The missing star is attributable to $9.99 wild bird seed bargain bags.Ive fed wild birds for many years, with hundreds here each daySo when I saw Ace bargain bags, I carried two awayI filled two feeders with the seed, and spread more on the groundBut I must report that for seven days, the seed was still aroundAce seed was cheap, I should have knownMy birds had nothing to stay forThe reason is an age-old taleYou just get what you pay forBuy the good seed for sale at Ace, not this bargain bag.

The employees at Ace have always been helpful, honest and friendly. Today was no exception, they went above and beyond to help me in the store and in the parking lot after a fender bender. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service.

I purchased a replacement key for my Honda CRV and later purchased a new case for an old key. Both experiences were very pleasant events not only from the help received but also from the money savings! Joey went above and beyond helping me with new case for the old key. It had been superglued shut. Joey worked very carefully to get the old electronics out of the superglued case and then to fit them in the new case. Great service!

2/24/21 - I don’t normally write reviews for anything which I guess is a cliche thing to say... but from the second I walked in and the whole ride home I was stoked on my visit. The store is laid out really well. The staff had were super helpful and not overbearing. I typically don’t want to talk to staff in hardware stores but they was terrific. I don’t know any of their names but those five staff members that I saw are top class. 🤙

Id never seen an Ace hardware store that big before. I was so overwhelmed when I first walked in that I didnt know where to start. Lol. Excellent selection and very polite and helpful folks. I found my new hometown hardware store for sure.

It was OK. I found what I needed by looking around. But what I remember is that I was greeted by the door and directed which aisle to find what I was looking for. Then I was told that he was sending someone to that aisle to answer my questions. No one showed up.

The men and women of Ace are actually helpful, in contrast to the big blue and orange. These folks actually seem to know what they are talking about. They are always super friendly and helpful. When do miss the preCovid popcorn.

I was so glad when I first saw that Ace Hardware was opening in this shopping center. Its close to home so it makes it easier to run out for one more thing when projects dont go as planned (they never do). The employees are super helpful.

Ace Hardware is bringing back the corner hardware store experience. While the selection is not nearly as large as the big box competitors, the convenience and service offer value when you need to pick up a quick item or two.Im not a fan of the online website, as I think there are still some technical glitches with coordinating orders and stock with the local store for pickup. Ive made orders that seemed to disappear, but the local staff made it right. Also, the email advertisements with the constant 15% off but yet 90% of the brands are excluded in the fine print seems rather deceptive to me.Anyway, this local store has a friendly and very helpful staff and makes shopping for hardware an enjoyable experience.

Im really happy that this Ace hardware opened up near us. I love hardware stores in general, but Ace has a tendency to hire people with above average technical knowledge and experience in specific areas. Ive gone in many times with projects including wood restoration, small engine repair and plumbing and every time there is someone in the building who is not only able to help me find what Im looking for but also help me with the actual project planning. Dont go looking for a lumber yard, but if what you need is a general neighborhood hardware store, this is the place.

Bad experience with two orders I placed for pickup. One was cancelled for no reason so it had to be reordered again for me. I was only able to get this resolved after calling the Ace customer support hotline. Another was cancelled after I waited in store for 20 minutes because they couldnt find the item. They found the item a couple hours after I left and called me to come back to repurchase. I was rung up a higher price for the item and told the cashier. The response I got was, I dont know what to tell you. Luckily there was a post-it note on the item stating the original priced I bought it for.

Much safer than the big box stores. But you pay a higher price. Gardening is all outside. Few masks in evidence in customers and staff.

Called and they took the time to verify the item I wanted in their inventory was actually available. When I arrived the item was at the counter waiting for me. Needed the restroom and found it very clean with paper towels. Hand sanitizer at checkout.

This Ace hardware is brand new to the area, and conveniently located at the intersection of Penny and Kildare, which makes it an easy stop on the way home. Everybody was very pleasant, welcoming, and immediately offered assistance finding anything. Theyve got a small area with most everything Id get my dog- food, supplies, toys, and treats (when shes good). Im happy to have a non-box store nearby for quick part runs.

Hidden treasure!The quality of paint (Benjamin Moore) is much better than what youd find at the big box hardware stores.The selection of tools is also superior to what youd find in the larger stores and customer service . . . they know what it is!Also, they carry a good selection of quality pet food brands.

I am so disappointed in this Ace store. We were excited to have Ace move into the neighborhood and as soon as the doors opened we have used Ace rather than travel to the big box stores. The customer service at the paint deparment has been excellent. A service offered by Ace is to repair screens. So I took my screens in, asked how long it would take to rescreen and was told I could have it in about a day, day and a half. I hadnt heard back from them so went in Friday morning to find out if my screens were ready for pick up. There were 2 men at The Hub. One was on the phone, the other started to speak to me. I asked if my screens were ready for pick up. As he was about to go find out, the man that said that had given me a timeline came strolling by. He said he hadnt had a chance to repair them as it had been so hectic . I asked did he know when he would be able to get them done by? Before he could answer, the man on the phone piped up and said no, they will be done when they are done. I was shocked. The man who was going to do the repair said hopefully before I go home today Well that was Friday, today is Monday and still no update on my screens. Extremely poor service and an extremely rude man. We wont be so free and easy spending our dollars at this store any more.

Car Key FOB replacement. My 2012 Jeep Wrangler has 4 Buttons. Open, Close, Panic and Start. For 60% less than those key places and dealerships, I replaced my key.
