Terrance was very helpful with helping me understand everything. I went in initially about prepaid service for my two boys, ages 7 & 8 yrs old and he let me know the benefits of postpaid service and took his time without rushing me. I appreciate the care he had for myself and my boys. You all have a great sales person who isnt pushy at all but only wants whats best for the customer. Good job Terrance and I hope you continue to put the customer first as you did with myself and my boys and I hope you go far with AT&T.

My name is Earl Juniper, What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!To tell you how bad, Im posting this review from my wifes phone because the employee not only destroyed my new note 20 they destroyed my old phone as well. Then had the audacity to lie to me and tell me the phone would activate overnight. Well needless to say 12 hours later I still dont have phone service.Funny part is, I came home and spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service. First they were appalled that the store let me out with no service, but tech support couldnt figure out how to fix what their incompetence destroyed.

Switched to att 2 years ago and did a bogo sale pay for 2 lines and get 2 lines for free. So in July 2021 was eligible for early upgrade was told I could pay off the 2 lines I was actually paying for the 2 free lines wouldnt be affected. So I did what they said well now Im paying the last 5 months for the 2 free lines I was supposes to have and they cant do anything to help me even though the att store said I could do that so thanks for ripping me off for about $400-$500.

Sales guy was more interested in his commission then my time and money. Switched my Note 20 ultra 5g from Verizon to AT&T and did not tell me the new Note 21 is coming out soon and was going to let my buy another note 20 ultra 5g. I am so glad they did not have it in stock. He told me his manager was going to another store to get it then about 30 min later told me I had to go get the phone then took another 45min or so to figure out how he could sell it so he could get the commission. Thanks for sending me to the other store because they where upfront and way more helpful and saved me form spending another 1300.00 after I just paid 1475.00 at Verizon to walk away from Verizon.

Now this isnt to do with the store in particular, but the company in general. If I could give zero stars, I would. We were sold a plan and some new phones in a different location with the promise that with my educators discount, our bill would not be much higher with AT&T than cricket, and that we could keep our cricket numbers, no problem. None of this was true. I spoke to reps at the store and customer help line who said that keeping our numbers required a different procedure, requiring us to cancel the contract and do a new one. I had already had enough, and asked for a return label to send back the phones. This was done well within the cancellation period. The next few weeks, I spoke to multiple reps about getting our activation fees returned, to be told they hadnt received the phones yet. Finally, I found the tracking number and they were received 11 days after mailing. I spoke to a rep who said no one had cancelled the account! She refunded the fees. Thats the end of it, right? WRONG! I have received a bill for $1200 for the phones, which they now claim were not in the box they received. So they want to hold me responsible for them. Ill be canceling my cricket account now as well and dont recommend you deal with this company at all.

Chad is an awesome associate and definitely an asset to your Sales team. He treats his customers like family and goes over everything in great detail. I was asked to leave the store because I do not wear masks. I purchased 3 items the day before with no problem, yet today I was told I had to be outside and an associate would come outside to help me. The CDC halted mask usage as of the 7th of this month, yet your employee kicked me out for not having one. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for many years. That wont be hard to look up. I am not happy about this situation at all. I felt like I was being treated like a pariah for not wearing a mask. I already have a mask. Its called an immune system, thank you very much.

Absolutely the BEST customer service I have EVER received at an AT&T store. Amber was patient and thorough in helping us upgrade, purchasing additional items and giving me info on AT&T tv. Sean, the manger, was attentive as soon as we walked in the door and helped with my million questions while I waited. I will certainly visit this location again!!

My husband went into this store after he was told to by customer service on the phone. We have been with AT&T services for 6 years. Problem was a sim in a Nughthawk hotspot not connecting.The Customer Service Representative was busy and got didnt have the knowledge to fix the problem. He finally told my husband your problem is above my pay grade. Have a nice day and walked off. REALKY!!!!!!

This AT&T store in Cartersville is nice and spacious and has lots to choose from. Justin spent quite a bit of time with us because we had many questions in order to purchase the right smart phone for a senior. He was very patient and understanding as well as knowledgeable and what he didn’t know, he found the answers. If, I had any doubt about staying with AT&T, he turned that around with his excellent customer service.

