Received My order - finally!!!! - YES EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED - I had a small mix up on my end, but they actually did a Great Job on Delivery -they did give me a delivery number and I was able to track all delivery information.Unfortunately FEDEX was extremely slow, so cant blame them for that ...they really do have a great product! I will definitely purchase from them again!

SOLID SOURCE FOR INVENTORY TO RESELL. TIMELY DELIVERY. THE ONE COMPLAINT IS THAT THE PACKING JOB IS SO WASTEFUL AND INEFFICIENT THAT THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE SUPER HIGH. 39.5% OF MY MOST RECENT PRODUCT ORDER ($212 ! FOR 120LBS) ITS BECAUSE HALF OR EVEN MORE OF THE CUBIC SPACE INSIDE THE 17 BOXES MY ORDER CAME IN WERE LITERALLY AIR. TYPICALLY A SMALL BOX INSIDE A LARGE BOX. THE PHYSICAL SPACE COULD HAVE BEEN REDUCED BY 40% OR MORE SAVING ALOT OF SHIPPING COSTS. NOT TO MENTION A TON OF EXCESS CARDBOARD. JUST PACK A FEW LARGER BOXES WITH ALOT LESS AIR. I WOULD HAVE ORDERED QUITE A BIT MORE IF IT HADNT BEEN FOR THE EXTRA SHIPPING. ORDERED ON AMAZON INSTEAD. THANKS

I place an order July 19th and received a phone call from Claire that they needed an FBA shipping label. I told her that I did not know what that was. She said that she would get back to me about the cost of delivery but has never even though I have tried to call her (her number that she has on her email is a fax number). I have tried sending emails to the kole imports email and all I receive back is that they are working on it. I just need an answer if they have canceled my order. I need this order for my church project for Operation Christmas Child. I have noticed that the prices have gone up in price. I need help. If I need to send a shipping label where to I send it. I really need help on solving this problem.

The website was user friendly, although most items I was interested in purchasing were out of stock after I added them to my cart. The website indicated that a salesperson would call me back after my first intial order. This never happened. I decided to order only 2 products since I had never worked with Kole Imports. I thought shipping was really slow and was an expense of 1/3 of my total dollars spent. One product I ordered a Qty of 24 of seemed dated and did not look or smell that great and was apparent not eligible to sell at the retail price per unit that I had planned so overall so far my impression is 50/50 for my first experience with this company.

Our orders are always correct and arrive quickly. This time the box was a little mushed at the bottom, causing some damage to the packaging of a couple of our items. Nothing a little tape couldnt fix. Great place to get discounted odds and ends!

The customer service of this company is disgraceful. I sent product back and requested a refund. Three months later I am still waiting on the refund. I have received two boilerplate emails stating my refund has been approved and to please allow 1-3 business days to process. That was over 2 weeks ago. When calling their posted number, absolutely no one is available. Ive left 6 voicemails with no response. I will never purchase from this company again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I mostly like Kole imports but with this last order they goofed. I ordered 84 drawstring backpacks and they only sent me 83. Not happy about that.
I will never order from this company again I have been trying to get my refund for a week and a half and they also said refund 1 to 3 business days. And I will be calling the better business bureau as soon as they open up and I told them that and a email, when you try to call them it goes straight to voicemails.

I have ordered the same glass canisters 3 times from this company. They put them in a box loosely and about half were broke or has dented lids. The last time they were undeliverable because they were all broke and they returned to company. For as much money they charge for shipping, you would think they would not just throw 12 glass canisters in a box with loosely, no bubble wrap or anything.They said they would refund me, but its been almost 2 months of going around in circles with them. Poor customer service. Their website says 35 years, but when you scroll to bottom it shows the website was created in 2020. Scam. I will never order from them again.

For a company that has been in business for 30 years, their integrity is starting to slack. I placed an order for 3 bulk items, shipping was $72+, one of the items i ordered didnt ship, but the shipping cost remained the same. Had I not taken the initiative to contact the company they would have never bothered refunding me the difference in shipping cost. Moreover, the company did some math and claimed the missing items would close $5+ to ship. Total lie because these are bulk items and the cheapest shipment (according to their site with a similar item) would cost just shy of $10 to ship. I am demanding a fair business to exchange because i feel very taken advantage of.

Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them.We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across Bronze Sunflower Mirror set for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website.To start with,- The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot)- The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot)I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michaels response was, if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you. I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description.But seriously dont waste your time and money. I observed they have about ~4.5 stars on their own website. It looks like they just post good reviews and remove bad reviews.
Great deal for what I needed. Shipping was almost half of the cost of my purchase but it still saved me a lot of money if I bought them individually. Customer service and follow up were both great. Highly recommend for any kind of large venues. Any orders over $50 gets free shipping. That is a great deal but you have to pay return shipping so be sure that you get what you want. Its not like Amazon. Though a lot of their products are on Amazon but for more money and same shipping as if bought at their site. No deals there unfortunately. Still I am happy. :)
I made a small order of 12 sunglasses because I keep losing them. It came not that long after. Some of them are kind of ugly lol but overall good experience.

I have to give them 5 stars. I had never ordered from them before and I received a single package that contained the Packing slip which contained items from my order which were not in the package. I contacted Customer Support through email and received prompt attention. Today I received a second box, which contained the items I thought were missing. I received one package yesterday, the other today. Customer Service was very responsive and 100% willing to fix the issue :) They did not need too - Great Experience! (Yes, I did let them know the items did arrive) :)

Horrible customer service. Misspelled my email address when ordering so never received an email confirmation. Have called twice AND emailed twice to request an invoice with no response. Package received ten days after initial order with just packing slip.

Terrible customer service!!! After placing my order and paying $16 for shipping for a package of loofahs to come from California to me in Seattle for my baby shower, I messaged them to see if they would come in time and they said after 5 days my order wasn’t even shipped out. I told them to cancel my order before shipping out since they wouldn’t be here in time. They of course didn’t listen and shipped it out. It arrived after 10 days! I reached out for a packing slip to return and get a refund but they said I will have to pay for more shipping (already paid $16) and a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault it wasn’t shipped out in time and not cancelled in time when I told them to! Ridiculous!

Beware! This company will take your money and NOT SHIP your items! First couple orders went great, then they started just not including items in shipments and simply did not say anything about it. When asked to please refund ( very nicely ) they simply ignore any and all inquiries. Poor communication and can not be trusted. Do not do business with these crooks.
