Everytime I go to a Big O Tires location I am never disappointed... they always pin-point the problems of the vehicle and let you know right away to find the best solution(s). Just like the one in Cheyenne, WY the Casper location is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I normally dont write reviews for anything but I believe they truly deserve it. Cheers!

After getting many tire quotes by phone and in person due to a sidewall blowout, I was underwhelmed by the attitude of the service people I was dealing with. Val at Big O took the time to understand what I needed in a tire, found me a high quality set of tires that met those needs and provided a reasonable quote. It was a pleasant change to deal with someone who was interested in helping me and not just making a sale. The next time I need tires I will START with Big O based on my experience with Val. You should too.

Beat place in town to get most auto work done. I’ve taken 20 plus vehicles there, with various things wrong. They have literally never let me down. 2 thumbs up.They are also friendly and professional.

I will be the first to tell you that I know nothing about cars . I also am a college student and a teacher, so lets just say that I dont have much money rolling around. I love this place, they are fair, explain things in ways I can understand, and helpful. They also never try to scam you out of money that it isnt necessary to spend on something . They are all around a great company, and have great employees that help you no matter what . If you are tight in money they will help you figure something out, I would refer them to anyone.

After 3 days of working with them to get tires, decided to give my money to someone else. They didn’t have the tires in stock 2 days ago which I can understand, so they were to order them that day for installation the next day. Was then told that he got busy and didn’t get the order placed in time so the tires would be here this morning. Received a phone call around 9 AM stating the tires weren’t on the truck for delivery and with it being a holiday weekend they couldn’t find out why until Tuesday. I went in to pick up my car and was told they would call me when the tires were in. I didn’t see my car in the parking lot, I had dropped it off the day before, before the close of business. I was told it was where I parked it, which it clearly wasn’t, as I had looked when I arrived, and I had been told it would be put in the back in their secure lot. The man then proceeded to point to the west, from inside the building, stating “it’s over there ”. I walked outside and “over there”, not seeing anything and not knowing the lot next to them was theirs, I walked to the back, my car was not there. A young guy came out and I said I was looking for my car. He said, “Oh, it’s probably over here.” He walked me to the lot and on the way I told him I was not happy with the service I was receiving. He apologized and said they were really busy and acknowledged that wasn’t an excuse. While sitting in their lot I decided to call a competitor and was able to get my car in today, purchased the exact same tires, for less money, and their service was exceptional! Completely disappointed with Big O!!!!!

Quick and hassle free flat tire repair. 22$ and some change.

This is a perfect shop for anyone passing through or even locals looking for quality service. I have a lowered car and was passing through on a Saturday but needed a wheel inspection and balancing done due to a vibration. Called 4 shops and stopped by 2 - got rejected because of the low clearance and/or availability. Steve from Big O said to stop by right away and that he can get started on it immediately. The low car was a challenge but the two techs working on it solved that issue right away. I was in and out in under an hour with all wheels balanced and rotated. Highly recommend!

These guys have gone above and beyond 2 times now for me when I’ve been in a pinch. The first timing coming in after they were closed and they still helping me get a tire patched and back out the door quickly. The second timing being today needing to get tires mounted. Again right before closing they told me they would get it taken care out and out the door the same night.

I love the guys, they are all so nice and do really good work and I always recommend their services to others. However, I needed a flat repair and could NOT get service. I understand they get busy, but I talked to all 4 salesmen in the 1st hour I was there asking me what they could do and I told them all that I needed a flat repair and not a single one of them made a ticket to even get it looked at or on the agenda to be done. It took my husband, who works in the back of shop, saying something to the manager/owner after I had been sitting there for another 2.5 hours before a ticket was made, but still nothing was said to me and I was the customer, so I left to take my car somewhere else because I still had not been talked to. My husband had to call me back to tell me that a ticket was made when no one in the front of house would even talk to me. The salesmen also did not ask me about services I wanted done or explain to me what had been done after my car was done being worked on. Employees families are not treated like customers. Very disappointed. I love Big O and the work they do and Im proud to say my husband works for them, but I should not have to feel like I am not important when I am a customer for the day. I will continue to use a different service provider from now on.

I had tires put on here that usually work on Jeep Wranglers but for some reason they were rubbing my brake lines. Manager Al and Mechanic Mr. Douglas were quick to bring my Jeep back in at no cost, replace the broken brake line and make things right with no argument or trying to pass the blame. Top notch first class customer service.

Passing through Casper almost 2000 miles from home our tire light came on. So we stopped in a little desperate to figure out what the problem was before we could get back on the road. Last winter I took a road trip from Georgia to Montana. Along the drive back from Montana to Colorado my truck was partially stuck in 4 wheel drive. I made it to Casper and the guys at Big O took great care of me and got me back on the road. I was on a tight schedule and they made my truck a priority that morning! Being so far from home with car troubles was no fun, but the guys at Big O were very honest and I appreciate their service very much!

Usually have a good experience today I dropped off a flat repair and was told about an hour. An hour and a half later wasnt touched so I went in and was told they were getting someone on it and would be about 20 minutes. So I went out to wait in my car in their parking lot. About 30 minutes and they call and say its ready. I walked in and the same gentleman I talked to the second time said they are working on it now... I informed him that I was just called and it was ready.. he then told me that he wanted to wait on this other customer that just got there.. I waited for him to finish he collected the money and said your tire is over in customer carryout thank you for your business.... I thought really after almost 2 hours and to be treated like this. Unlikely i will return not a happy customer...

