I went for my 10K maintenance appointment. And I wasnt getting any indicators to have service done yet. But I went in for service anyway. I was well advised and cared for by KEVIN CLICK the Service Advisor. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Kevin made sure my car was well cared for by creating a maintenance service package according to what was needed. He also took the time to familiarize me with some built-in functions that I didnt realize I had at my fingertips, which makes my ownership a more elevated experience. Everything was done within a reasonable and efficient timeframe. The lounge was very clean, socially distanced and comfortable. I was well cared for and Honda lives up to their standards. Showed interest in online vehicle last Sunday 9/12/21, contact was made regarding vehicle Monday 9/13, by text and continues into Tuesday when I made an offer but Carson Honda was firm on price so they said well get back to you. Tuesday afternoon I had to call because they werent responding. Tuesday evening I asked for price out the door and gave my zip code for tax purposes, had my financing in order and had a truck transport ready to bring my vehicle, again well get back to you. Phoned and text all day Wednesday, with two different girls who had no clue how to sell out of state, by Wednesday, evening I got well have to talk to our manager but I dont think we can sell it to out of state but well call you back. Never heard another word. So Saturday, I call ask in for manager, gave vin# and stated been trying to purchase all week..... brief hold, Im sorry we just sold the car. #$%&÷ &^%
We have bought 3 Honda vehicles and are getting serviced only at Carson Honda. Their service advisor, Erwin Mauricio, is the best; knowledgeable, honest, and responds very quickly to all our questions. We are buying our 4th Honda vehicle very soon.
Been a faithful customer of Carson Honda since 2016 when I bought my wife her honda civic, the experience was pleasant so I bought myself a honda too in 2017. Been getting both Hondas serviced for maintenance there regularly, but as of my last 3 services I been amazed by the great customer service provided by a service advisor by the name of MALIK JENNINGS. The service this young man provides, exceed my expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction. From getting my routine maintenance, transmission flush,brakes serviced, etc. Malik always keeps me posted on how long it will take for my car to be ready, he advises and explains in depth what services are needed to keep the car up to date with routine maintenance. Been coming here since 2016 and never got a service advisor that went above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their services. Shows that this guy is really passionate about his job, the professionalism and helpfulness Malik is always showing is impressive, courteous & friendly...that does not only make getting our vehicles serviced here at Carson Honda that much better but feels welcoming to keep returning .. Thanks Carson Honda for having great people like him.

I was greeted with a smile and the service number was placed on the car. Malik Jennings, Service Advisor, explained what would be done and said that hed notify me as soon as the work was complete and that hed explain any unforeseen concerns from the service inspection. I appreciated Maliks professionalism and customer service ethic.

I was greeted by Calvin Oum and from the moment I meet him, i had the best experience I could of ever asked for. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he took me to the car I wanted. No sales bs, no running around the merry go round, straight to business and that’s exactly what I was looking for. Walked in and out the dealer within 2.5 hours and took home a Black 2021 Honda Accord Sport with 4 miles. The service advisor was polite and great customer service. Unfortunately your dealer made me wait an hour before a service advisor could get to me. This is unacceptable and that’s with an appointment!! Next time I’m going to another dealer!

My Service Provider Malik was good. He was really just the messenger. However, this is the 2nd time I am bringing in my car for an issue (infosystem) in which I video taped but Honda cant seem to find the issue even on the 2nd time and even with the problem caught on video. They basically said the video is useless to them and if they cant replicate the problem they wont fix it. In addition, I got my car back with my items that was stored inside my compartments thrown on the ground (my glasses, personal items)- werent put back and my money stolen from my middle console. This was a disappointment all in all and very frustrating to have this happen!

Been sitting in my car at the service center appointments line since 9:10... My appointment was set for 9:15... It is currently 10:00 and still sitting in my car, waiting to be checked in. First time here and most definitely the last time... If it takes this long (almost an hour) to check a car in? I cant imagine how long it will take to get my car into a bay and worked on... An oil change is not supposed to be an all day thing. Avoid this place... Im not a fan of Norm Reeves Honda either but at this point (I would say they are great compared to this) Ive never waited this long ever at any Honda dealership/service center ever.... If you are wondering... I left after waiting 50mins in line and was never checked in... Taking my car and business elsewhere. Honda World in Downey is really good a little far but at least theyre competent and able to manage appointments.

Horrible Service!!! I had an appointment on Monday at 10am, the car was check until 5pm. I was told I needed a part which would take 2 days to arrive once ordered. Tody Friday, I called for status on the part ordered and it has not arrived! 😒. No one notified me at all. I had to call. This is ridiculous 😒🙄 now they say it will arrive on Tuesday! Really? Terrible service. Very disappointed 😞😔😕😪😒😑😞😔😕😪

Let me start by saying, theyre not attentive with their customers. They didnt put the sticker for when you get an oil change, no car wash (which other times i have received one).Before I left the dealership, the advisor told me what the car needed, he told me that my car had a recall on breaks, something about the battery, etc etc. And that my front two tires needed a little bit of more air ........ in my head Im like then why cant you just put that LITTLE BIT OF MORE AIR in my tires?? . Come on!! LolA battery its literally almost $200 plus tax.. And diagnostics is $139 plus tax.I left when it was done.Went straight to another dealership!! And let me tell you!!!!!! I got a battery for a way better price, free air in my tires and a free carwash!!!!No more carson Honda for me !! Ill rather go to another Honda Dealership

The oil change was great! However the service person that took the car was extremely rude! Don’t have his name as he didn’t give to me. It was extremely unprofessional! We usually had Javier, unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore.
