Came into the store to find work boots, thought I had more time to shop, the manager named Russell came by and asked if we were done shopping due to the store being closed.L in very rude manner.... Had no idea big 5 closed at eight...the tone of voice was very tense like we had to get out of there...he escorted us to the front to check out like there was no more time left in the day..... Upon check out no thank you for shopping there..he couldnt wait to get gate closed across windows. Never have i felt so rushed and treated rudely...just run customer out the door so u can close.. could have spent another 200 dollars if service was better

Had the best customer service in the shoe department today. The young man was knowledgeable and helpful. Finally got a shoe with a great fit. A bigger selection of youth sizes would be a plus.

Always clean, so far theyve been stocked on the things weve gone in for, and employees active helped us without having to hunt them down. Pleasantly surprised

Big 5 always has great deals! You can find a sale and coupons on items and save a ton of money. I purchased a folding travel hammock, that was originally $90, for only $53! It is a sturdy unit and comfortable as can be. It had great reviews and only Big 5 had it at such an awesome price!

I havent been to a big 5 in years. This one is rather small but its an important place to keep in mind if you live in Casa Grande. Theres equipment for camping, hunting, sports, and plently of cold weather items. This visit I got a new pair of gloves and some liners for a very reasonable price and I think I will be visiting throughout the year.

The girls that were working on this past Tuesday on April 6th. Working at 430 or 5 were really snooty not custimer service friendly no customer skills and were just distance and not very customer oriented and very distance. I was there with my 6 yearold and 5 year old and felt we got the cold shoulder. Not a good experience

The manager, Anthony, was super helpful. He told us next time we come from an hour away, let him know and hell set the item aside. When he found out we had to take the item apart to fit it in our car, he told us we could leave the box with him. He was kind and had great advice about accessories.

I came here for some water shoes. They had only a few pair and not my size at all. I had to leave here and go to another store which had a poor selection as well. I guess it was bad timing.

The selection of available shoes and sizes has declined greatly in the last year. The service of the employees was exceptional and friendly.

I like pretty much everything that they sell their prices are sort of reasonable with the quality of the sneakers that they sell has become a lower standard. Ive been buying my sneakers here for 10 years and the last pairs I got just fell apart in two weeks, the insole wasnt even glued down. The employees are very nice and theyre willing to take the sneaker back. I just wish I could wear the sneakers and nothave to worry about them falling apart overnight

Nothing seems to fit right at Big 5 for me anymore. Also I paid full price for both six pack of socks and Nike shoes the girl remembered but manager is making me come back with receipt.Thank heavens I found it.Big5 is getting like harbor freight tools.....big pain.Keep your receipts or dont shop there. Went back 5/8/19 called first asking about 4 items on their 1 day sale you can see online. Carlos told me over the phone, about 11am that all 4 of the items were in and he said he would put them aside for me, I told him I would be in by 8pm. I got there and only the 22LR ammo had been set aside. The heavy set gal went into the office to get a copy of the one day sale items. She came out saying, NO! The ammo was not on sale, I grabbed the paper out of her waving hand and said, I was promised over the phone this morning by Carlos my stuff was set aside for me. Nice store. It is a small store, so there is not a huge selection, but they carry good inventory. The employees were helpful. They always have coupons...look for them online!

I went in there for one thing a champion shirts the lady said of course we have it went through two managers at about 3 other service people that they all thought they had it nowhere to be found including, I think the catalog! For one white champion t-shirt medium size boy or girl and they didnt have it just needed it for a Christmas presents! Totally disappointed.

Been to countless stores and only here at Big Five did I find my work boots. Wonderful experience.

Kind of a dump. Not enough staff.

Went to purchase work boots for my husband. He wears a size 13 and they werent available on the shelf. We couldnt find a worker and when we finally did we find 2.... They were deep in conversation, and were annoyed I interrupted to ask politely for help... Their reply was if theyre not on the shelf (long awkward pause) then we dont have any... Wow okay... Never going back here as this is the second time weve received rude service... Wont even get started with the first time

As an employee here, I strongly recommend this for most sporting goods needs. But we have many customers come in looking for handguns and muzzleloaders. Please dont come in looking for them. Were not licensed to sell them.

Poor service, waited for 5 mins. The manager walked out looked me in the eyes as he passed by to bs around with the 2 females behind the CHECKOUT counter. I stood there in plain sight waiting for help. staff looked at me several times before I yelled out will someone help me in firearm section.

Our non profit organization has been buying shoes for veterans for 2 years and the Manager Anthony and his staff have been wonderful and so enthusiastic to help us. We love them.

This is like any other big 5 sporting goods store a decent selection from baseball to hunting gear but nothing too exciting like if you go to cabalas or bass pro shop
