Partially popped off part of my front bumper. Ashley was great she didnt make any promises and advised they would have to take a close look once they had it in the shop. They ordered a few parts and got it fixed at a great price and looks good. Another body shop suggested them.

I hit a large chunk of truck tire on 285 traffic was heavy so no avoiding it,it messed up the lower valance and lower grill, my brother is a regional manager for PPG, he said he was impressed with Prestons shop, Straight Line Collision, he knew the high quality of materials they use and employees experience and proficiency, being from Fl. the advice was dead on I could not find a flaw with the repair, Im very very well pleased with the outcome, beautiful shop clean, a very good sign of quality.

Not sure the outcome because I just dropped off the car but Ashley was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

Dealership took my 100k truck here to get a scratch fixed. The truck came back covered in white dust inside and out. Also the inside of the truck stinks of paint. Now I’m gonna have to take it to a detail shop to get it cleaned up and try and get rid of the paint smell. Doesn’t look like they take pride in their work. After doing a job you would think they would clean the truck up. I don’t recommend this shop. Find some other place that will take care of your vehicle.

I was involved in a minor accident a few months ago and GEICO referred me to this place to get my repairs. Initially, I had a great feeling about how things were going as everyone was very nice and were very helpful upon my first interaction with them. After two weeks in the shop, I was alerted that my vehicle was ready for pick up. As soon as I got into my vehicle ready to go, there were a couple of issues before I even left the lot. Codes that were not cleared, a piece missing in my passenger side door, and my floor mats gone. The next day, my car was ready after these issues were fixed. Again, before I even left the lot, my back passenger door had a piece hanging out and I noticed my license plate holder was missing (not a huge deal but attention to detail). Although they were apologetic, it rubbed me the wrong way. Anyway, it is now August and I noticed an odd noise coming from one of my back tires the other day. Figured it was something minor that would resolve on its own as it wasnt a consistent thing. But, on my way home yesterday, I felt a very heavily wobbly motion in the back again. Upon further inspection, 2 of my lug nuts were very loose and 3 were completely gone. (the side that they worked on) so whoever removed my tires I am assuming to inspect repair, didnt tighten them all the way back. I am glad this was noticed before something serious happened. I say all this not to discourage/disrespect the owners and workers because again, they did a great job ultimately. But, to let you guys know in the future to be more detail orientated before you return a vehicle to a customer. I dont believe it was intentional but it was all preventable.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain your repairs or whatever service you are getting to you. This gets them a 5 star rating because most companies dont take that time for understanding and make the customer feel at home. I really enjoyed talking to the staff that I met and they did an OUTSTANDING job on the front end of my car!!! Highly recommend using them for your car repairs!

This company is unprofessional and does not follow their own values or believe in treating people equal. The treatment we received from the owners of this business was completely intentional and quite frankly a violation of our rights. We have tried to solve the issues with them to no avail and now have acquired legal counsel. The conversations had with the owners of this business consisted of profanity, violence, harassment, racial statements and even attempts to strong arm us. Do NOT do business with these people. The solutions they provided us were based off of emotion and egos and not the values on which they claim their company runs on. Someone you can trust. NO!!

I had my vehicle detailed at Straight Line Collision after the VW dealership left a horrible smell in my car’s interior. The team at Straight Line did a fantastic job! The smell is gone and my car hasnt looked this clean since the day I bought it. All the staff are incredibly professional and kind. Highly recommend, 10/10.

Top notch customer service and quality repair.

Everyone here was so helpful and proactive in getting my 4Runner fixed. They helped me organize and obtain a rental car and when I picked my 4 runner back up it looks like I just drove it off the lot. I had a windshield, windshield wiper and some dents/paint fixed on my hood and they not only fixed the repairs but also cleaned and detailed my car. Would definitely recommend

I got my car repaired at this body shop through my insurance after a car accident, and I most definitely would recommend. It was a quite a drive from me, but their great customer service was well worth it. They explained everything to the finest detail, that it left me without questions. Everyone I encountered was very polite and made it their priority to help me.

Took my Challenger here because I hit something on the interstate and split my front bumper cover. Jacob is the guy I worked with. I am very pleased with their work, car looks brand new again. Whenever I had any questions either Jacob or Ryan would answer the phone in a timely fashion. Hopefully I wont need to use them anytime soon, but if I have body damage I will definitely come back

We needed extensive damage repairs on our 2019 Infiniti QX60. StraightLine not only handled all the body work, but a large amount of electrical work as well. The car has cameras and multiple sensors that needed repair. Jacob kept me informed of the timeline, handled everything with Enterprise, and did a great job. We will absolutely use them again if the need arises.

Went in for an estimate on damage to my car, Ryan was very thorough, he explained how they would color match the paint, after replacing the bumper. The cost is very reasonable and will be our first choice to go for the repair. *Edit* we picked up our car this afternoon. They did an amazing job. The paint matches perfect. Great experience. I brought in a dented tailgate on my 2016 GMC Sierra. Was fixed fast and great! All the people that work there are very respectful employees and very nice.

I had my truck dropped off to them on a Wednesday morning for repair work from an accident, they had my truck done on a Friday late afternoon. I got my truck back with all repairs done and looking brand new. The truck was washed waxed and detailed. Everyone there was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Straight Line Collision to everybody. I hope I don’t have a reason to use them again but if I do this is the place I will be going.

