Fast and friendly service. I really only had a routine checkup and oil change, but Im always happy to hear that my baby is in tip top shape. Was given good coupons online too that werent a hassle to use.

I have taken my car in to have service done twice now since moving to Casper and so far I have thought the service has been excellent! I had an oil change and a starter replaced. Both were done decently quick and the price for the services was good! They also showed me of some other potential problems that should be taken care of in the future. I always appreciate being shown the issues on the vehicle rather than just told. This gives a great sense of trust in Meinekes especially after having other repair shops try to perform shady repairs that didnt actually need to be done.

Wow! Its normally so difficult to find a reputable mechanic in a new town. If you are looking at reviews trying to find one, you just did. I have never had that level of work done for that low of a cost. And quickly! Jeff is professional, and very good at his job. They fixed an issue caused by another tech in town, and charged me pennies on the dollar of what it would cost at another shop. I wont be going anywhere else in Casper for my truck repairs.

I had just bought myself a used Ford Ranger I took it to get the steering column fixed as well as getting the oil changed, new air filter, and just to make sure everything was overall running properly. They said I supposedly needed a new radiator even though they didnt put in any coolant in my truck, just leaving it bone dry . I was willing to pay for whatever needed to be done but instead they wanted to try to get another $400 out of me. Dont trust this place whatsoever the manager didnt bother to look at it himself and just told me what the mechanic said I supposedly needed. Extremely sheisty people.

The ABS system threw a code which ended up being a faulty wire in the wire harness!!Usually a PITA job to locate the fault!!Jeffs crew was able to locate and repair the wiring harness resulting in placing my ABS system back in service at a very reasonable rate!!!Thanks again Jeff & crew!!!

Its a busy place, but when you get an appointment the repair is always completed in a timely manner (usually the same day). The Service advisor/manager is always very polite and helpful and is great at explaining the problem without talking down to you. I have never felt cheated or taken advantage of, unlike many other repair shops, and I trust them to take care of my wifes car and my grandmothers vehicle without overcharging or tacking on unnecessary repairs.

They were super nice and professional. They got the oil change done quickly and told me about a minor service that I will be taking my car to them for to fix when I get the chance. I appreciate the time and effort the put in.

Jeff and his guys are great. They are fast, friendly, honest and do a great job. I always know my vehicle is in good hands. They do the work asked but always take the extra time to look things over and make certain Im safe, if they see anything that might be a problem in the future they give me a timeline on when it should be fixed and a cost estimate. My daughter even takes her vehicle here.

My car ran before it came into their shop. They changed the ac compressor now it won’t run and they said there’s no power going to the ac. They said they would diagnose it and they didn’t even do so leaving me without a running car. Terrible job

I took my 03 Toyota 4Runner in mostly because of all the positive reviews on here and was not disappointed. Jeff was very personable and professional. I needed an oil change but was also concerned about a slow drip from the transfer case. He got the oil change job for my appointment done promptly and gave me an honest assessment on the drip problem and other issues he noted without pressuring me on any of it. Ill definitely be back and will make recommendations for his business as well.

The staff at Meineke was super friendly and helpful! I decided to try them because I was tired of waiting more than an hour at the dealership for an oil change! They took about 45 minutes to get it done, which was great! I will be going back!

The people at Meineke are absolutely amazing. I was having some suspension work done by them. But my car decided to break down. But through it all they helped me out so much more than I could ask for.

I called right after they opened to make sure they could replace my differential fluid in my jeep. Jeff who answered the call said they could do and I asked how long and what the cost would be, he said it would probably take 2 hours and would be about 175 in total. I got there for my appointment at 1 and was greated by Jeff at the front counter. I gave him my keys and walked around. I got back after about 15 min or so of walking around and they were getting ready to finish up the front diff and were about to do the rear. It took only about an hour and a half and since my rear diff wasnt a locking diff the cost was brought down. It was a painless experience i havent noticed anything wrong since then everything is working good.

Ive been to Meineke several times for various problems and each time I have been treated well by Jeff and his staff. On more than one occasion I have brought a vehicle in and tell them what I think is the problem. After their inspection, many times I was off base and the vehicle is fine, or it is something minor. Instead of gouging me, they charge only for their time.Great service, great integrity. I highly recommend them.

It has been my experience that service guys think girls are dumb and dont know anything about cars. Jeff did not treat me that way at all. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend!Recently, I took my vehicle in for an inspection before a long trip. Just the day before I had taken my vehicle to a dealership in town for an oil change and an inspection. Not only were they not able to identify where leaks were coming from under the hood, they told me my tires needed to be replaced and that I shouldnt even be on the road.I decided to get a second opinion, after being scared to death, that my car was probably going to break down at any minute. I read reviews online and thankfully Meineke was able to get me in before I had to leave town.Jeff is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify where the leaks were coming from and identified something I was aware needed to be fixed but that the dealership had not even noticed!!!Since I was not able to have everything taken care of at that particular time, Jeff recommended some things for me to watch for and to maintain while I was on the road. I appreciate that Jeff didnt try to scare me or sell me on more work than what was necessary for my vehicle. I will be coming here from now on!

Once the location opened the techs jumped right on ordering parts and repairing our vehicle as fast as possible. Our total wait was only 2.5 hours until we were back on the road. I am very grateful to Jeff and Meineke. When I was broke down and stranded on a Saturday he was the only one in Casper that helped. He went out of his way to look up part numbers that a nearby friend could pick up from another business and get me running again. He saved me from getting a hefty towing bill and received no benefit from it.

One of those places that always wants to replace every little thing on your car. They told me my front brakes were down to metal on metal. I had tons of pad left.... was it because Im a woman? I dont know.

The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting new exhaust put on my truck. Between him and his crew they got my truck done a day beforewas planned.

I went in to have a clutch bled . I was having issues getting it bled after replacing the clutch. They tryed bleeding it and had no luck . They went above and beyond and scoped the inside of the clutch and found out I out I put the clutch plate in backwards. They spent 4 hours on my Jeep and only charged me 50 dollars. The guys there are really awesome

Went in to figure out what was wrong with my truck. My engine light was on I figured I needed a tune up. Was charged for a diagnosis and a tune up instead of doing a diagnosis first confirming that I didnt need a tune up. My engine light is still on.
