Mike at the Morrisville store was excellent in educating us on mattresses. Joey and Tim were excellent in delivering our mattresses. Highly recommend all three.

We had heard good things about this mattress from 2 of our friends and was impressed by the sales lady at Cary N.C . I researched and looked at Elm City furniture and at a mattress store here in Wilson, both had a 2 sided mattress, with free delivery and set up plus removing our old mattress. Plus the set of both of these mattresses were either about the same or less,.But since our experience with original factory mattress was great and our friends reviews we decided to purchase from Original Mattress Factory .My husband went to pick up our mattress in Cary after finding out delivery was going to be 105 dollars instead of 50 dollars since we were not local . He looked all the mattress before him and the lady loaded it except for the end that was on the floor. When he got it home and we took the plastic off there was a tear on the end, I called immediately . We took a picture and got a return call from a manager . The Solution : was 1.for us to bring it back and they would sew the border.2. They would send someone to pick it, get it fixed and bring it back to us when it was fixed but we would have to pay the delivery fee both ways.3. Keep it as is and it would not affect the warranty and if it tears more then go back to option 1 or 2.We were exhausted after moving mattress set off bed, driving loading and unloading so my husband decided on #3 . My excitement regarding our new mattress had turned to disappointment .I must say sleeping on it for 2 nights, I dont have the pain that I had on our old mattress

The selection of different mattress styles and features was significant, the sales person really knew her product and was able to answer every question we had in order to decide on the right style and feature for us. Delivery was fast and the option of after sale returning the mattress within 30 days if not satisfied with only a small fee for disposal was assuring to us. So far we are very satisfied with the product and the whole purchase process..

The sales associate provided an extremely clear and detailed explanation of the distinctions between the various lines of mattresses and the various models in each line. She also provided helpful information about how to evaluate a particular model and make sure that it was right for our situation (a platform bed) without pressuring us in one way or another. This was one of the best experiences Ive had shopping for a mattress. We received the mattress a little over a week ago, and we are very pleased with our choice.

Customer service was fantastic, and I was able to purchase the perfect mattress that I needed at a even better price than 4 previously visited mattress stores. I was able to get a double sided mattress for what one company wanted to charge me an extra $200 for. The other firms charged extra fees to take away old mattress and deliver another, although this company did the same their charges were ridiculously so much more affordable that having found this company I considered myself lucky and very fortunate....did I say I love my purchase....

This was the 7th mattress we have purchased from OMF and the first from the newish Morrisville location. They are always knowledgeable and the process is very straight forward. The delivery guys were especially good this time.

They sell mattresses that are both cheap and comfortable. No returns policy is a little antiquated given the rise of online mattress companies such as Casper.

My Fiance and I went into the store a week ago and picked the Ultra Plush mattress. The mattress itself is wonderful, however, the sales person chose the wrong mattress in the system and instead we got the Ultra Luxury Firm shipped to our house. During the process while we were in the store the sales person repeated that we were getting the Ultra Plush multiple times. At no point did we get documentation we were getting the Ultra Plush, we just signed a small receipt with the total. We walked out glad the process was so easy. Fast forward to our shipment day, we got the wrong mattress. I caught it immediately and it was returned, problem is that our mattress we slept on was getting taken out of our house in the next hour. So now we are sleeping on the floor with some yoga mats for the next couple days until the mattress we originally wanted arrives. Too long to read: Didnt get the mattress we had chosen, now we are sleeping on the floor until the correct mattress comes in.

Honest pricing, great sales people, and a great product. Only experience mattress shopping where I didnt feel like the sales person was trying to rip me off. Wish I could give 6 stars.
