Home Depot may be a decent place to shop but thats about it. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, or if you do, dont put much effort into your work because you wont be rewarded. A gentleman, one of the BEST WORKERS they have ever had, most likely, was treated with such dishonesty amd disrespect. Yet he still goes to work and goes above and beyond for this company, yet they still dont care what him and his family are going through. Thats pretty pathetic, in my opinion, if you dont value your hard working, loyal employees.

Cashiers are rude and unfriendly one guy closed a gate in front of us as we was standing in line, next cashier forgot to scan items but asked us to pay twice she needed a moment to readjust her customer services.. However floor workers responded very quickly, respectively, and knowledgeable. I had to give a 4 because the other staff had great service.

My Granddaughter Grace and I had a great 👌👍 experience at Home Depot!The African American young lady (Cassandra)?personally cut the grass sheets for me and helped me determine exactly how much I needed for my patio. The patio is beautiful 😘❤️the wooden planters, normally 35$ I purchased 2 at $15.88 a piece turned out beautiful ❤️ Mexican Petunia plants for only $5.88 look amazing! Great customer service Home Depot 😃☺️

This is very fun store for learning how to keep your house up.

I went to Chase to take care of some business and while there I decided to go to Home Depot to check out their herbs. I also bought vegetable seeds to grow in my garden. All the while I was there a little bird was in the rafters singing his heart out. Also, I saw a couple of monarch butterflies flying around all the beautiful flowers. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this shop if you love nature. You will not be disappointed and look out for the little Pavarotti serenading the customers.

Buy more the same item in many products you save money, I buy 2 pallets 60LB Quickrete Concrete Mix, 56 per pallet is good the saving total $77.28

I do like that I am able to find products not always in stock at other stores however this is not mt favorite location. Getting in to the parking lot was a road trip since the sign for homedepot is nowhere near the parking lot when you get off of the freeway. The parking lot seems to always have people loitering around which can be a safety concern for someone of my stature.

Love their selection of hand tools and gardening supplies. VERY helpful associates!

Home Depot in Carson is the best Home Depot ever. Their employees are friendly and their customer service is excellent. Dave in Lumber was so patient and informative in helping 2 ladies decide which type of lumber to purchase and also cutting the lumber to size. The guys in the Tool Rental and Paint departments were terrific and answered all our questions. Excellent!

Great floor help finding what I needed

We are having the Worst experience with Customer service and Delivery. Twice our appliance has been damaged, Weve had to go back in forth with Home Depot, Whirlpool & GE Delivery just to get the item we paid for a month ago, the item has been extremely damaged both times. I cant even fit the back & forth process to get clear information about our Paid for Appliance. The Manager at Home Depot (AMANDA)was Horrible, Worst Customer Service Ive experienced in a very long time! It is so unfortunate that Home Depot would have a Manager that is rude, impatient, has no clue how to speak to people. Ive worked in Customer service, have family members currently working for Home Depot & its a HUGE disappointment. I cant imagine how she handles the Customers that are livid because I was was very respectful, patient & just trying to get a resolve. Whoever reads this DONT BUY APPLIANCES AT THIS STORE!!! Go to another store or Lowes because we have NEVER had an issue with Lowes Delivery & Customer service.

I waited more than half an hour and had to have pass by associates page 5 times on speaker and then walk all the way to customer service desk ask for a manager just to get a right associate to show up in the aisle. The manager, Daniel Negi, showed up with a callous and careless attitude told me that is just way it is, an attitude of if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Thank you Daniel Negi, I will go to Lowe’s from now on.

Worst customer service. Had to go to rent a power tool would only except a drivers license and not a passport to rent it out even though that is a valid form of government issued identification. Keep in mind the tool I was renting had nothing to do with being behind the wheel. Extremely rude manager about the whole situtation.

I was immediately concerned about the management of this HD when I looked up and saw the American flag dangling loose and it appeared to have been that way for awhile

Service was top notch at the return desk and by Tish in appliances (5 stars to both of them). We bought an above the stove microwave but it was manufacturer defective. No more in stock in SP. I was told it would cost me an additional $69 to get another one delivered to store. I dont feel I should be charged a fee to replace a defective appliance. Thats why the low rating.

They have Black And White spray paint for 98¢ Good Bargain. Nice clean store the Door section was organized beautifully. I would suggest this store to my friends and family. I highly suggest buying a door from here they have a great selection plus the customer service is amazing helpful and knowledgeable...... I give the lady working in the door section 2 thumbs up......

Home depot card didnt work as it should. Staff at checkout literally embarrassed me and when talking to Citibank says oh so he is an authorized user even after providing all necessary info. Treated me as if I was trying to shop lift. Then she tells me every excuse to high heaven as to why she was the way she was towards me and if Citibank just did what their supposed to do to clarify the mix up I wouldnt be in this situation. Like really? So her justification for treating me like criminal is the doing of the issuing bank who gives the line of credit. Come on now lady.

The Carson location is much less crowded than the Gardena location, but Gardena seems to just have more items in-stock. I came in for in-store pick up and the service was good. I wish the associate wouldve spoken a bit louder but it couldve been because of the mask.

I went to buy plywood and hard board. the sheets are 4x8 so I needed them to be cut so it would fit in the back of my truck. of course the saw wasnt working so I went there for nothing. I ask an employee when(so I can come back another day)itwould be fixed? he didnt know. if youre going to offer a service it should be a priority to make it is available at all times.Sorry just venting because I made a trip for nothing. now my project is on hold or I go to another home depot farther way with a working saw.

Today I went into the store looking for a disenfectant that I use. The manager Cynthia and the staff were amazing. In spite of the crowd everyone was so happy to answer the customers questions, direct customers to what they were looking for, in addition fast service. I usually go to Lowes but today Home Depot gained a customer. Thank you for your great service!!!

My family and I were redoing our flooring in our kitchen. We went to Home Depot to execute the journey on our own. The associates were very helpful in assisting us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. To our surprise we couldnt use the ceramic tile that we purchased. So back to Home Depot we went. We ended up going with peel and stick tile that was a lot more easy for us to customize ourselves. This location kind of lacked options for the peel and stick Home Depot, goregaon of flooring. So we ended up going with something completely different than our original vision. Needless to say the job was done, and done right.

We bought a refrigerator at a very good price. Not sure how good the product is yet but the service was great. Didnt wait long at all before Abraham assisted us. Nice guy, very helpful. Informed us of possible rebates from the power company that we will be looking into. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and will be receiving the refrigerator on Wednesday.

My other choice for home supply good store Home Depot Wilmington!

Saturday afternoon visit. Was shopping for house plants- Generic and sort of poor selection, didnt buy any. Employees available throughout the store except the garden center. Social distancing easy there, and no long lines.

Walked into Depot today looking for a portable air-conditioned i found what i was looking for the price was over 600.00 dollars but I noticed a sign they posted THAT THEY WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANY AIRCONDITIONERS DUE TO COVID EVEN IF THE UNIT FAILED ON THE SAME DAY OF PURCHASE. BUT GOOD NEWS THE MFG AND I QUOTE FROM THE ASSOCIATE I SPOKE WITH HAS A GOOD RETURN POLICY. DURING THESE TRYING TIMES AND WHAT LITTLE EXTRA MONEY PEOPLE HAVE THIS IS HOW THEY CHOOSE TO TREAT THE COMMUNITY. I CALLED LOWES TO SEE IF MAYBE THEY WERE ALL GOING IN THIS DIRECTION AND THEY ARE NOT! BOYCOTT THE CARSON HOME DEPOT !
