place to splurge with the kids let them have a good time but oh my goodness its not my cup of tea..for sweets. Donuts are great when hot but thats a gamble too and it depends on what variety you select AND not all come hot or warm in that matter. And they are out of most varieties on most days but its a donut shop thats what you serve all day completely befuddled on that one its a gamble not worth taking for what you spend. I like the location but to arrive and they not have what you want is very frustrating i feel i went 15 minutes out my way for what. I wont start on staff..you can be as friendly as you are always and these guy will look at you like you are the reason they have to work double shifts.

This is a staple of West Columbia. It is always super busy, but usually worth the wait, especially if you’re ordering a large amount for an office party or something. Skip the coffee from here… it’s not great.

They are the best. The employees really make the experience. The kids love coming here. The staff are patient with my autistic nephew. And of course the doughnuts are PHENOMENAL!

I have ordered from them twice and both times they have messed up my order. The 2nd time they added what they wanted instead of advising me they were out of something. They have caused me 3 wasted trips to pick up the orders they messed up. Not acceptable!!!!!

My family and I went through the drive thru on April 11, 2021 and tried to order a dozen of the build your own box of donuts and the cashier had the nastiest attitude Ive ever encountered. It was so bad that I just pulled off. Dont want no one that is not happy at their own work place or bringing their issues to the workplace fixing my food. You wont get any of my business. Im good. Ya all need to do better.

Some are a little krispy and most are really kremey.......the donuts arent bad either, LOL!

Friendly service. It always smells amazing and I love seeing the doughnuts on the conveyor belt. The doughnuts are very good; as everyone knows! My favorite are the original glazed. I did try the glazed pumpkin spice and it was good.

I ordered an assorted dozen to be delivered.. EPIC FAIL!! They were not fresh at all. Assorted must have meant .. just throw whatever you have in the box and send it!! It was awful, I was very disappointed!! 4 cinnamon, three chocolate creme filled, one chocolate w/ sprinkles and three smiley face.. NO ORIGINAL GLAZE, NO LEMON CREME, NO RASPBERRY FILLED.. And they were cold.. like they had been prepackaged and were sitting all day! Awful!! Will never try that again

Drive thru is not 24 hours as advertised. I get off from shift at hospital to get some Krispy Kreme and find workers sitting outside and drive thru blocked. They said they close at midnight and open at 6am.

Doughnut factory where the Hot and Ready light is almost always on.

The drive-up lady has the blandest attitude jokingly we said oh my God they need to close you guys down and shes like well were closing in a few minutes anyway all we could do is laugh because it was clearly a joke we asked for a frappuccino to be one way and I guess because she took the joke like seriously that she was going to take it out on the frappuccino but if she overindulged and caramel in one area only took a stroll in all you get is caramel

I understand the wait, it was a busy time frame. The lady taking my order was rude when I told her I had an email for a dozen at $5.99. She said I must use the app to get it, but the email didnt state that and the app didnt show it. She didnt even say thank you, have a good day, or screw you.

When the hot sign is on trust me i fly in that drive thru like an eagle to its prey. Good customer service, my only issue with this location alot of newer items they offer they hardly have it in or choose not to make them at a certain time. I asked for a large slushy and i promise you she gave me the smallest cup in the world. I said maam is this a large and with a striaght face and a smile she said yes maam. Not even an ant could sip out this cup. But over i love donuts so i let that slide.

Got a good warm box of original glaze and it was perfect. My boys couldnt keep there hands off the.

Always delicious but this was the first time I pulled up and was told half the menu was not available on a Sat, 850pm. Instead of a dozen of 4 flavors my family settled on 1 flavor of 6.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the coffee here. And the price. It was a nice addition. The donuts were really good but seemed to take awhile to be served.

This is like the main one in columbia. The service was slow. The cashier was not nice at all. I gave her my card took abt 5 more minutes to get my card back, like what were you doing all this time. The hot light was on, they were not hot off the press. They were not even busy. Wasnt happy this time

The donuts themselves were hot and delicious. Makayla the cashier smashed our donuts and didnt say anything to us or look at us at the window and was just sorta overall distant and rude.

Fantastic! Went in the drive through and was very fast and and so friendly at the window.Plus they even gave us napkins and told us to have a good night. Lexington location really needs to learn more from this main location.Would drive twice as far past Lexington again to come to this one.

What can be said about the Krispy Kreme donut that hasnt already been stated? It is a work of art, a masterpiece, pure perfection. The staff at this donut factory are the BEST! So friendly & efficient, they make the experience even better. Go when the sign is on and get a warm donut right off the line, you wont be sorry!
