Only 2 stars, brought my Ram in for a complete service, with all the filters checked and or changed as needed with the tires rotated and repair 1 with a nail, everything was done SATISFACTORY, but I was informed that the shop couldnt fix my tire, and off THEY SENT ME WITH A NAIL IN MY TIRE, never again will I use their services.

I recently received a Automatic transmission overhaul from the Service Department at Crystals Chrysler On my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The service manager and staff were very friendly and helpful the price I was quoted was honored even though extra parts had to be ordered. I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience I have a transmission fully rebuilt at a much lower price than Taking it to a transmission shop. And who would know transmissions better than a Chrysler service department? WELL DONE

Service intake staff was nice…this time.. But on every recall I have had corrected at this Jeep dealer, there is never any clear explanation of WHAT is being performed and why. And even with an appointment at he very beginning of the day, I had to wait over 2 hours for a quick software update, which requires about 5 minutes to perform. Actually the “repair” was quicker than the confirmation of my contact information already in their system and checking-n of my vehicle. this is why I just bought a different brand of new vehicle elsewhere and am selling the Jeep serviced by Crystal.

First visit ever (we just moved into area). Looking forward oil change to my 2019 Challenger. Friendly and helpful attendants. They offered to service me quickly Fast service (within a few hours). But opted to make future appointment (so I could wait fit it and be done with it). I was in and out in just over an hour (tires rotated too). We’ll be back.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Crystal Chrysler. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience! We worked with Jose Carpio, who was knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our needs. He allowed us to test drive multiple times, take the vehicle home, think through the purchasing details, and make the decision when we were ready. He delivered the vehicle to our home and signed papers with us. Having worked in the car industry in the past, I cannot express how much their level of transparency meant to my wife and I. This was the worst dealership service I have ever received.First, they had me bring my vehicle in on a Wednesday morning. When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t even look at it until Friday. So my Jeep sat in the very hot August sun for 2 days for no reason.Then, I had to call to get an update. They hadn’t even looked at it. Was told it was ‘probably’ something but she didn’t have specifics. Service rep Jenna told me she would call me on Monday with estimate for the fix.No call on Monday.I called on Tuesday. Late afternoon, finally got a call back to tell me it was finished and ready to be picked up. The ‘problem’ was actually less involved than I was told on Friday.Now I pick up my Jeep. The contents of my center co sole had been dumped in the floorboard of my back seat area. Not put back where they emptied it.And now, my rear windows won’t operate clearly they messed it up when disassembling the console and didn’t check them.I won’t be going back there ever.6 days, for a fix that apparently took less than an afternoon and they didn’t even bother to clean up their mess.Unprofessional and expensive.Don’t go here.

Came into this dealership and was immediately approached by David Gutierrez and he helped me pick out the Jeep Cherokee I had been wanting. He made it very comfortable giving his honest opinion on my selection based off the payments I was looking for. There was no strong arming or haggling, it was a laid back atmosphere they offered me water while I waited. Most of all they made my swap for my old car so easy. Alex did a great job in coordinating the diagnosis of my Dodge Journey. I thought the problem was something more extensive and they could have charged me for repairs that I didnt need. But he was honest, the repairs were made and I was charged just a small fee. He was friendly and kept me updated on the progress and also gave me a number where I could reach him if I had questions. I did text him once and he answered promptly. An added benefit was he didnt treat me like I was ignorant of the subject matter. That alone would keep me going back. Ive never had a bad experience at Crystal Chrysler, but I did notice a significant improvement in customer service this time. Thanks to Alex I would feel comfortable recommending this dealership.

This was the worst new car experience I have ever had for service on my 2021 jeep gladiator. My truck has 8,000 miles on it and the left front tire was making a loud noise. I was told by Alex Ramirez that all four tires needed to be replaced because I didn’t rotate my tires at 5000-60000 miles. They rotated my tires and changed the oil. No fluids wereChecked as assumed on a 1 service appointment. I picked up a filthy vehicle after being held for 6 days. No phone calls with updates and terrible customer service. This whole department needs to be re-vamped. The Yelp reviews on the service department at this dealership at unbelievable. The fact that Chrysler’s corporate office has allowed this owner to operate under such poor service conditions is unbelievable. I will be contacting the Better business bureau as well as the corporate office with my concerns and all the Yelp reviews I read.