We switched from Verizon trying to lower our monthly bill. We were quoted per line and given a rate they would credit our phones (which were in prestige condition from having otterboxes and screen covering ) it was late so they offered for us to take our phones home to do the transfer and return them. Once we went back to the store to turn them in. Not only did they decrease the value of our trade it ( by over $500 per phone ) also increased the price per line. Now I’m stuck in a contract that Justin I believe said well, I can pay the $2500 to cut services or talk to Sean the manager who quoted us to have it fixed. Why now? Wrong info. In a contract. Which I didn’t have to switch. Just stay away..

Second of all Amber is one of your better personnel, she actually listens and the NEEDS of the clientele, this is refreshing since on previous occasions other salespersons have in some cases; been positively rude when a client tries to address their concerns about the service they are receiving.Your staff has improved tremendously with the addition of Amber to the team. I hope this means an upturn in the quality of customer relations. The handicapped are people too, now if the customer relations office was customer oriented it quite possibly could be a great impression all the way around!

Terrible underhanded, bait and switch tactics used to swindle money from loyal customers.Say one thing and later change the deal to rip off people. Will not be keeping AT&T because of this place. Rude employees who will lie to get you to sign up for a new plan only to change their story to rip you off on qualified phone rebates.Save yourself alot of headaches and go elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.3+yrs customer with 5 lines, Verizon will be more than happy to take our $400/month.Only other regret is, I wish I could have left Zero Stars!

The store manager Sharayne took very good care of all my needs and left me feeling valued as a customer. Absolutely WORST customer service received at your Cartersville, GA store location I have EVER experienced from a company. They did not care about my needs and concerns whatsoever if I was not upgrading, making a purchase, or requiring something that they were not going to make a commission on. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years, however I plan on changing carriers sometime this week. After the horrible customer service, AT&T does not deserve a pass or second chance on keeping my business. They made it quite obvious, the only thing AT&T cared about was making money. Horrible customer service at the Cartersville store. Went in to have my Iphone12 looked at because I am not getting internet in my car. I never had a problem with my previous phone and told the girl that. She would not even look at my phone, she just told me she didn’t know why it wouldn’t work. Never even picked my phone up.Also when I bought the phone about 2 months ago they said if I purchased a case (60.00!) and a screen cover (50.00) that I would get a free wireless charger. After purchasing both I was told they were out of the wireless chargers and I could just come in anytime later and pick it up. Needless to say when I went to get it I was told I had 14 days to get it and they would not honor what I was told.This store is useless unless you are buying and even then they act bored the whole time and like you are bothering them.I will not be going back to that store and will be changing to another carrier!

Had the most wonderful experience with this location! In the past I have always dreaded trips to At&t due to long waits and poor customer service but the people working in this store seemed to be genuinely happy to assist. Alisha in particular was AMAZING, she made the service transfer I came in for fast and painless. Even helped me set up the new devices and went over some features I wouldnt of even thought to ask about. Everyone in the store was working together and very friendly, would highly recommend this store for anyone needing to physically go into a location for assistance.

I went in September 20 regarding my bill. I had been in the month before to have channels dropped that were off of promotion. I still received a bill for full services. The dark haired girl that helped me needed to see my ID and I layed my drivers license down. She pulled up my account and said the previous month must have errored out. She adjusted my service and then pulled the license to the edge of the counter and scanned it! I asked her if she just scanned my license and she said yes. I told her she didnt ask for my permission and that was illegal. She got snotty and said no it wasnt. I told her it was - just Google it. She told me to stop arguing with her if I wanted her help. Our license is government issued and has all our information on it, in high demand for marketing. IT IS ILLEGAL to scan it without the owners permission! This is theft of information! BEWARE of the practices of this establishment. I will be switching services.

