They’re just rude here. Couldn’t have been more put off that I had a package to pickup. Trust me if I could send my packages to my local coffee shop with kind employees, I would. Sorry to inconvenience you with my shipment?

Lady behind counter was rude and misinformed. Didnt even try to help me. How do I know she didnt know her job? The 3rd hub I went to that finally shipped my package told me she was in the wrong. Go figure. 1-800 number tried to help but it was a circus trying to talk to someone through that menu. Oh, and they were wrong about location drop off, as per the 2nd hub I went to. I will avoid FedEx at all costs, but alas they have me by the cahoonas if I need something shipped to me that I have no control over.

I had a very important package scheduled for delivery today. I literally WATCHED the driver pull up in front of my house, sit there, NOT get out of his car, and he marked my package as undeliverable. Cmon. What kind of drivers is this place hiring?

Always have trouble with our driver. They constantly mishandles our packages, leaves them right in the middle of the porch where the busy road can see it (even tho the porch has bushes covering it 2 feet to the right) and never knocks on the door. Ive had broken items delivered by them, and today, they slammed down a TV so hard on the porch it rattled my window. Luckily that was not broken but even my neighbor noticed how poorly it was handled.

Convenient location and super helpful staff.

Paid for 2 day delivery and my package has laid in their facility for days. I called and was told it could be up to two weeks before receiving. A complete failure all the way around.

Missed delivery, but picked up package here on a Saturday. Easy Peezy macaroni cheesy. Need to maybe run a vacuum on the floor. Especially near the conveyor system. And fix the piece of crown mounding that’s hanging down. But this ain’t the Property Brothers now is it?

By far the best FedEx I have ever been to. The women (Forgive me for not stating exact names) working here go above and beyond. They are personal and upbeat in their mood... They never give me doubts about my methods of packaging. They seem like happy people and I will drive 10 minutes further for this service... That has been consistent for 5 years of my experience here.Not to mention this is by far the best location with getting your FEDEX package moving faster than a FedEx store.

Fedex is awful, Ill choose any other shipper given the chance. But this isnt about them, this about the Cary Distribution Center, and they are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me find my package. They are kind and helpful people.

I had probably the one of the worst experiences here. Coming from a person who had a relative who worked for the company and knows how back stabbing they are. I went to the Cary location to pick up a package that we ordered for the new arrival of our daughter. We were in the hospital for about 4 days and during the 4 days the package came. We never got a confirmation, or notification saying it shipped or was delivered!!! So, when we got home from the hospital, we found out it came. So, when we decided to go and pick it up they man at the Cary location was absolutely RUDE. Had no jester of customer service. Made me feel so guilty for letting a package sit there I told him the story and he had nooooo understament what so ever. So he told me that they sent it back to the company we bought our item from. I was so up set and asked whats the next plan, he told me you have to figure that out didnt even bother to try and help me. With this experience I am absolutely done with FedEx. Good bye.

I called today at Fed ex because I had a package and the customers I spoked to is very rude and they laughed when im talking to him. I been in customers for 4 years but I never rude to a customers no matter what. They just rude poor customers service.

Sent a rather larger cashiers check to a client. He called me 2 days later to say he found laying on his driveway!!! He was home the whole day and nobody rang the bell or knocked! Remind me again, whats the difference between fed ex and the USPS???

Small little customer area, the service was quick and friendly. 10 out of 10, would ship again! 😀

I was at home the whole day. The driver did not knock on the door, and just pasted a sticker. I ordered 2Day delivery. I am not satisfied.........

Put envelope between door and window on my outer door and fell between crack and they want me to break my door to retrieve my package and all they can say is sorry.