Made appointment to have window trim replaced with new part back on June 7 2021. Confirmed part was in and I could arrive on scheduled date. Arrived for repair and was given a 2-3 hour wait time to complete work. After 3 hour wait I requested update and repair time and was given assurance it would be 20 minutes. This continued for the next hour and finally my Jeep was brought to service drive without repair. Service attendant provided apologies and committed to repair the trim work at no cost. Attempts to reschedule 2 different times has failed to produce confirmation to make repair. Clearly the dealership has no concern about its customers.

!!!Very Disappointed!!!I would like to say I am very disappointed that I did not find Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep before. I just bought a 2020 Jeep Trackhawk and found it to be the easiest transaction I have ever had.I own a variety of cars from a Jeep, Porsche and Land Rover. The only reason I mention that is because I have been to so called Luxury dealerships as well as standard dealerships. Crystal set the bar that others should strive for.Eli Arellano and I had emailed about 20 times about the vehicle as well as my trade in. Everything that was communicated was delivered without any issues. I received my trade in value based on pictures I supplied and had no problems when I came to the dealership.Justin Abbott performed the final portion of the transaction with absolute professionalism.The finance portion took about 15 minutes and from start to finish I was in and out of Crystal in less than an hour. I now have my ultimate SUV and couldnt be happier.My only possible issue was the fact that as I write this, Covid is in full force and I didnt get to shake anyones hands or actually see their faces. But hopefully that will be ending soon.Regards-Mike

During my last servicing at the dealership, they experienced an issue with their computer and phone systems which lasted for two days. I was not able to reach them by phone to check on the status of my repair and to find out when I could pick up my Jeep. Due to their system issue, it took longer for the work to be completed and since rentals are very scarce, I was very much inconvenienced. Jennafer remained professional and respectful during this time and I would like to thank her for that. There was manager, whose name I can’t remember, was very helpful as well. I empathized with the dealership’s situation but I feel there should have been a back up plan for communicating with customers. There was no information on their Facebook page which would have been helpful since their phones were down. They did not even have any signs posted in the service lobby during this time. I have always had great service there and consider this past experience a fluke. I just hope the general manager and others on their management team create an effective back up communication before such a situation occurs again.

I took my truck in for starting problem sounded like the battery was dead. So I took it in they charged it kept it for 2 days, so they started it everyday saying they couldnt find anything else that it was fine. So I picked it up parked it in front of the house got up the next morning it wouldnt start sounded like the battery was dead again. The second time they ran tests and said it was the fuel pump so they replaced it, so I picked it up. Third time it was completely dead so I had it towed there, So the third time they ran tests and now its the starter relay, so they replace that now Im picking it up and well see what happens tomorrow.

The car was gone 3 days and it did not get a wash and had water spots all over it. To get something fixed under the warranty it took me at least 3 trips to cathedral city and a va lot of patience. The last couple of times they gave me back my car without even washing it. I had a very poor customer experience in this store and doubt that my next car will be a jeep again.

It is with pleasure that I extend a huge Thank You to Alex Ramirez and Jennafer Sierra at Crystal Chrysler for their patience, professionalism and kindness. Out of frustration with the I-10 person to whom I was assigned not communicating with me regarding my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I drove straight to Crystal Chrysler. The first person I encountered was Alex. He listened to my dilemma and when I asked if he could help me, he apologized for my bad experience and welcomed me to Crystals Service Center. He scheduled me for the first service on my vehicle and I felt relieved instantly. I arrived at my scheduled time, was greeted warmly by the service staff and noticed that Alex was busy helping another lucky lady with her vehicle. Enter Jennafer Sierra. Big smile, she asks how she can help me? I explained that I was there for my appointment and she took it upon herself to help Alex by seeing to my needs so that I didnt have to wait unnecessarily or be further inconvenienced. I cant tell you how much that means to me and my husband. You should be proud of Alex, Jennafer and your service center; they really care. Moral to this story: shame on me for not continuing to deal with Crystal Chrysler for this Jeep. Lesson learned...

I went into Crystal Chrysler for a simple oil change for my 2017 Grand Cherokee. The service representative told me that I had to use synthetic oil and the cost for a simple oil change was $71.39. I believed him at the time and signed the work order authorization. Since then I have done some research and found out that I do not have to use Synthetic oil. He was up charging me as I believe he get commission on his sales. This is a compete rip off and will never go back to that dealership again.

