I originally bought tires and had upper and lower ball joints replaced. I asked them to also align my truck. Upon receiving my pick up back I noticed that my truck pulled hard to the right. When I called the Salesman back he said there was nothing he could do fix that. So I paid for alignment that wasn’t aligned. I brought my truck in roughly 5,000 miles later to rotate tires they charged me 21.00. I probably should have asked when I bought tires from them if they covered free rotation like most shops do if you are a loyal customer. Also upon inspection of tires my tires had not been rotated. I brought the salesman out and he said normally the hub caps go with each tire. Which in my case my hub caps do not get removed with my rims. So I got charged to rotate tires that I bought from them with no rotation. Neat! Would not recommend this tire shop to any one!

Called the shop driving on the interstate as our tire was quickly leaking air. Gary answered and said they could fix the tire. After getting to the shop it was discovered the tire was unfixable the the guys hooked us up with a used tire. And we are back on our adventure south.. Thank you Gary and crew!!!

They were super busy but worked me in. A flat tire in 17 inches if snow. Bought some new tires, they were awesome

This has got to be the only place in the state that stocks 19 tires. I called ahead and was able to make it in on my spare by 4:55pm, mere minutes before close. Brett and team hung around even after close to make sure my tire was changed. I was on my way in my Mazda CX-5 by 5:30pm. THANK YOU - it meant a lot to me.

After hours on Labor Day. Fixed my tire in about 35 minutes

Did a great job on the work truck. Oil change and tire rotation took 45 minutes. Good service. Will be back again.

I stopped by Casper Tire on my cross-country drive from NJ to California because my low tire pressure light kept coming on. I figured I had a nail or something in my tires and asked Brett to check it out. Brett and all the guys at the shop were great! They checked out my 2 tires and had us in and out very quickly considering we were a walk-in. I highly recommend!!

Laid back spot.. was cheapest place in town I found to swap out a few semi truck tires I had. Even worked past closing time to get the job done.

New parts and was told they cant do an alignment because the parts are bad, took to a mechanic shop and had them look over it and they said all the parts are good casper tire has lazy mechanics!

Nice guys - I had a tire go flat on me. They couldnt find the leak, tested the valve, and swapped it back out with my spare. Didnt charge me anything for their time. Usually this means you can trust the folks working there - Ill definitely go back if I need tire help in Casper.

These folks got me in when no one else would or could. I needed a replacement tire. They found it, got it to the shop same day, and had it on in less than 1 hr. The price? Cheaper than every other place trying to make me wait 24hrs. My experience was excellent.

Normally do great work. Still love this place had them patch a tire and my tire was bad did an excellent job patching it but there was a crack in my that they missed that another tire shop seen. I love the work these guys do but oops everyone makes mistakes.

These guys here were awesome. I called around looking for two tires almost no place had in stock or they were way overpriced. Not only did Casper Tire have them in Stock, with a better price than everyone else, they also got my truck right in and serviced. They were very informative and went over every option. Im from New York and had a tire blowout in the middle of nowhere Wyoming lol. After getting my spare on with some Roadside assistance. I had a tire blow out just outside of Casper. I arrived 30 min before they open to be first in line. They told me the tire I need is in their warehouse across town. Said it would take an hour and Ill be on my way. Hour and a half later and they still havent picked up my tire from the warehouse. Go somewhere else you will get in and out faster.

Waited for 2 hours for an oil change to be done. Instead of moving my car out when it was done they blocked it in and removed the tires from the second vehicle. I waited til the cap of the time given before asking what exactly was going on and was told Id be waiting another 30 minutes atleast.

Have bought my tires here for a couple years. If you buy them there they usually repair them free! Also they have refilled my washer fluid for free!