Walked in was greater by an awesome sale rep. Cut to the chase got my 2 trailer tires(tires no mounting) asap and out the doot I went 15 minutes tops.Thank you

I brought a flat tire in that I was told was non repairable, the tire was off the rim when given back to me on a late Friday afternoon. I purchased a plug kit next door and went home. I then mounted that tire back on the rim and salvaged my weekend. I drove on my repair for 1000 miles and when I returned to Casper I took the tire to Sams and had it professionally redone with a plug patch. No problems, no issues. Will not be buying any more tires from Big O in Casper. Commission salesmen would be my guess, would rather lie to you to try and get you to buy new rather than providing good service.

This experience was the best from beginning to end! I made my reservation online and that went well except the tire size was wrong when I got to the shop but that was pointed out by the rep there. My wife and I waited and the work was done right when we were told it would be. The price was higher than I was anticipating but probably competitive with other tire shops. I really have no complaints and this was a good experience

Came in around noon. Dropped off rim and was told would be done by 3. Show up at 3:20 and no one had touched the rim. Asked if they had any deals for military, was told yes. On a $260.00 charge I was givin $1.00 off. Quality of tire is the same everywhere, customersrrvice is not.

World Class Service. I will not go anywhere else. Don got my new wheels on and they look just as good as they did after I got done polishing them. These guys give a hoot, and it shows. Other inferior shops scratch your wheels and leave your interior a mess. Big O takes care of your vehicle both inside and out. I cannot recommend these guys frequently or highly enough.Visited again on 11/8. Same outstanding service, this time Nathan went well above and beyond the call of duty. He even made sure I was happy before I left! THAT is how its done! Big O FOR LIFE!

Went into the shop yesterday for what I thought was a slow leak on one tire since my tire pressure monitor kept going off. The guy who helped me was very nice and assuring that they would get it done as quickly as possible (it was very busy when I came in.) I wasn’t in a huge rush, but when I sat down I realized I didn’t have my wallet inside my purse. I told the man who helped me what happened and he was even more friendly! He told me to sit tight and that they would get it handled. In less than 45 minutes my car was back and they had pulled a screw from the tire. I am very thankful for their service, and loved that the guy who greeted me and set up my account in the shop was the same guy to assist me in leaving. Very professional staff and kind service. Will definitely use them again! Thank you, kind sir, for all of your help!

I went in to look for tires for my Jeep. I wont be back. The salesman told me to go talk to my husband and then let him know what tires he says to get. My husband passed away in January. But even when he was alive I chose and bought what I needed. I will not shop at a place that has such a lack of respect for a potential customer.

Great tire shop, I was very impressed! Im very particular about how my tires are mounted and balanced. The young man doing my tires was very professional. He asked me if I had any concerns or questions. I watched his work very closly, as I had never been to this shop before and had to make sure the work was getting done correctly. I would recommend this location, only gave four stars because they didnt have any vending machines.

Went into find out some pricing on new tires and found that wow the tires I needed were way out of my price range. The sales rep AL, said lets go to the back of the store. There he had an abundance of used tires that were in awesome shape. I was on my way from Minnesota to Grand Targhee and hit an ice chunk that bent my wheel. The men at Big O were friendly and quick. They got me on the road again at a good price. 15 minutes later I slid off the road. They quickly helped pry the fender away from the tire so I could get back on the road AGAIN. What a great place !

This store in particular is the most amazing place in town to go for tires and service. I have been going to them for about 2 years now and the customer service that you receive at this store is absolutely Phenomenal!! Went in there to get my tire fixed. The valve stem was corroded so they replaced it for free. There was a young woman sitting close by who had been driving around on a flat for a month. She didnt have any friends or family that could buy her a new tire and no funds to get one herself. One of the gentlemen that works there found her a used tire and put it on her vehicle free of charge. All employees were very professional and kind.

Good Service, But will give 2 stars Because they did not tighten mu Hubcaps with a allen wrench after i told them to do so, ended up loosing all 4 my Hub Caps on the highway after i drove 50 Miles Home, they did order me new ones but still they should take advice from the costumer the Rims i had on it i have had 7 years since new and never once have i lost a hub cap because almost everytime the one doing the work would torque them down 10 lbs and the guy who tightened them that day just did it with the Bit with absolute no pressure

I set up an appointment online, but when I contacted the store, they said they couldnt honor the appointment. First come, first serve. Why would corporate advertise an appointment time when the store cant do it?Because I was buying $1,000 worth of tires they called me after I had left the store and honored the appointment.I like the local story, but feel somewhat misled by corporate.

Our Big O representative was Russ . He was awesome. We had lug nuts that were bad he sent another worker to get us a complete new set and had all 4 tires and new lug nuts put on in a very timely manner. He then had us drive around about 20 miles and come back to re-tighten the lug nuts before leaving to travel back home about 200 miles. He was very professional, thoughtful and informative. It was truly a great experience.

Gave me a 1500 dollar quote claiming my u joints and ball joint were old and needed replaced immediately. They in fact were brand new and this was confirmed by Midas across the street. Needed a 40 dollar steering stabilizer shock and it was fixed. Went back and asked about it and was met with hostility.Very surprised this place is even in business still. I wouldn’t recommend them to inflate a tire. Surprised the desk jockeys can even spell their own names. Pretty sure they hire out of NowCap. Special little fellas working here for sure