I was sold a Mustang with a false title and a bad engine. This is one of the biggest con artist I have ever dealt with. Ihighly recommend never doing business with these people. The owner of the companys name is Preston. He is a lie a cheat and a thief. They also faked text to each other as if was my self. Then posted the text on my page which were Ludacris. Then filed a false complaint with Bartow County Sheriffs department.The matter was laughed off. This was a poor display of childish unprofessional conduct.

They take the stress away from you and try to work with you to get you back in your car as soon as possible. They are honest and try to get you the fairest deals. They give you great work and excellent value from a top team along with honesty, integrity and excellence I highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion.. This is my first time using Straightline and I will continue to use them for all future body work. They did an outstanding job restoring my vehicle back to its original condition. Having used other body shops, I have always had a problem with things lining up or the paint being off or simple just something not working! But not with Straightline. They stand behind their work 100% and did an amazing job from the beginning. They really know their cars too. They are fast and efficient and have great pricing. Very professional. Completed my job in 3 days with excellent quality and numerous updates. Someone backed into me and their insurance, geico, recommended me to straight line. When I arrived, the shop employee was there. The insurance adjuster was there. And the rental car associate was there. 20 minutes total and I was back at work. The most painless experience I have had any situation like this. I was jacked into Monday dropped my truck on Tuesday and it was completed Friday.

The staff and the people at this place are absolutely amazing they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied and even did some extras at no cost and my truck was even detailed when I picked it up I will definitely be back With them in the future if needed

I purchased a brand new 2015 ram 1500 from Robert Loehr August of 2015. This is my second truck with them. Upon driving the truck for the last several months, I got in it one day and noticed the cab on the left side of the truck was off by a substantial amount. So I took it to the dealership and spoke with Brandon Martin the service advisor I always deal with and he called Preston over at straight line and said he was sending me over there. I get there and meet with Preston about the issue and show him everything that was wrong, he goes in the shop and gets one of his guys to come take a look at my issues with the truck. I dont remember the guys name but he looked at it and even got on the ground to look further, he stated the cab had shifted some how I dont know how though. He goes into the shop and returns with a tape measure and measures the difference and sure enough the cab was off. The guy told Preston what all needed to be done. Preston wrote my estimate and made a appointment to have it dropped off the following week on a Monday. I dropped the truck off Monday and had itBack Thursday. I get there and have a look at the truck. Preston and his team did a phenomenal job fixing my truck. I was very very happy with the work performed on my truck. Never once from the get go did Preston or his team fuss or complain about the fact that is was warranty. I will let Preston fix my truck or any other vehicle from now on as far as body work goes. He does fantastic work and does it right. Once again I am extremely happy with the job that straight line collision did to fix my brand new truck.

These people are genuinely awful. They also essentially bribed me to take my last review down, but then flaked on their end. do NOT do business with these people. They take shortcuts and do not care about their customers. The manager is rude and called names, along with being a lying about what my insurance would and would not cover. The mechanics are awful, too. My tire was missing half it’s lug nuts when I finally got it back.

This is probably the first review Ive ever written, but I felt compelled to do so. My 19 year old son was driving through Cartersville on his way to Florida. As a father, I was already concerned about his trip. On the interstate he noticed that one of his exhaust pipes was hanging low, so he went to the nearest repair shop. I was happy that Straightline was able to help. After about 30 minutes back on the road, his pipe dropped again. Luckily he was able to get it fixed permanently somewhere else. When I called Straightline, to ask about their refund policy, they told me that I would not receive a refund. When I told Straightline that the professional down the road said we got scammed because the workmanship was far from a professional job, Straightlines response was that they arent in the business to fix exhaust pipes. Thats good to know, considering they didnt have any problem taking my young sons money and putting him at risk on the interstate. I thought that is was unethical and greedy to accept any money from my son when they admitted that they werent in business to fix those issues. I would have much rather them tell my son that they couldnt fix it, instead of take his money and risk his safety. I hope the small amount of money they made was worth it to them. If I ran my business like that, I wouldnt be in business very long. I would highly discourage any one from using their services. The customer is not a priority to these guys.And, if safety is a priority and you feel he needs a new exhaust pipe, dont let a 19 year old demand that you weld it. You are supposed to be the experts. By the way, the repair work done by the other shop is a permanent fix. No problems for 2 months and no new exhaust pipe needed.

A few weeks back I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra. The truck had bushwacker fender flares. For most people they are the greatest thing since sliced bread and do serve a purpose if you have tires outside the wheel well, but in this case the tires do not and it’s just not my thing. So I removed them to find that the flares had caused scratches in the clear coat from dirt and grime getting between the flares and the body of the truck.I drive by StraightLine every day on my way to work and thought I would just stop by and see if they could help me out. After speaking with Jacob he said they could take care of it. So I dropped my truck off the next week on a Monday. They called me around 3:00 and said that if I was in town to stop by and take a look at the truck. As Jacob and I were going over the work we could still see some of the scratches, but it was a 100 times better than before. “The thought was that we didn’t want to push the paint and burn through it” is what Jacob told me. I knew then that I brought my truck to the right place. Jacob had one of the other guys come and take a look at it. He said he could try to do a little more with my permission. I said sure let’s go for it. So I left the truck there. Two hours later they called me and said my Tundra was ready to go. They went above and beyond my expectations! I could not be happier with the results! It is great to know I have a local body shop that I can trust to take care of my vehicles from now on. All of the staff is very helpful and personable and prices are fair.Thanks again StrightLine.
