He was able to answer all my questions and guide me to the mattress that would be right for me and the mattress that would be right for my son.I never felt rushed and he gave me time and space to make my decision.I purchased the mattresses on a Wednesday and they were delivered and set up on Friday.It has been a little over a month now since we received the mattresses and I/we are very happy with the mattresses and I am very pleased with the headboard/frames and the mattress protectors too.Thank you Dylan for guiding me in the right direction for this big purchase!

Having never bought a new mattress before, it always seemed like there was way too many choices out there. My wife and I walked into this Mattress Warehouse to look and test a few out in person and Antonia greeted us warmly. After asking a few basic questions, she showed us several beds, graciously answering our many questions about everything mattress-related! Antonia really helped us feel like we were not making a blind purchase and helped us feel comfortable with the entire purchase.Just a few days later, our new mattress was delivered right to my door, right on time when they said theyd be there. I can’t even begin to express how wonderful my experience was with Audretta! I came in with my BFF and explained exactly what I was looking for for my elderly mother. She plugged in my moms personal body info virtually on the computer and was able to find some possibilities. Since my mom and I both have pain in the same areas in our bodies with hip and neck pain, I tested them out. Everything I tested was exactly what I thought could get my mom back into her bed after sleeping in her recliner for two years.I returned an hour later with my mom to have her test out the mattress we had chosen for her. My mother laid in the second bed the computer recommended for her and I started tearing up. I saw the relief and comfort in my moms eyes after so many years of being uncomfortable in her old bed after her hip surgery. Audretta, my bff and I shared in this beautiful moment together. She shared in our concerns and was empathetic, kind, informative, caring and understanding. I am forever grateful for this experience bc I know that my mother will be able to heal after her latest surgery. Thank you from three very sassy ladies. You are a blessing.

THIS Mattress Warehouse location is incredible - mainly due to Antonia. We originally bought our first mattress from a different location and it was not the best experience. We chose to come to the Arco location for round 2. Antonia was one of the best sales people we have worked with yet. She made us feel so confident and comfortable in our choice. She made sure we left with what we wanted. If your going to buy a mattress make sure it’s from her.

Sleep science was a new one on me but we were able to find a new bed at a decent price. Sales lady helpful and knowledgeable. Too bad we couldnt get delivery as soon as we hoped. Weird that their entire computer system was down.

Bought a floor model adjustable base that was supposed to be 1 year full, 5 year parts warranty - made them write as much on the receipt which they say on the receipt was confirmed with the Serta Rep. Three years later I am breaking down and buying the parts that broke within six months - none of them stand behind this written warranty claim. Dont trust them.

I have never purchased a Mattress before although after checking the Consumer Reports and trying mattresses at many different stores I finally decided on a mattress for my fiance and I to purchase. After going to a few mattress stores I always felt pressured to buy or get out I honestly considered buying from an online vendor to avoid going into another store.I decided to call one last mattress store, Mattress Warehouse of Cary- Arco, Antonia was very friendly and I was never pressured to purchase a different mattress than the one that I had previously decided on.I will be referring everyone I know to go see Antonia at Mattress Warehouse.
