We love this fro-yo place! The customer service is always lovely! Even if there is a long line, it dies down quick. There is seating inside and out. My family loves walking to this place from our home 😂. We usually go a few times a month! I love to mix all of the fruity flavors together and add fruit to that, with gummy bears on top. They even have a rewards system and send texts for specials! Bring someone you love here!

Wasn’t pleased with today’s visit - went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting the toilet bowl was dirty literally someone blew out and left their mess- the cashier Miranda was not attentive I stood at the counter w my kids and she saw and ignored us to do something else around the other end messing w the ice cream she then goes to the back makes us wait more then approaches us. She seems lazy and not worried about customers nor being attentiveGreat pricing and flavors and topping options cute inside my girls love it outdoor seating as well staff is always friendly

I love this place!! Thankfully there’s someplace I can go that still enforces the mask rule. My 10 year old has cancer and can’t get the vaccine yet, so it’s the perfect place to go after a long hard day of chemo (bless her heart). The young lady working at the counter today was very polite and prompt. Would give 6 stars if possible!!!!!

As a returning customer I was disappointed with my experience this evening. There were 4-5 missing flavors, but potentially that could be because it was about 90 minutes before closing. Several of the flavors came out runny/watery. They were tasty, but some had a runnier than normal consistency.The biggest disappointment was the price. I have previously been to this location and I do not remember the yogurt being so expensive, so I am wonder if the price recently went up? Several other sweetFrog locations advertise prices of 45-50 cents / oz. This location charges a 20%+ higher rate of 60c/oz. In laymans terms, two full small pink cups of yogurt cost $18.50 without any toppings. I could go to the Harris Teeters next door and purchase 3 half-gallons of Bluebell + toppings for less than the cost of the two small size cups of Froyo. Im wondering if the watery yogurt made it heavier than usual and this impacted the weight as 2lb of yogurt seems like a lot. Looking at it in a small cup however, does not look like a large amount. Regardless, the 60c/oz price is 20% higher than the competition.The staff were friendly at this location and the store was clean, thus my star rating should not reflect them. Unfortunately, I worry that the expensive pricing and inconsistent quality yogurt will cost this location business.

The store is always very clean and the workers are super friendly. I love that they still enforce masks because I bring my child in weekly and I do not want her exposed.

Excellent selection of froyo and toppings. Prices are good and the rewards program keeps you notified of specials. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with staff on site. This is my 7 year olds favorite froyo spot.

We love coming here weekly for a sweet treat. Our routine is to go see the Chiro next door and have some frozen yogurt. They also have sorbet. Dont forget to like them on FB for some holiday specials and join the sweet frog reward system.

The employees here are very friendly, and full of smiles. The yogurt was yummy. I had the some mint and some Oreo. Then got toppings as well. I do wish you had more than just original flavors. I was hoping for Irish Cream, or some kind of different from the norm flavors. It was still great nonetheless. We will be back, and highly recommend it. 😊

Have lived here for years and my first visit was today, Veterans Day, 2018. I was gifted with a 12 oz cup of frozen yogurt. The young lady behind the counter served me samples and explained how it works. I decided on Cookies and Cream. It was delicious. There is limited seating, but the store usually isnt busy. There is a nice atmosphere here and a free WiFi.

We love to frequent Sweet Frog in Cary! They have the best yogurt; the place is always so clean and the staff is very friendly!!We have a child who has food allergies and it is so wonderful to be able to take him out for a yogurt treat without having to be concerned. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful every time we go in. She is always willing to put on gloves and get toppings out of the refrigerator for him so that there is no allergy contamination concern.We really enjoy getting yogurt here and love that there are dairy free and gluten free options!!

Wonderful Yogurt place where you can build any kind of yogurt combinations possible. For those of you who have a sweet tooth I recommend going here as it Is very unique yogurt. The place is small and quaint but offers really good deals and savings, all purchases are measured in weight. Sweet frogs is amazing go check it out

Went today for the first time. My son and I thought we got vanilla but when we started eating it we realized it was the tart flavor. Yes our mistake but would have been avoided if they had tasting cups. We had to throw them away and purchase others so cost was double. I do not know why they don’t have the small taste cups.