Went to the AT&T STORE in Cartersville to Upgrade my phone I selected the new phone was NOT told the phone didnt come with a charger block and was told that my old charger would even work on the phone. But when it’ stops working the day it is installed and customer service says go back to the store where you got the tv box and get a replacement. ATT CARTERSVILLE MAIN STREETThe employee (SEAN) lied to me to get me to purchase ATT TV. He told me that if I wasnt satisfied that I needed to bring the device back to that same store because if I took it to another store, they would not be able to take the device back and cancel the service.So I went out of my way to come back to that exact store within 14 days to cancel and drop off the device. The manager said they couldnt take the the device or cancel the service. After I demanded they honor what the other employee told me, they took the device back, but I still had to be make many calls to get someone to cancel the service.

Horrible customer service. I would rather deal with robots. I dread going to this store when I absolutely have no choice. They ignore you when you walk in. They do not go in the order of the sign in waitlist. If they skip you and you speak up (because of course everyone wants to spend their whole day in there) they catch an attitude and continue with what they’re doing. Fire the whole staff and just try again because the ones that work there now as of October 2 2020 are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I upgraded my phone online and had to pick it up at the store to get it fastest. The app mentioned curbside service, and when we got there, there were two associates outside promoting at&t tv. One of these associates walked up to my car, asked for my name, and came back out with my new phone. He was super helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated not having to get out of my car. If COVID-19 ever ends, i hope this curbside service stays!

The selling of the phone was good but after that the sales rep didnt have time to help me. He wouldnt even sell me a car charger. I done all the transfer and set up myself. I spent over 300 dollars and would have spent more but the sales rep didnt seem to have time to help me find a body glove, a screen protector, or a car charger. I have been with AT&T for over 10 years and have always got my phones from there. Now I still dont have screen protector, body glove, or car charger. And really dont like the phone. After all this time I hate to say it but Im going to look somewhere else. I plan to take the phone back. I do not recommend the store.

Made a visit to this store about three weeks ago with a huge issue with my iPhone and phone bill. Anyone who owns an iPhone knows that only Apple can fix Apple products, but I appreciate the sales rep there who took the extra step to find the nearest Apple for me. Now as far as my bill, apparently the issue was so bad that the store manger had to step in and help. The store manager I believe by the name of Sharayne was able to contact the right person and get my billing issue resolved. I had a very positive experience during my visit, and I would definitely come back to this location again

Rudest people in Cartersville. If you’re not looking to add service or spend money in their store they literally refuse to help you. I waited at the front for over 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was in there. Verizon would NEVER do that. AT&T is high priced as it is but this store just makes it even worse trying to stay with them. I would highly recommend customer service training to all the employees within this store. Maybe they’ll get more business that way which is what they ultimately want. Just rude and disrespectful.

Stopped by this store on my way out of town because my phone would not charge. I attempted to do an online upgrade to pick up in store, but when I arrived the employee at the door told me (without looking) that I did not have an upgrade. I asked if I could do the upgrade and he replied no - I then asked for a manager. Ben came from the back with a very cavalier demeanor. His facial expression indicated his lack of care and it was apparent he was upset we came inside. He was not interested in the least to attempt to help me, a long time customer with 11 lines... He wouldnt even look my account up. The worst customer service I have ever received at this store. So sad and infuriating at the same time.

The representative that helped me was nice. HOWEVER, I have now spent over an hour trying to have fees removed that were added due to their negligence and not looking at what I already had. I already pay for the 4 device membership, but when I upgraded a line, they added another single device insurance. When I only have 4 lines on the entire account. Then, I specifically stated that I wanted AT&T next WITHOUT the next up, and they added that without my consent. I have now been charged $20 in unauthorized fees.

I have been on the phone with AT&T for over two hours. I have been transferred four times and hung up on twice. No one can figure out what’s wrong with my account. It’s an absolute mess. Perhaps my problem is that I expect to much from people. It’s easier to hang up on someone when you can’t help them then to do your job. I typically try not to leave negative reviews but it’s the only way I have to make AT&T aware of the problem.By the way, stop trying to direct everyone to the website when they call. If the website worked I wouldn’t call. I hate spending my evening on hold waiting to talk to a human. If I could go online and fix it I would. I just want to say that my fiance and I went in to get new phones and to basically get out phones together. We really werent sure how we were going to get them. When we walked in we were greeted by Jaime, and lets just say our prayers were answered. He was GREAT! I had to get my mom relinquish the rights to the phone number and we ported my fiances number. But when I say we both walked out with brand new phones! When I say Jaime was patient and so well prepared and knew what he was talking about! We had a small issue the next day but he came to the rescue again! Will look forward to working with him again!

