Great service! I brought a desktop PC in one day around 12pm and they called me at 6pm same day with a full diagnostic make up and all the fixes our PC so desperately needed. The diagnostic test was inexpensive and the fixes were under $100. He also was kind enough to offer me insight on a laptop I had just purchased (before I knew they had quite a collection of laptops and PCs for sale). Overall quick and friendly service. They did everything I asked of them and more in under 6 hours. I am a very happy customer and would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

The place is nice! Seems very professional and clean. Fixed the issue with our expensive PC. Previously we took it to several other store and they were not able to diagnose properly. The contact person was nice and pretty fast. Also, the store is clean and not crowded so it is definitely safe for COVID.

The service is quick and outstanding. The speed and service provided was far beyond expectation. Alfredo upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 overnight and updated my programs necessary to work with Windows 10. Unfortunately it had water damage (kids lol) and a battery issue,. They did a water repair and I got a brand new battery. Now my computer works great! I got my son a used laptop pretty cheaply, but it lacked a bracket for the hard drive. We did our best with electrical tape, but it was still loosely connected, and would offer BSODs from time to time. We came in and asked for help. They found that a bracket from the manufacturer would cost around $20, but rather than order it and make us wait for it to arrive, they found one in the back room with rubber gaskets that they could cut and shape to ensure that the hard drive would fit snugly. They did so, and quickly, and didnt charge us at all! When my son goes to high school and needs a better laptop, Triangle PC Geek will definitely be at the top of the list of places I shop.

I was there couple of times. My laptop had smoke coming out and I took it to them. They diagnosed and identified the issue to be with motherboard. They suggested I check out the warranty information as the repairs are going to be expensive. I had the warranty and saved $400 (they lost the business). I appreciated them for the honesty and patiently working with me while I was checking the warranty. They charged a very nominal fee for their diagnosis. I will definitely go to them next time.

Asked if I could get an old pc to mess around with to learn a bit more about building a pc. The man helping em not only accepted my request but told me how to download a operating system and even gave me windows 10 key. Just want to thank him and the store a lot will recommend the store to friends and family.

I purchased a refurb desktop PC form this business 4 weeks ago for my wife to complete her semester at college because her new laptop was too slow for the heavy programs she needed to use inside blackboard. The desktop worked well for 2 weeks, then it developed a corrupt profile for no reason. I had to carry the desktop to a local repair center, where they had to do a complete reinstall since windows would not accept the repair.No virus or issues found other than what I mentioned. Seams a little unusual, I think the pc was not set up correctly form the beginning. I will not do business with Triangle Pc Geek again. .

I took my laptop in today because my Webcam all the sudden stopped working and my computer kept saying my internet wasnt available. I left my computer with Alfredo and he fixed it all! I got it back the same day and am so extremely happy! I recommened them to anyone and everyone for sure!!!

Fantastic customer service. Went in with what I thought was going to be a super expensive problem. I previously went to Best Buy where the geek squad said that it was going to be an $85 service charge and most likely $300 to get a new motherboard for my computer. I then came to Triangle PC to get a 2nd opinion... they fixed my computer in less than 10 minutes and identified the problem which was with the battery. My $400 issue is now just me ordering a cheap battery online! Oh and they fixed it for me for free. Alfredo fixed my laptop screen in less than ONE hour. They have some stuff in stock, so unlike some places where they have to order parts and take their sweet time for repair, this place was fast. I came to this place to get my brothers tablet fixed. It took them a long time to get it repaired. Finally, they fixed my brothers tablet (after waiting for more than 4-5 weeks). The day of the pick up, I decided to buy a monitor.Three days later, the tablet was not working again, so I came back to this place, and I also decided to return the monitor because I didnt need it anymore.I told the man that was there that the tablet was not working and that I wanted to return the monitor. Guess what he did? He literally screamed at me. He got really upset and gave me a really bad attitude. I paid about $125 for the monitor. After returning it, I got less than $100 (he charged me a fee of about 25%). He also said that the tablet was working fine and that I probably did something to it. After taking a look at the tablet, he said, Im going to fix it but you have to pay again because now, it is a different problem.As a business student and someone who has years working in the customer service industry, I felt humiliated and mad for the way he treated me. I decided to just let it go. I smiled and grabbed my brothers tablet and I left.I will not be coming back to this place ever. Also, whoever fixes electronics is never there.

I brought my Toshiba laptop into the Triangle PC Geek after the Best Buy Geek Squad told me it needed a new motherboard which would cost 1/3 of the oriiginal cost of the laptop. They did this by cursory visual inspection. Alfredo from Triangle PC Geek opened the laptop, found what was not working, and replaced a memory board at much lower and reasonable cost. I highly recommend this computer expert for PC repairs and intend on using his services in the future to repair my other computer systems.