I love bringing people I know here. Their frozen yogurt is amazing, and so are their toppings. The staff is always so friendly, and lets you sample as much as you want. They also have a rewards card, which I love.

We visited less than an hour before closing and found the staff to be welcoming and responsive to us. The yogurt was very good. We found the store to be clean, neat, and well laid out. Based in this visit, I would return and recommend this shop.

I appreciate that the staff is friendly and it may be off putting to some that they cant serve their own sample but I for one love it. It helps the store keep everyone healthy and doesnt allow for cross contamination for those of us with allergies thats a big deal. Always clean always friendly.

I have been to Sweet Frog in Cary on multiple occasions and experienced nothing but great service! The couple who own the Sweet Frog are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure the experience is a great one!I had a favorite frozen yogurt place in High Point and was struggling to find a replacement in the Raleigh area that lived up to the high expectations I had set. Sweet Frogs has and will be my go to place now...I can stop looking for my replacement!

Last night we decided to stop here on our way home. For some reason my debit card was not going through. The manager there was so nice and offered to pay for it and told me to just pay her back sometime. I thought that was so sweet of her. Luckily, my other card went through and she didn’t have to pay for anything. She made me less embarrassed about the card situation and was super sweet!

The only place I can get no sugar added ice cream. 😍

The service is okay. If you want to try a sample of a flavor the staff have to come out from behind the counter and do it for you. This is really inconvenient for them and for me as a customer. During another visit i had earned a free ice cream. The employee behind the counter refused to let me buy my ice creams separately. Then they used my coupon on the smallest of the two ice creams, which was much smaller than mine, not that I overloaded mine either. Over all it just doesnt seem worth it to go to this Sweet Frogs anymore.

The experience is amazing they really care about there customers. We brought our dog with us and set outside and as we were conversating one of the employees brought our dog out some water without us having to ask there which is much appreciated we will be coming back there regularly!

I tried multiple flavors and they all were extremely sweet for my taste. It gave me sugar shock. It wasn’t creamy either. Tasted closer to shorbet. I didn’t think it was worth the money.

Your typical frozen yogurt chain store. Plenty of options of fro-yo. Two different bowl sizes, 10-12 frozen yogurt flavors, which you can mix and match, with a topping bar that has all sorts of candies, nuts, and syrups. You pay by the weight so dont load up your bowl without being ready to pay for it!

Flavors are too sweet. Cant pour your own sample cups. Much better places to choose from.

Everyone is always very nice. They obviously have a management issue because they never have lids for the small cups. When you have to take it home it is kind of a pain without lids

Okay yogurt, poor service. The lady at the front has an attitude. Im not going back. Tonight was the third time we went there. The past two times we brought friends with us. She knew who we were, but shes just a rude person. I think with other folks she was neutral, but with us, for unknown reasons, shes got an attitude. Id advise you to go elsewhere.We had poor experience every time we went there, (3 times over 4 weeks), whether we sat inside or outside. 3 strikes and your out.

Ive been coming to Sweetfrog for years with my friend, who has a service dog. We would come in every single week and the employees were always so nice and greeted us every time and helped my friend with her yogurt- it was like we were part of the Sweetfrog family. They even have a water bowl they can set out for your pets!!

Worst froyo place ever. Ants are literally all over the floor. For being religious the staff is extremely rude. Dont waste your time or money going here

A bit pricey for yogurt, watch out how many toppings you put on, its by weight. But way better than Good Berrys Frozen Custard

Over the last month I have been on mission to find the best frozen yogurt place in the area. I have tried almost all of them and I have found they are pretty much the same, but then a friend told me about Sweet Frog. Sweet Frog is by far the best frozen yogurt place I have found!! If I want frozen yogurt I dont even consider going any place other than Sweet Frog!! Most places offer 8 flavors, but Sweet Frog offers 16!! Their extras bar has everything you could possibly want and then some. They have a peanut butter sauce that is truely amazing!! They also offer to slice fresh bananas for you so you dont get stuck with bananas that have been setting out for hours!! The couple who owns Sweet Frog is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful!! They go out of their way to make sure you have an awesome experience everytime you come in!! My mission is definitely complete....................Sweet Frog is my choice for frozen yogurt everytime!!