As a customer you expect to be treated with respect and to be able to communicate with the workers and managers with out being threatened by them. Today I went into the Cartersville location to switch out my phone that I got as a birthday gift. Mrs. Emily helped us out and gave us so much attitude when we asked her questions. After we ask her to speak to the manager she would mumble under her breathe. When we spoke to the manager he was super rude and we felt threatened by him like he was ready to fight. When we left the store I glanced back to see their reactions and I saw them laughing. Would would advise everyone to go else where and save a trip from terrible customer service.

Went into the Cartersville location to switch out a phone for an upgrade. Emily tried to help us out but what she was telling us did not make sense to our knowledge of being a customer with at&t for over 10 years. She was giving a lot of attitude when we would try to understand. So we talked to Ben the manager, where the customer service got worse. He also had attitude with us. We have friends that work for at&t so we told them what we were trying today, come to find out Ben the manager and Emily lied to us. I guess because they just did not want to help us . They have dedicated parking for online order pick up. However, it still took 20 minutes to pick up an online order. You have to wait to get checked in and get in the queue like a walk-in customer. There is a dedicated station in store for online order pick ups but it was not staffed.The staff activated the new phone but I asked them not to activate. I just wanted to purchase and activate after my wife received the gift. So, my wife’s old phone stopped working and I had to give her gift ahead of her birthday, ruined the surprise. No urgency at this store to help customers and not enough staff to handle the business in store.

Lack of professionally and politeness.Also, it’s very unprofessional for customers to walk in and hear employees unprofessionally gossip about unnecessary and immature convos, while other customers are present. I bought two of the newest iPhones 3 days ago my mother and myself got one. Mine would not play in the car but my mother’s would . My screen started freezing and I knew this wouldn’t work. I went to the store two days later let them know and they said I have to take the phone to apple not something they do . So you mean you sell me a defective product I cannot bring it back ? They said nope only android. I said I didn’t even want the phone anymore I wanted my money back they said ok but that will be a 45 restocking fee. So I asked for a manager and asked why am I paying 45 for a restocking fee for a defective product are you gonna resale it????? No we just send them back to apple . That’s super shady if you ask me anyway I returned my moms and mine .Please be aware when shopping here I will never go here again.

Not only every time I go in there so I find a customer yelling at the staff for the same issue I’ve occurred, but the staff like to persuade you into buying the most expensive product or accessories for there commission and say false things about the product for warranties, policys, ext but when you go back in for a follow up to clan a “verbal warranty” you then soon learn that there’s no such thing as what they once told you and that they “do not recall” saying what they did and would rather argue with you and tell you why your wrong as a customer and take the whole situation as a joke but then still have the nerve to ask if you’d like to purchase a new item since they warranty or policy they once said you could do doesn’t exist. Not to mention after a long argument and not getting anywhere while you get insulted as a customer and told different but when you leave you can look back through they’re poorly tinted store glass and you can see the sorry excuse of employees who you spoke with laughing at you as you get in your car to leave the property. Truth is they are only in it for they’re commission and don’t care about you as a customer and if you get any “warranty” or add on make sure it is written and not just verbal because they will screw you too and make a joke of you as a customer as well.

Emily wes pretty rude once i decided to go with the cheaper phone charger she Immediately tried to force me into buying the more expensive one to the point she took it apon her self to go ahead and start ringing me up for it and didnt bother to mention the 30$ cheaper one that did the same thing i Physically hade to stop her and say no im not spending 55$ on a charger thank you but no thank you thats not good Customer service

I absolutely HATE this Location and all the employees in this store. They are so rude to customers and they never wanna help you.I was left standing outside for an hour and 32 min.Something needs to be done about this store.Im def switching to Verizon.
