People are helpful. Retail customers pay a lot for parts. My guess is that one is better off buying at Home Depot or Lowes, or better yet, online. But if one needs hard to find parts, right away, what can one do.

Went there to pick up a order for Anderson plumbing, they had the order ready I was in and out of there in a flash love fast service.
