Hello, so I started out at the store on main street and was not happy with the customer service at all so I ended up at the store oat 861 Joe Frank Harris Parkway and was very pleased with the service by the ladies that assist me with getting a new phone and helping me switch carriers smoothly, Toya and a younger female did a good job answer all my question and they made sure I understood everything. Had I not came to the second store I would not be with T Mobile at all just because of my first experience at the first store on Main street.ThanksDustin G

I went into T-Mobile today with a watch and an iPhone 8. My dad has had my phone under his account since I was in middle school and under his business account since I can remember. As an unmarried adult, it’s just simpler to have a cheaper plan under his business account and pay him for my line. He has a number of phones on this account— all of which are iPhones.I say all of this to finally say that it was incredibly difficult to pinpoint MY available upgrade because my phone’s serial number did not match the phone’s serial number listed under Sprint’s documents— even though it was clear my line was connected and on the list of phones with the account. My phone was registered in the old account as an Android, and I’ve never owned an Android. There were WAY too many issues to go through, but my T-Mobile expert, Princess, walked me through every step of the way with such sincerity.Princess was not a just a princess; Princess was a QUEEN. She was so patient and kind to me from the moment I walked through the door, and I just loved her! She helped me through navigating my phone and watch after Sprint’s system finally got over it’s issues and she did what she could to make things right for me as the customer. She also vocalized she was thankful that I was patient with her too; she didn’t need to because she was easy to like, so of course I wanted to pleasant to her because she was so pleasant to me.Overall, Princess definitely had difficulty navigating the switch— not because of a lack of competency— but because Sprint’s system seemed like it may not have been as user-friendly as T-Mobile’s. I felt for her, and I was glad she was he one helping me instead of someone with a low tolerance for setbacks.She and I were basically best friends by the end of it and talking about the best places to have seafood while my newest hand-me-down watch paired to my new phone, and while the experience should have been absolutely dreadful, I couldn’t have asked for a better expert, so I’d like to say that she deserves an iPhone 12 Pro in blue, and not to be dramatic, but I’d basically die for her!Sincerely,Karlie Clifton

Professional, friendly and great customer service! Transferred over from Boost Mobile and are very happy we did! Love our new phones! Also, they have a lower priced plan for us 55 and older folks! Great people - check them out!
Lazy and Rude as usual. T-Mobile needs Customer FRIENLY sales people, not lean on the counter with your mask off until a customer walks in. Then demand the customer wear a mask or get helped outside. I went in to buy 2 phones, now Im looking at Verizon or ATT.
Amazing how nice the people are at this location. I had a situation with my phone and Damaris took care of my problem while helping other employees as they were with customers. Each employee was willing to talk to me while I waited. Issue was solved with my phone. Very happy.
EXTREMELY helpful! Walked in not long before they closed. They helped me switch from Verizon. I was there about 40 minutes past closing. Not once was I rushed. Will definitely be back when I switch all of my phones from At&t.
I had been a Sprint customer for 15 years and it was time for a change. I went in to the store not very optimistic about what they could offer. I simply asked Jeremy why I should leave my current carrier and come to T-mobile and boy did he deliver. He explained everything to me. He was patient and very knowledgable. He knew I was frustrated and my 100% satisfaction was a challenge he met head on and surpassed. Damaris was a great back up to him helping with the large order we placed and they were fast efficient knowledgable and just great guys. I will recommend them to everyone I speak to. Thank you Jeremy and Demaris you guys are awesome!!!!
Ive been with t-mobile for a few years now. I used to live in the Atlanta area and have been to quite a few different stores. None compare to the excellent customer service that I received at this store! I am definitely making this my main location. The two wonderful people who helped me were James and Deundra I believe. They made my day with their excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!

Im a truck driver and I live in Illinois I broke my phone in Georgia I googled TMobile Store employee Jeremy and Tierond were very helpful and patience with me I purchased another phone and purchased JBL Flip 5 Speaker the music sounded great in the store. Thank You T-Mobile in Cartersville Ga.

The customer service was top notch and very supportive. The wait time was minimal. I had an older Galaxy phone and needed support on the updates to new galaxy, even though I didnt purchase through them, they still helped out! I was very pleased.
I visited the store a couple of times to get information regarding a switch to T-Mobile from my current provider. The two employees I have dealt with were super friendly and eager to help. My last visit was to obtain a pre-paid SIM to test out coverage in my work and home areas. My next visit will be to switch and port my numbers over. T-Mobile has earned my business with both online support and a friendly local in-store staff.

They do not have the coverage area they claim to have,spotty coverage is more like it, I moved up here from Paulding county and where i live I cant make calls or receive them just texts.Dont waste your money with this cellular service.
This is a much needed location here in Cartersville. The store looks amazing and the crew is very knowledgeable. My whole experience with these guys has always been fun.

First let me say these people are so rude.. and They werediscriminating and acted prejudice towards me because I was white. They kept giving me every excuse not to try and help me. I even called T-mobile and confirmed they were listed as a store for me to go. They didn’t and wouldn’t help me. Do not go to this store and I will make sure to let everyone I know to not use this store. It’s a shame that their are still people who don’t treat other the way they want to be treated.

This is the best place people and phone service I have ever experienced in my life.... If you go to the store in cartersville ga ask for Nicole she is sooooooooo awesome polite and answers all the questions you have ....
They will be quick to take your money, but they will not honor tmobile warranty exchanges because they are franchised. Spend your money with tmobile directly. Consumer beware.

This store is amazing, originally started at a different location that didn’t have our phones in stock. Customer service ( Princess) was great. Will definitely be back to this location!!
