Great location for vintage parts! The staff and cats on the property are friendly and and very helpful. Knowledgeable about the lot as well as the parts on the lot. Even if your not looking for parts like I’m the lot offers a lot to see. It’s a must see!

I have been going here many years to pull parts I need to fix up my old trucks. They may not always know what they have, as it is a pretty big yard, but if you get out there and do some walking, you will likely find what you need. Rudy has helped me many times pull parts as well. If you are a vintage car/truck nut, stop out there after a rain and get some photos of the damp patina on all the vehicles. Youll be glad you did.

This place is awesome! I had a friend in from out of town and this was a place we wanted to hit. Never been here but been to many other junk yards and you never know what grumpy old owner youll get as you walk in.The guys here were so freaking welcoming. We had to move wee the cat off the sign in sheet to sign in, Daisy the Pit Bull welcomed us with her wagging tail and they even offered us water to insure we wouldnt die from the heat and become a permanent part of their yard.Love this place. Wonderful way to get exercise and look at cars youve not seen for years.Go there, walk around, catch up with an old friend. Tip the guys so they can buy lunch and keep the fridge filled with water.

Nate was a really good fellow, and I love walking through car-yards, - thinking about all of the families, road trips, picnics and fun these vehicles gave to their owners.I’m looking forward to visiting the site in Black Canyon next.

Great experience overall. I made the long drive to get a tailgate off of a 1965 Ford wagon. At first they didnt think they had the car in the yard, but it was there. The tailgate was too rusty to be worth getting, but they heavily discounted some of the attachment parts due to their condition, rather than sticking to the original price or chucking them in the garbage like some places will.I found a complete sunroof top for my Mercedes, and they worked with me since I was a little short on cash. I really appreciated that. Sure, the prices are going to be higher than a self-service yard, but they have a lot of really hard-to-find stuff that those yards typically dont have. Really old and rare stuff. The person who took me out to the yard and pulled the parts for me was really patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt bad because when he was removing the torsion bar for the tailgate, it hit him right in the nuts. He took the extra time to help me strap the complete roof section to my car so I could get it home.I was nervous about coming here because a lot of wrecking yards seem to be hostile, make you play by harsh rules, and act like youre bothering them. But, they changed my mind and I will definitely give them business in the future. Ive got friends Ill send their way, as well.

Good selection but not so good if you have a 1967 Buick like me. Prices can be steep but you have to expect that when the parts arent just sitting on Walmarts shelves. Rust free desert parts help the restorations out. Keeps classics on the road for everyone to enjoy our automotive history for years to come.

I had a car that I was not using and it needed to be picked-up. I contacted Desert Valley Auto Parts (DVAP) agreeing that any proceeds be sent to a local charity of which I had chosen. After about a week of back and forth telephone conversations, DVAP came to my house to get the car. They were very polite and easy to work with. I will contact them again if need be.

Prices are not the same from day to day, one person gives you a fair price then an other gives you a price higher than a new part from the internet. Suggest you get a price from one person and then hope he is there when you check out. Other than that it is a great museum.

Im building a desoto and Ive heard a lot about this place so I called and they guy was super rude I asked him about parts, mostly chrome and he wanted a detailed report about each specific part I was looking for when I told him I just needed most of the chrome so any would be helpful. He acted like I had no idea what I was talking about like I was just some stupid girl wasting his time, he then told me he would go look and get back to me the next day.... its been a good week or two now and he never called back I didnt even want to waste my time going all the way to casa grande if the guy cant even make a 2 min phone call to tell me yes or no if they had chrome trim.
