My birthday surprise for my son backfired on me because he was not going to be home to receive his beautiful Edible Arrangement. The owner of this shop was very understanding and happily rescheduled delivery to when he will be home in a week to receive my surprise. Thank you for the great customer service. This is the way to go when you are out of town and want to surprise someone. You just have to make sure they will be there to receive the delivery. Thank you again for helping me pull off this surprise.

So thankful for Edible arrangements. I usually order from this location. I made a mistake and ordered from Sharis Berries. I wanted a different fruit basket and when my husband got the one from Sharis Berries it was old fruit. He couldt even eat the strawberrys because they were mushy. On top of that, they had Door Dash deliver the item. From now on I will continue to use Edible Arrangements. They never disappoint. I just wish that they had more options for things, I think it just depends on the location. But Edible Arrangements always delivers with high standards. Thank you!

Ordered 3 weeks in advance to receive arrangement, order was never delivered and no one contacted me to tell me what was happening. When I called to follow up the next day they said that the delivery service just didnt pick up my order to deliver it so all they could do was refund my money.

I needed to order a delivery to my girlfriends work for a birthday surprise, but my girlfriend got off work at 2 pm. Barbara, the opening store employee, went above and beyond to accommodate my request for an earlier delivery and my girlfriend loved her surprise. Will DEFINITELY be ordering from this store again.

I called to check the status of my order from the Oberlin location and the phone was forwarded to the CARY location. Chole answered, heard my request, and told me she’d call me back. Not even five minutes later she tracked my delivery down and called me back! Great customer service an way to follow through!

I wanted to do something nice for my boyfriend to celebrate our 6 year anniversary so I decided to order an edible arrangement. There was some confusion about what was included in the order so we called to try to clear it up. During this conversation, the woman who we spoke to was extremely unhelpful and we felt rushed - as if she only wanted to get us off the phone so we’d leave her alone. She was extremely unprofessional and even hung up on us in the middle of our conversation. I really don’t think we came off as rude or mean in any way and we certainly didn’t try to be- we simply wanted to clear things up and understand what was paid for. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name otherwise I’d report her to the manager. This negative experience really put a bad taste on our 6 year anniversary. Will not be ordering from this location EVER AGAIN. If you want to enjoy your special event or gift, please go elsewhere.

Product was delivered timely with a one day advanced notice. Product was fresh, per my wife. Deliverer texted me a picture of the product sitting at my front door. I was able to contact him and let him know that it was okay to leave it at the front door. I was very pleased with the personal service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and have even gone as far as helping me out when another store has messed up an order.The orders Ive received have always fresh and beautiful and I use them whenever I need to send a gift.Thanks Edible Arrangements in Cary! I ordered something for my wife on Monday morning for Tuesday. When I called to see why it had not been delivered yet at 1pm Tuesday the rude man on the phone said that it would not be delivered until 3pm. Seriously???? The purpose of ordering stuff for your wife to be delivered at work is so that she feels special. Late day delivery makes someone feel as an afterthought. Never use them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is the worst! My husband made an order and requested white chocolate only because I dont eat any other chocolate and what arrived on my birthday??? An arrangement made with lots of dark chocolate to say I was pissed is beyond words because he called back and all he was told is there was nothing they could do about it because it arrangement he wanted only came that way! When he placed the order he was told it was possible and they sent 6 measly strawberries instead which is no where near the value of what he paid. I will NOT be using edible arrangements again that for sure.

Ive never been to an edible arrangements store and the associate at this location was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. This will be my go-to location!

Worst experience ever, employees were rude and didnt seem to really want my business because I had an old gift certificate (with no expiration date). Which by NC state law doesnt expire if it doesnt have an expiration date. After several phone calls to them because our phone call was not returned, the employee or manager reluctantly gave us partial value towards something we didnt even want. Then when I went to pick up the order the person was beyond rude and showed that they didnt care about my business. When I walked in to get item, employee walks out and I tell her why I am there, she turned to cooler got out item handed it to me and walked away and back to the back of the store with out even a word. Never give someone a gift certificate here, once they get your money they dont care about the customer service and if you ship an item and they are not home the receiver then has to go to the store and pick it up! This I know from another experience with this store specifically, I was the receiver that had to pick up day old choc. covered fruit that the employee told me would need to be eaten with in a day. Save your money or use another location.
