You need to shop around. They wanted $50 to measure, but I already had someone measure. Then they wanted FULL PAYMENT for merchandise and labor. BUT!!!! It would take 3-4 months for the job to be complete??? They are holding $3,000-$4,000 of my money for 3-4 months? Interest free? No thanks.
Took a friend there to pickup some stuff. The associates would just walk by like we were invisible to them. Cashier was polite. But as we left, not one associate offered to help my elderly neighbor with her large purchase. When I brought my Jeep up to load, another customer was helping her and loaded it for us. The young associates should be ashamed.
We bought a Traeger grill to be delivered to our home, they said it would be delivered on Saturday, then called to reschedule for Tuesday. When it arrived on Tuesday it came missing parts which we pointed out to the delivery drivers they recommended calling the store and having them deliver the missing parts. We chose to go to the store to get missing parts. We immediately made contact with a manager who refused to get missing parts from an exact model we ordered from the floor display. She was RUDE AND TOTALLY OUT OF HER JOB DESCRIPTION. WE ONLY WANTED FOR THEM TO GIVE US WHAT THEY SOLD US BUT SHE WASNT GOING TO DO WHAT WAS RIGHT. Instead of that she insisted we return the whole grill or contact Traeger to have them send out part that were missing, keep in mind they had a complete grill that we bought on the floor but chose to send us one that is missing parts. I did not get her name but she is a blonde and hopefully feels terrible about how she treated a customer. So much for the customer is always right, she needs to be re-trained!!!!!!!!

Was not happy with two of the store employees. I needed help with some OSB board. Went to find some help . I found two employees who would send help .waited 20 minutes no one showed up. So I was ready to leave when my wife found help a cashier who was more than helpful very polite

Ordered a grill 2 time to be delivered it got lost and sent back ok .Lets try again....... NOOOOOOOOGot it for pickup came to get whats supposed to be an unassembled grill and they Brought out a fully assembled grill and then tried to get me to rent a truck to take it back. They were very rude about the whole situation and did not want to fix it at all.
I love this HomeDepot. They always have such a big selection of plants. Just about everytime I come to HomeDepot I walk out with a plant. 👍🏻
This store literally helped me completely update my backyard! Not to mention fixing everything that ever needs fixed in my home. I do not know what I would do without Home Depot. I needed to purchase a new faucet and the guy helped me get everything I needed, even things I didnt think I would need. When I did the job, everything was there and it was a smooth install. 😎The customer service is wonderful as well!!They helped me get a new fridge, super easy.
Incredible! Purchased a grill and they wouldn’t sell me a propane tank without a tank to exchange. Can you believe that? Spoke to Store Manager and assistant manager. Honestly, not going back to that Home Depot. Just go to Lowe’s across the street. I love living in Casa Grande. People here are so Friendly, except when you go to this store. I am a Lowe’s Customer going forward. Moral of the story is don’t buy a grill at that Home Depot store unless you can use your new $600.00 gas grill without propane. Sad!

I was at the Florence Blvd., Home Depot and just so happen to be standing next to a lady and she was asking me questions about getting help with some wood product. Just so happens at that time three employees were walking right past and I said I’m sure one of these three people can help you. All three of them looked over directly in our eyes and then turned and kept walking without even though we’re busy or any acknowledgment. So I picked up the wood for the lady and asked if they could help her cut this since apparently they would only listen to a louder more direct voice instead of a nice kind question. They straight told me that they do not have ability to help and continue to walk off without offering to find somebody else that could help this lady. I understand customer service is a thing of the complete past and the businesses are the ultimate law nowadays but this was really trashy and this lady ended up leaving without anything she needed and who knows when or where she will get help. Completely trashy and look on her face just broke my heart.The cashier that had to stand there and listen to my upset self was very kind and tried to help but we were just done with that store as well.

Very poor customer service from the only assistant manager named Heather at this store. I spent over $500 on a cordless grinder that will not charge and they will not return or exchange it due to not having my drivers license on me. I’m sorry but I walked here and have spent a substantial amount of money on this tool expecting it to work. This would be the kind of song and dance I’d expect from Harbor Frieght But not from Home Depot. As it sits Harbor freight has far superior customer service to this monkey run establishment. I will be taking my very hard earned money to a store where it is appreciated.
Highly recommend this Home Improvement Store over the leading competitor in town. Super friendly staff and helpful! They have a wide selection and is priced right. They also have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants that look well taken care of. It is worth the trip from Maricopa.
Home Depot has everything! Can be quite crowded and slow to check out sometimes but worth it if you need stuff no one else has. Prices are what they are these days. But everyone at this location was very nice and helpful. I recommend this one if youre in need of tools and everything else they sell.
Ive been here numerous times, everyone here seems to always be busy, too busy to help customers though. Takes longer to get help than to actually purchase what you go in for... But I will say this passed experience was better. The man who finally came to assist with our purchase was quite informative.