Just bought a Jeep Gladiator here and what a sad dealership. I’ve never felt less important as a customer. I’ve had several service issues (not involving product quality) and follow up here is non existent. If you have abundant time to relentlessly follow up and pursue requests you’ll be fine. Unfortunately I do not.Also the customer area is totally no frills. I’ve experienced far superior accommodations at roadside service stations. Sad.

For those who have srt and after market tunes or camshafts avoid this dealer ship . Came in running tip top for a recall that I needed to do to get my tags with DMV barely left there dealer ship running . These suppose technicians re flashed my ecu to sock setting knowing before hand that my ecu had a different map for the camshaft and did it anyways with out my Permission all they had to do was say we can’t help you if we proceed you will lose your current map and the truck won’t run right and can’t hold idle . Now I have to go get my truck dyno tuned again for $500 + Just to have it normal again . You guys should stick to just checking tire pressure over there . And to top it off they washed my truck and they couldn’t even do that right finger prints and Streaks along the whole truck 😂 wow!!! Won’t be going over there any time soon .

I called to schedule a service appointment for my Jeep Gladiator. I was told the first available appointment was 10 days from now. Before confirming the appointment, I said I will need a loaner vehicle, as it is a complimentary benefit of the Jeep Wave Program. Apparently, a service appointment that required a loaner would not be available for at least a month. Furthermore, I was transferred to another person who would only collect my name and number to call me back in a month I guess when they may have rentals available. Not a happy customer.

I felt like the service rep should have been a little more assertive about what it was that was appropriate for the miles and age of my car. When I called for a service appointment I expected that there were things such as an oil change that would automatically take place and if at 65000 miles changing other fluids was appropriate She would suggest that. Well I went in today for the appointment and told me that it would be a couple of days to fix the problem they never told me that the first time I went in to make an appointment!!! Besides that their is no rental cars if I wanted one I’d to wait because theirs 30 people ahead of me!

We worked with Ruben on getting our Jeep Grand Cherokee and we are from San Diego. Ruben made everything seamless so all we had to do was drive (3 hours) up and sign the paperwork. Made a trade in on our old Jeep and came home in our beautiful new Jeep. Financing dept was easy and didn’t end up spending hours there like most dealerships. Great service all the way around.

Jenna took my order, when I was there 8 am, I didn’t receive word about my car 4pm, the didn’t work on my car at all. I thought was going to pick up car Saturday. When I called on Saturday the shop the guy told me they don’t work on Saturday and Sunday. I said let me speak the manager, I was told by Danny there was no manager there! I arranged to pick up car on Saturday, I have to go to work on that weekend! They sent on an UBER driver to pick up!Why didn’t Jenny tell me they don’t work on the weekends!!My car alarm still going while I driving and the motor cuts off. I have stop the car open my hood and bang on fuse box to make it stop! This very dangerous! I don’t know when that is going happen! I explained this to Jenny, why couldn’t they work on my car??

Made a quick stop to look at two vehicles. Ivan was plenty helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased one out of the two we inquired on. Wasnt pressured at all and the environment was friendly and welcoming. Ball is pretty much in your court. As with any business transactions, be prepared and do your research before engaging with any dealerships. Would have been 5 stars but I felt that the car we purchased could have been extra cleaner before leaving the lot with us.

I traveled from Las Vegas to buy a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. After researching the car online and talking to many dealers over the phone in Southern California, I visited three dealers. The only dealer I met with that I felt was totally honest and professional was Ivan at Crystal Chrysler in Cathedral City. On Sunday My Chrysler Pacifica had warning lights come on and they seemed quite serious. WeImmediately phoned into the dealership and spoke with the General Manager Paul McKenna. Within hours he had set up a loaner car and appointment for first thing Monday to bring it in for service. Upon arriving Monday we were greeted by Jennafer in service and let me just say, she is a PRO, with certainty she told us what the issue was and took the van in. The rental loaner car service person was friendly and efficient. We left with confidence. Jennafer remained in contact with me throughout the day via text and called me to say they wanted to keep the van until the next morning to make sure the issue had indeed resolved. Due to the heat in the desert they wanted to be cautious. She called the next day and upon arrival she greeted me, signed me out and let me know it was a warranty item and the car was washed and vaccumed. From start to finish my experience with this dealership is A+. Highly recommend.
