We brought our 2002 Volvo S60 in and I have to tell you...from the first contact via telephone talking to Shirley (whom is a joy to talk to), too bringing the car in and talking with Ron who tore apart the car and quickly and quite knowledgeably, put it back together, the experience has been non stressful and truthfully quite seamless. Ron kept us totally in the loop and finished the car exactly when he said he would. Doctor V’s is as fabulous as the other reviews state. You won’t regret bringing your vehicle too them.👍🏻😀

You can tell a lot about the tone of a place by just hanging out and you can spend a fair amount of time hanging out at an auto mechanics place. I believe Ive been treated fairly and received professional work. The stellar customer service and friendly, welcoming reception Ive received each time reinforce the sense of honesty and reliability. All brands have their nuances and quirks, so a Volvo expert is a relationship to cherish. Im a fan.

Ron is a master diagnostician and is honest. I’ve trusted him to do two somewhat major engine repairs and two smaller repairs and he is fair, honest and returns the car without any surprises. It costs what he said it would cost and takes as long as he said it would take which as a refugee from Volvo dealers is truly valuable.If your Volvo is out of warranty this is the place to go to get honest work – truly rare in this day and age.I highly recommend him.
