I am deleting my original review since I spoke with Christopher Mconnell, who was the best customer service manager this company could have. He listened to my concerns & reviewed the situation. He made me a customer again. I was never going to do business here again after the day I had with them. But he was an angel & did right by me. Thank you for listening & understanding. I come here to buy pet food in bulk. This store is the epitome of small town shopping. The staff is usually friendly and they know their stuff. My only complaint is that when my husband needed a very specific work boot the store did not order it for him. They were of absolutely no help and I ended up buying the boots online.My son is happy with his cowboy boots, though. That is worth something.

One of the top and best Tractor Supply locations of Arizona. The managers are on point with customer service, as well as their employees. Store is super clean and always has everything in stock!! Love this place, will be in again soon!!!

I really enjoyed the short amount of time I spent in this store. They have some very unique items and their prices arent bad overall. I especially love this special patriotic find...a solar American flag light!

Everything is great however, I was somewhat disappointed that we had to point out their pricing discrepancies where 20% off was shown but the item didnt show the standard price. Example:A Christmas popcorn tin sold for $9.59 after a 20%off. Thats a high price for that kind of item when it wasnt that much. The popcorn was bland, little flavor and a rip-off. They should stick to farm and ranch stuff.

Came in today for the pet shot clinic. What a bunch of nice people.They do it every week and from what I can tell, its a great success.They cleaned the exam table between pet. I was pleased with the service and the people.

Tractor Supply is a great place to shop. They have a great variety of items from feed for farm animals to western clothing.They are a little pricey but if the item you want is on sale itll be a good deal.

I went in I had to buy a screw and some washers they weighed it it cost me like $0.33 for everything were Home Depot its like 15 cents of washer and 50 cents a bolt was actually pretty cool

With in minutes a person was there 2 help.or it would have been a half hour or so till I found what I needed. My word thank u tractor supply co.the girl at the counter was super nice. Every thing looks easy 2 find if u just take a minute 2 look around. Looking forward to going back. But I must say it was a little pricey. Fyi . good luck 2 u.

They had the dog food we needed for our senior dogs, water drain dish bowl tray, and cat litter bulk bigger and cheaper. Also, they had a lot of tools and for garden needs. First time and I enjoyed it very much.

Got what I want.Nice folks, good prices on scratch and layer feed.Got good soda up front, too.

Shana was the cashier trying to figure out the exchange. My wife asked if the militar discount could remain the same as the original purchase but Shana was combative and unwilling to do that. I tried to explain to her that was the minimum that “You guys” could do for us after all the hassle caused. Shanna proceed te berate at us demanding that I don’t refer to her as “you guys”! She quickly blamed the manager and assistant for my return. Shana continue to berate at us while we had a 3 month old baby with us and a few customer were in line!! After her disrespectful remarks I asked her not to speak to me again and to just provided me with the refund (about $700.00) and that I this point I didn’t want to buy anything anymore. You should deescalate and not escalate with a customer that is already disappointed and upset. I rented a truck to buy this kennel, I had my wife and newborn baby riding along, I had trusted the previous representatives that I was buying the correct dog house and kennel. I was baffled because I was never treated like that with such disrespect. I recorded most of the ordeal with Shana because I was worried that she would turn physical at this point. Shana needs help and a new job! Zero people’s skills. I’m so surprised that she was even hired!?

They dont have anyone certified to pump propane. Then may I suggest remove propane from your website and google.

Great place for Dog food and supplies as well as most other animals. Also has parts for fencing, some vehicles-ie: farm tractors. A measure of western gear. ALL ROUND -ITS WORTH A WALK THROUGH.

Excellent service and helpfulness. Prices are very reasonable for the cattle and horse stuff we buy. I went in to buy a 3 tiered saddle rack and entered up buying two more racks. All for less them 230 dollars. They were better made with heavy duty pipe and a hard coating of black paint. We put them together in about 15 minutes.

Great place for animal needs and feed. They usually have a great clearance section as well as knowledgeable staff. Theyre always helpful with upcoming animal clinics. Way to go guys!

I was able to buy some chicken food for a valuable price

The prices of the big bag of dog food and the cat food is reasonable and they have all kinds of food for horses and pigs and goats not the cheapest but at least they sell a good variety. Its also for the people that like to decorate like theyre living on a farm but in reality they live in a development... Farm chic. The one thing that really got me mad is I saw a bottle of apple cider vinegar for 9.99 for a small bottle. I complained to the online customer service. I told him you cant slap a picture of a chicken on a bottle and claim its any different from this stuff that you can get it any other store for $3. I feel they are taking advantage of people who dont know any better. My opinion is always be informed when you shop in stores like that. I just had a manager on the phone and asked a question..a simple one but one he put me on hold for to let someone else answer. Im sure that if I asked them three questions about farming less than 10% would get them all right...real simple questions. Do not ask them questions that could affect the health of your animals.

Cashier greets you from her register and calls who you need without you waiting in line. Daniel, manager, opens another register so line moves quicker. They have baby chicks! Huge supply of merchandise for the farmer or veterinarian or horse lover and the basic needs shopper, too.

Took over half an hour to get somebody to bring hay to us and they didnt even know what we ordered. Jennifer and Jacob were very rude and angry, like they didnt want to perform their job. We asked if they could put the 4 bales of hay on a pallet so it would be easier to load and unload with a forklift. They told us that customers are not allowed to receive their products on a pallet. They tried to unload the hay in the back of our pickup by scraping the forks out from underneath the hay. I stopped them and asked them if they were willing to pay for damages if they do it that way. Then they became very angry and shoved the hay on top of the other things in the bed of our truck. Will not be going back to tractor supply

Had so much more stuff then I expected to find. It was similar to a small hardware or home improvement store but also had all sorts of animal supplies, automotive tools and supplies, and even some kids crafts. I plan to shop here again for sure!

Slow had to stand in line for ten minutes and there was no one in front of me.

Great staff, good sale items. The store is overcrowded with inventory which makes it hard to navigate, maneuver and even have eyesight over. I really like this store but I generally stay out of stores this crowded with stock, it is uncomfortable.

Though the ducks were out by the time I arrived, they were at least helpful in pointing me in the right direction of where I may find some!

First time in this store but definately not my last. It appears that they have a little bit of everything, including items you wouldnt find or expect to find in a Tractor Supply Store. Staff I delt with were very helpful and friendly.

Far cry from what it used to be its been sliding downhill,asked for help with chicken wire and employee came and scanned and said we have 22 on hand maybe you should look around the store and find them, I asked where else chicken wire was and he kinda just shrugged it off so I searched around and couldnt find it so asked for help at counter where I explained it says 22 are here can someone help me find them after about 20 minutes of searching with no help we found a roll hidden among other shorter rolls this isnt what I expect from tractor supply as a loyal customer maybe its time to by feed at a smaller mom and pop place

Feed selection is limited, and as a result, higher prices. Selection of baby chicks is outstanding and price is reasonable. No guns, no hunting gear, which is a bummer.

When you travel alot there aren’t alot places to see a vet for your dogs. But tractor supply provides this every Saturday morning. Means alot to all of us . Nice friendly place

Very disappointed traveled 30 miles to buy 10 cattle panels which they had and they wouldnt sell them to me they said someone was making payments on them.... what?! I had cash on hand and returned home empty handed they had no sign that they were taken and shouldnt be out there with a price plus the cashier was sarcastic and over the phone some guy was playing games pretending he was a manager he didnt sound like someone in charge so when I asked he just said hes a manager but do I want to speak with the manager Id have to hold I think they just didnt want to sell to me