Not a good experience today. Drove 25 miles from Maricopa to get a 4x8 3/4 in Oak plywood. Waited 1/2 hour to get it cut to size. Saw shredded it, employee figures it needs a new blade. Glad it isnt buy first then cut. $70 piece of food destroyed. Only cost me $3 a gallon for gas in my Yukon XL so... $15 for nothing. Thanks

The store employees dont stop people bringing in pets and their sign clearly states no pets..except service animals. I saw one dog so big that I just went to Lowes instead. Hopefully the managers will step up soon and do what theyre paid to do...MANAGE.

I come here almost on the daily for our company and I have to say the people at the paint department are horrible waited for almost 2 hours for only 8 gallons of paint they kept saying they didn’t have that material I wanted and all of sudden they do and it’s in the back of the shop. Made me wait 2 hours this is ridiculous and it wasn’t even busy at all there attitude was horrible
One they cant get an address right even while reading it.. And after another 24 hours plus they cant get my order delivered before dark.. What the.... They better hope its not damaged 🤬🤬🤬🤬Where is my order??I never received my order because of their incompetence and it has been sent back to Home Depot.... Its a big box home improvement store. This one actually has pretty decent customer service and specialty trades that know what theyre talking about.
I go here for pretty much everything I need from home projects to work related projects. They have it all. Customer service is good, although it can be hard to find someone to help when I need it at times. Prices are fair and reasonable and its a quick check out so I can get back to my projects without the long line hassle.
I just had the WORST expernice today 07/31/21 at our local Home depot. I was approaching a self check out lane in Casa Grande, Az and a Cashier by the name Desire (front end manager) quickly bee lined it my way to litterally stand over me and watch me as i was checking out. There were people at every station and a line to check out in self check out. Especially, concering when i could literally smell her and were in a PANDEMIC!!! She took it upon herself to reach into my basket, WITHOUT my permisson and grab a tool out of my basket as i was finishing checking out. I told her outoud to stop touching my items that im about to purshase. I was so appalled. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she is the manager. As a fellow landlord and business owner. If i treated my customers or tenants the way she had systematically, racially profiled me. I wouldnt be in business. I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT, NOT UNTIL THEY CAN PROVIDE TRAINING TO THEIR EMPLOYESS AND MANAGERS. Not only was i humiliated, but my parnter (white female) came to my defense and asked to speak to a supervisor as well. My business will be going else where. I hope in the future they have the proper training to NOT RACIAL PROFILE!!!
Good clean store. Helpful staff who dont mind questions. practicing social distancing and face masks. Staff are very knowledgeable. I go all the time and am never disappointed. Stock is organized and not all beat up. I will go again
Do NOT buy an appliance from the Casa Grande store. They’ll take your money, but they can’t deliver it. The girl at the customer service desk, although sympathetic, could offer no help. She called her manager who would not even come over and talk to us. They rely on a distribution company that admitted to us that they have only a few delivery drivers and even they “don’t show up”. They pushed out our delivery by two weeks with no guarantee that they would make that. We canceled the order. Getting the refund processed is also turning out to be an ordeal. Home Depot enters the refund, but the distribution company must physically scan the appliance before it will be processed. HD told us that they have problems getting them to do that, sometimes taking over two weeks.
People were great, had what I needed when Lowes didnt. Im happy with them.
They seem to have what I need. I keep going to Lowes and walking out empty handed and then driving to HD to get what I needed.
So far, I just used their Penske truck rental desk, but they were super friendly and helpful!

Good store, good selection. Usually you can find someone to help although sometimes you have to wait because one or two other customers are trying for help from that employee. Good military/veteran discount. My biggest frustration is stuff being put back in the wrong box or bin. For example, fittings, switches, hardware. You need to check what you pull out of the bin carefully, or you will get the wrong item. Numerous times I find things in the wrong boxes and bins. Just today, pulled a switch out of the 3-way switch box/bin and it was not a 3-way switch. Looks very similar but the black screw was not there. I put it back in its correct box. This happens so often that Im beginning to think it is not just customers but inattentive employees cramming things back on shelves. Check your items carefully.
Found what I needed. The cashier Shirley was rude! Tried to show veteran ID and she was annoyed. Then tells me they dont accept the DL with Veteran on it. But they accept another form of ID. Not friendly at all. Next time Ill check myself out.
We ordered a shed and the Customer Service was great. My husband is hearing impaired and they were very patient whenever he needed things repeated. I would recommend this store.

