Even when my insurance company was delayed in approving the claim, due to the fact they were short help, Kim persisted and called up the chain of command until she got an adjuster to come out. After we got the insurance company to do their job, Candy Apple got the Van fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. While I hope I never need them again, I definitely would if I ever need my van fixed again

The staff at Candy Apple solved a air bag problem, that baffled other professionals. They told me my life was at risk, that the air bag would not deploy, until the air bag light problem was repaired. They advised me not too drive my car, I could be killed in an accident.They replaced the seat belt and a faulty wire related to the air bag. The problem was finally fixed. I had my first accident and had NO clue what todo and took my car to Jennifer at Candy Apple to get an appraisal on cost to fix my car. The other parties insurance was paying and I was having to do all the running around without a rental. Jennifer said she would take care of them. Within 30 minutes of her calling they called me and said enterprise would be delivering a rental and Jennifer could start work on my car. Just picked it up and it looks like new, drives like new. GO ELSEWHERE! They painted BMW twice and blamed me for their poor quality of workmanship once I came to pick up. They also didn’t install back the emergency gas release latch, which caused issues later. I had to trade in car after going there.

Everyone was FANTASTIC when I stopped by to see if they could help with getting glue off of my car. I thought I would most certainly have to wait a few days to get my car looked at but they shared my concern about the glue drying and quickly were able to get it off.

Sooo, I am sharing my awesome, unforgettable experience with Candy Apple Custom Collision Body Shop because I am super impressed with each and every single person that works in this building and the way that they handle their business, as well as the way they treat their customers . I dont know about yall, but it seems to me that truly great customer service is almost unheard of anymore. Well, Candy Apple has restored my faith in wonderful customer service, with their extraordinary quality of work, and employees that actually show you they care, even after theyve said it because you think they have to. Of course all companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. 9 times out of 10, once they have your money, its hard to say (or sometimes even SEE) where it actually goes (or went) once the work is actually finished and youre looking at it, all the while wondering how they could get something so significant past you with such a huge price tag. Kim took the time to make sure our policy was honored respectfully, as it should have been. People. If you are in need of body work, look no further because I promise you will not be disappointed with their results. The truck that backed into me didnt feel the impact and kept driving. This, of course, freaked me out bc it made it look like I hit them in the rear-end. I was already trying to convince myself that at least I still had a car and no one was hurt. The thought of putting it in the shop never crossed my mind bc of the circumstances. Well, not ONLY did Kim call my insurance company, TELL them exactly what they were going to do and their role of responsibility as far as the cost, but she also made sure that the rental car (the one she told State Farm they were taking care of!) picked Paul up from the shop and that we had a way of getting around while they worked so hard putting my car back together ! Ive had serious issues with insurance companies in the past, they never want to do their job, and will try anything to make you think it was your fault so they wont have to pay anything. Kim and Kyle made it so easy! They handled everything right down to making sure our insurance company didnt try to take advantage or twist everything around. It was clear from the start that they do care about you, your car, and about you being 100% satisfied with the work and service to your car. I hope Ill never need body work again, but Im putting the word out that this place is the way to go if you do happen to need body work yourself.
