Took my 2020 Envision to Jones Auto Center for its first oil change and traded it for a 2021 Envision with more of the options I liked. I love this car and feel it makes me a safer driver. Yes I am a happy customer who supports local business and will return to Jones for future service and purchases.

3rd time there1st time was a total disaster, You had the car for 2 days and nothing was done!2nd time was just for an oil change3rd time was for warranty workIf the Phoenix area was not so far away Id go there For oil changes your fine, but I feel lacking in warranty work compared to the Toyota Solara Convertible I previously had for & Acura dealership that my wife had.Might not be far to compare Buick to those, but thats all I have for a reference.More than once I have brought the car to have an item looked at and was not even addressed.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8 am. After standing around for at least 5 min I was approached by a service advisor, and was told approximately 1-1.5 hours which seem like a long time. I waited 2.5 hours and decided I needed to talk to someone to find out what was taking so long. When I walked out to the advisor area. No one want to help me out, finally someone assisted me and found out that my vehicle was still sitting there and has not been touched yet. So I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change that should have taken 30 min at the most.

Norman is awesome. He did everything he could to help me get into a reliable vehicle in a short period of time. I am looking forward to my continued business with Jones Auto and appreciate how prompt, professional and helpful they have been so far.

I had a very positive experience this time from beginning to end and I wasnt pressured to buy. They even offered me more than I expected for my trade-in and explained everything in detail. Liz helped steer things along so we got done a little sooner than expected. This is my fifth purchase of a new GM vehicle in about the last ten years and I will probably return again to Jones Auto Center for my next one.

I did not have a buick serviced at your dealer ship. I purchased a Lincoln there. It has a problem that I found out about way after I purchased the vehicle. The salesman may or may not have been aware of the defect in the dash module that Ford failed to do anything about but I was not told about this from the dealer at all. In fact I was told that it was just dust on the module and wiping it would solve the problem. I am not a happy camper.

Service did a rental car for me. Service personal diagnosed the problem after keeping vehicle for a week.  The two top mid rails of luggage racks were removed . This stopped the whistling sound. I have not heard how the GM Company plans to solve the problem completely.  I cannot give five stars until something from the manufacturer redesigns or some other method to fix the problem permanently.  Cant be removing and reinstalling when needed plus resale value.

I had the oil change yesterday. They change the air filer and the cabin filter. This morning I started the truck and turned on the heater and there was a lowed noise coming from the heater fan. Something must have fell into the fan when changing the filter. They also left a rag under the hood that could have gone into the fan or fan belt.The time before this when I came in for an oil change, they waited until the truck was done and ready to go before telling me that it needed to have a fuel filter or something like that change instead of saying something while it was still being worked on. I had to make another visit to get that done.My confidence level in Jones has dropped some.

Had vehicle for 30 days basically did nothing communication was very very poor

I started by contacting Jones GMC about a vehicle I was interested in and another one that I saw featured in their newspaper ad. My preferred method of contact is by text or email. Once I sent my initial inquiry I got an immediate reply from my sales representative, Glenn, who patiently guided me through that vehicle and all the other vehicles I asked about. I then came into the dealership to look at the original vehicle I saw in the ad and was met by Glenn as I drove into the lot. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Brady, the finance manager, made the rest of the purchase a breeze. I would definitely go back to Jones GMC for my next vehicle purchase and am really enjoying my new 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation.

Liz the sales person was outstanding. However, trying to get some additional features on truck and waited three hours for installation. Ultimately, they ordered the wrong part or GMC sent the wrong part to the dealership. We were not informed that the part was the wrong size, color an that the work could not be performed today. This all occurred after my wife and I sat and waited for the work to be completed - for three hours!

I was interested in picking up a Sierra, so I stopped by Jones to see if they had any good deals. The salesman that approached me was in a little black scooter due to his left leg being in a cast, which I found to be odd and maybe it was just a ruse to assist him in making a sale. He was pretty knowledgeable and didn’t let his broken leg get in the way of assisting us, he didn’t try and make us sympathize for him in any way. I left a happy customer in my new white 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, he gave me a killer deal on my trade in as well! I think the guys name was Dale Underwood. If it was, thank you Dale for all of your help! I didnt buy a vehicle here but did go for an interview. The facility was clean, the staff were exceptionally prompt, and the staff were friendly. This is the ONLY dealership in Casa Grande that I trust and really anywhere in this state other than Bill Luke who a lot of my friends and family have had experiences with. I have purchased 3 vehicles here and there has never been any tricks or hidden costs of any kind. The sales team and finance department help me make sure I fully understand where all the cost is at and what is covered by who (warranty) etc etc. They are very patient and friendly.I have dealt with the now Sales Manager Christina several times in the various departments she has worked in and she is always very helpful and honest.Its this kind of honesty and hard work that leads to good relationships, networking and repeat transactions. For instance I have met her mother who has helped me twice thus far with real estate transactions because she too is very hard working and honest.The service department here is leaps and bounds ahead of 99% of service departments. The only other dealership thats come close was a small Dodge dealer in Missouri I frequented. They are incredibly friendly, professional and help explain any situation or transaction that is taking place. I recently missed an appointment and had to reschedule. I felt bad and the response I received was Its ok not a problem well get you taken care of, stuff happens. Guido, Mark and Eric are all unbelievably great people and professionals.PS I can walk onto the lot about 6 months to a year after and employees of Jones auto walk by and greet me by name instead of sir. Thats just unheard of in today and its small things like that which make me continue to do business here.

Zero stars. False advertising. They have an add online for 4000 above kbb trade in value. I was messaging their fb page and told them I had a 2006. Drive over an hour to the dealership and they said the trade in has to be an 08 or above. They also use fair kbb value which is the lowest. The person I was messaging on fb did not disclose that. Very decieving.

The service department charged me $730 to replace an EGR valve and a serpentine belt. Way Way Way overpriced and they took 3 days to fix something that should take 1 day. Get prices BEFORE they touch your vehicle and shop around.
