We were looking to buy a Treager grill, we shopped ace and Home Depot. We started at Ace then to Home Depot, while at Home Depot we called Ace to ask if they had one un-assembled for easier hauling and they said yes. We went back to Ace and they informed us they were wrong and did not have one un-assembled and did not have an option for delivery of an assembled grill. They wasted our time and didn’t offer any compensation.

Slow service and high priced. It took over 20 minutes to pick up an online order of 1 item on a weekday. The girl at service desk was learning how to make a key. That’s fine but when she was finished and started walking away without helping or even acknowledging my presence after I waited patiently? 2 mature guys were stocking shelves and the new girl was struggling. Customers were left standing and waiting. I go to this store when I’m a hurry. Good thing I did not do curbside pickup. I could have run out of fuel. Maybe have the new kid stock and the seasoned employees help customers?

These guys have it all. FILTERS FOR MY SPRAYER, Paint for cabinets, soldering tools,, caulking and I even bought an old school bottle of Pepsi which was delicious and made with 100 percent real cane sugar people. GREAT PLACE . GREAY SELECTION . GREAT PRICES

Great, friendly,helpful staff. I enjoy going to ACE because the staff there know their products well and are so willing to help! I bought my EGO brand landscaping tools (high performance battery powered lawnmower and hedge trimmers) there and staff member Royal was great about discussing the products with me to help me make the best choice for my lawn.

Best place in town to find that one hardware item that you can never find in big box stores. They also carry a great selection of other household fix it items and unique finds you dont find anywhere else. Very helpful and nice staff!

As soon as a customer walks into the store, they are immediately welcomed by the nearest employee who asks if they can be of help. They are well verse in dealing with customers and are well trained in their knowledge of their products.

They sold me 8 of one kind of bolt and 7 of wing nut kind.i asked for 8 of each. Who does that. 4 of them were $3.59 each. What!!!!.so 8 of 1 and 7 of another. Total $30.87!!!!!!what? I knew when I called and it took 8 rings for someone 2 answer. It mite not b my store. Then it took another 8mins.to find out if they carry it or its in Stock. O my word . never agin. Will drive 2 Maricopa next time. Good luck 2 u.

I dont know what took me so long to shop this location, what an excellent shopping experience (have only said that two other times since moving to Casa Grande). The gentleman on the sales floor? If you need a nut or screw to match one you already have, theyll take you to the right bin. If you have a more advanced home improvement question, ask Royal. He knows everything.

If you dont expect much, youre fine. They have not cared about COVID until the last mandate. No masks, no cleaning, just didnt care. Never have anything we are looking for. The Maricopa store is awesome, not this one. Save yourself the trip and go to Lowes.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful. It is not hard to find someone to help you and they spend whatever time is necessary to help you find what you need.The prices are amazing. They are half the price of Lowes. You wouldnt think a small store could compete with such a large building chain, but they do.Id give them six stars if I could.

I love this store. They may not have the selection of neighboring superstores, but what they have is quality and reasonably priced. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Their rug cleaning machines are the best in the area, and if you use the cleaner within 6 hours, it is the least expensive as well. I will remain a loyal customer.

I’ve been visiting Valley Ace Hardware since I moved to Casa Grande in 1998. The best thing that happened, for me, was when the store moved close to my house. I don’t visit unless I’m in need of hardware, garden tools, keys, whatever. And they always have what I need.I was there today to get a couple of rakes for my landscaping projects. Again, they had exactly what I needed and wanted.This is one of those places that is “neighborhood” with friendly, helpful people. It was that way in 1998 and it still is today.

Bought stuff in Coolidge from ACE, was in Casa Grande running errands so stopped by to return some items I didnt end up needing. The woman at the check out that did my return failed to tell me that since I returned it there I would get store credit only specific for their store in Casa Grande and no other store which should have been told to me before I completed my return. A waste of my money, I am highly disappointed.