Warning about the paint area. One time there was a young lady at the paint counter and Im right in front of her saying Hello, Hi an so on to get her attention and she just kept humming and looking from side to side avoiding eye contact even tho Im literally in front of her. Soon there was now 2 other people behind me and they began to call her to get her attention as well and nothing for about 5-10 minutes, finally she gave in and started helping us but boy she had a if looks could kill stare.

Went to home depo to get some wood for a diy project! Ran into Trevor in the lumber area and he was so helpful! Went over options with me, educated me on wood and cut it to all to my crazy measurements! He was so pleasant and made a not so fun trip fun! :) thanks for all your help and advices turned out great!

HOME DEPOT IS THE SHOP LIFTER. I usually buy more supplies than I need for a project and return what I dont use. I returned a lot of plumbing fittings and valves but the young blond girl (I guess shes the manager) refused to give me a refund because I didnt bring the correct receipts (I guess she assumed I never paid for them in the first place). She took all my stuff, refunded what she found in the receipts, and decided to steal anything that wasnt on the receipts. I told her I could go look for the receipts but she wouldnt have any of it. This has happened more than once. At a different depot I stopped the customer service kid from robbing me by showing him what returned items he missed on my receipts, he admitted his error and refunded me for the additional things that he accidentally missed because I had two receipts. Beware when returning stuff, home Depot staff may try to rob you blind. They really dont care and its not their problem.

On Florence Blvd. in Casa Grande, AZ. Entering the shaded garden area shopping for plants I was pleased with the quality and care of the plants. The selection for vegetable starts was better than Lowes and the plants were definately healthier.
Employee in garden department was on her phone and not helpful. She was supposed to get me help to reach 2 hanging plants, no one ever showed up. When asked where watering cans were, she sort of looked around and said I dont know. After spending over $100, it wasnt the best experience. If I didnt have a gift certificate to home depot, I would have left.
Friendly staff good selection wood is expensive but I went for some basic stuff and they will tell you the isle you need and its really clean and smells great like a forest 👌

Casa Grande is somewhat better than other locations. Although, in my opinion, Home Depot is basically the McDonalds of home improvement. Pretty consistently less expensive than Lowes.
I had to get some wood for the floor of a trailer the store was well stocked with any thing i may need the employees helped me load and unload the cart of wood. Thanks HD!!

We shop at home depot all the time, for work and home. I choose home depot because of the outside people they support i.e. military and others. Today I had my first bad experience at home depot. We purchased the wrong size light bulb so we went back in to exchange them, we tried to explain the situation to Jessica but she was to busy talking to her co-workers to listen to us. When she finally gave us her attention she asked us if both sets of light bulbs were on the receipt I said if you had been paying attention to us you would know we are trying to exchange them. She was very rude in her tone . Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.She blamed the mask saying it is hard to hear through them, and while that is true she may have also heard us if she was paying attention to the customer in front of her rather than co-workers. I think home depot should get the full five stars and Jessica should get negative stars and written up for lying to a customer. If I encounter her again I will wait longer in a different line just to avoid her.

Make sure if using self check out that your payment will be accepted . Cash or card. Prices are decent especially for what I wanted. Tired inflator.

Wrong piece recommended, return for correct piece...still not fix problems. Might be operater error. Hard to tell anymore with this piece replaces that piece, but only if made/built/used between the months and years of xxxx. Am I happy? Ask my GF!

Please please folks think twice before purchasing an appliance from this store.. we purchased a maytag which is actually whirlpool washing machine a few months ago from home depot. had to wait two weeks for delivery(we get it, its a pandemic sigh) and then when the delivery people left. i tried some laundry and the spin cycle was out of control. called whirlpool who instructed it was home depots responsibility firstly, to come back the first 2 weeks. they did..they said no problem ...and it went from bad to worse . washing machine is defective. had a whirlpool service repair man out who said the hub was defective..and is fixing it now. but had to wait weeks for the parts to come and a repair person. senior citizens, without a washing machine for weeks and had to have repair people in our home with a killer pandemic sigh. Sometimes we get something defective. it happens. but not the way home depot has handled this. it is shameful and disgraceful that as seniors we have been treated so badly.
They have such a variety of health plants and lots of good soils to plant them in.
