Thomas the Manager was very welcoming and attentive to my situation. I was on a very important time constraint and he did everything in his power to make sure I kept my appointment. My Pastor and I were very appreciative of his consideration and ability to help us. I would hope that everyone needing tire service would stop at this Just Tires store in Carson for the best service on the West Coast.

For the past 6 years, I have experienced the best customer service from Mr. Thomas Mills and crew. They have treated me as though I am family and thats what is needed in public service. I am happy every time I bring my car in to be serviced. This is a phenomenal team and I will always recruit new customers to this Goodyear Family here in Carson. Would have rated 5 stars because the customer service was great. I got all new tires and a thick greasy looking stuff was left on all tires. I admit my car was dirty but at the very least the stuff should have been wiped off. Other than that, I’ll be going back and would recommend it to others.

The guys here are among the best Ive seen. I always know my car is in good hands. They get me in and out quickly and the workers always seem highly motivated and professional. Whenever Im in town and I need any maintenance done to my car I take it out here.

Horrible service. I went to get my wheel aligned after getting new tires and they left my steering wheel had to go back and get it fixed. The second time I went my steering wheel was better but then after heading home my car would pull sideways when driving. I went to another place the following day what took then 3 hours to do it took the other place 30 minutes and left it perfect. I wouldnt go there at all.

I absolutely love Just Tires. Their service is amazing. I have been taking my cars here for many years. The attendants are friendly and reassuring. I feel safe knowing my car is in good hands.

Thomas is the best! His customer service skills go above and beyond. The sitting area and the shop are always clean and smells really good for a automotive shop. I’m not really one to use restrooms at car places, but when you have to go, you have to go. Believe me when I tell you that they have the most cleanest restrooms that I have ever been in. If I ever need work done on my car again I would without a doubt bring it to the Just Tires, located on Dominguez St. in the city of Carson. I can honestly say this is one place I would spread word about.

I came here needing tires and was helped by Thomas (I believe his a manager?) He went above and beyond my expectations and I left happy with my service. This isnt even my local store, but will make the drive out to this one moving forward because of the excellent service I was provided.

This could not have been a easier or more joyful experience. On a Friday I called Just Tires and spoke to Blake who gave me an estimate for my 2 back BMW tires. I got to this location at 4:30 PM and Thomas helped me out, was beyond friendly and told me he could put the new tires on in under an hour. I walked next door to Starbucks and by the time I finished my drink my car was ready to drive off in under an hour. Just an awesome, easy and enjoyable experience!

Went to get a quote on tires for my work truck and the manager was yelling and cursing at one of his employees about tools... very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I love just tires. They take good care of me. Their follow up is awesome. And their customer service is even better. I normally use the one on Sepulveda off of Madrona in the city of Torrance but I was looking for a specific tire and they located 1 at their other location and arrange for me to go over there and have it done. Now how wonderful is that . That Jeff goes above and beyond

Blake was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some new tires that I badly needed. He was very patient and took the time to explain all the options. No pressure.Staff took care of my car, as far as I could tell. They wrapped the seat in plastic and wore gloves when they got in / drove it - made me feel better during this whole virus situation (and I hate when I get work done and the car has oil/dirt streaks inside - not here!).Waiting area was set up for distancing and had sanitizer readily available.A set of four tires and alignment... I left about $800 poorer. It took maybe three hours. Tires feel great though.

Ok, let me start by saying I am a VERY detailed orient person, so this review is about one thing that is very IMPORTANT the balancing of your wheels. I understand the technology of match mount balancing, balancing beads, dynamic and static. Bought a used car WAS NOT SHAKING, re- balanced tires, two tires required no weights, one .25 and the other .25, .50 now the car feels glue the the highway that NEW CAR ROLL. Whoever replaced there balancing machine got it RIGHT. Highly recommend you have your tires balanced at Just Tires in Carson for PREFECTION.

Always a pleasant experience. Thomas and his staff are great people. They make you feel very welcome. They are honest people who strive to help you and your vehicle. Ive been coming here for a while and this is a place I highly recommend. There may be a wait time, but it is worth it to me.

Super slow service. Give you self extra time on top of the time they tell you. Not sure how they determine which vehicle they service first. I had three cars in front of mine and 5-6 cars left the bay before they even started to work on my flat. It took the employee 20min to place the plug in and mount the time. In the end the job was done and I was able to drive off. Probably went go back unless it is the last option.

The tow truck dropped me, my daughter, and my car off 40 minutes before closing, and I could see that the mechanics were already working on three cars. I feared that I would need to find a ride home, but Tony stayed after hours to replace my tire and help me get my daughter home. Tony was an absolute gentleman.

Horrible service! I came in at 9:00 and was given an estimate on 1 hour for an oil change and an alignment. An hour and a half later, my car was not ready, I was given an estimate of 15 more minutes to “finish up”. So I sat and patiently waited while other people came and left. Finally, I get up to ask again about my car and all of a sudden ”it’s ready” because I was sitting waiting quietly, he checked other people out while my paperwork sat on the counter! When I tell the representative that I’m not pleased....he tells me that other people had “appointments”. This was the first time I’m hearing of people having appointments. If there were appointments scheduled, then why did he give me an estimate of 1 hour? I wouldn’t have left my car if the wait was 2 hours! In all, It took a total of 2 hrs 30 mins for an oil change and an alignment! Outrageous! I will not be returning to this location.

I got a good price for a pair of new tires, but the service was very slow. I saw that my car had the new tires, and was parked. I wandered by the office to mention that my car was done. Only then did I get to pay the bill, and leave.

I needed a tire in a hurry and had tried at a few other shops prior to landing here. Nobody else had or could get it today. But Thomas from just tires told me that he got me covered. I asked for an ETA and he completed it quicker than he qouted me. Also they had a lower price for the same tires sold around the area.the staff was professional and friendly. They also have a vending machine that has Arizona ice tea and red bull in it. Awesome. I definitely will be coming back as again anytime I have any issue with my tires or wheels. 5 stars all the way all day.

They had the tires I was looking for and competitive prices. Coffee was good and kept me updated without nickel and diming me too much. Told me at about the rebate for my tires and explained carefully how to get it.

Overall I had a good experience at Just Tires. The representative Thomas Mills was very helpful when I went in for a diagnosis on my check engine light. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general and he didnt just hand me a quote and send me on my way. He let me know what I needed And why. I was very satisfied with his expertise and the entire experience!

Trash service waited 2 hours gor a oil change an it wasnt even that busy.

Had my fleet car brought here after two flats at one time. Bryan the manager stayed late to take care of me. There were also a few issues unrelated to Just Tires. These guys went above and beyond to get me fixed up and on my way. Cant thank them enough. Ill be back when I need tire service again.

Im a frequent customer at other locations in socal.this by far has been the worst experience ever . One car in front of me and i was told 35 45 minutes..it took 2 hours and 25 minutes, when i looked outside i see the mechanics looking at their phones. Ill be er ever come back

I’m so unpleased with the service that I received!! First they did a rush job on fixing my tires before they closed. And I have a luxury SUV, the technician put my spare tire in my trunk instead of putting it under my car! And when I left they said that they only did that because the couldn’t find MY jack. Which they had my keys and access to everything in my car at the time and I’ve never had s flat since I bought the car.Then a week later my car tells me that the same tire was flat and the representative claims that it was the front tire not the same tire and that my car wasn’t programmed correctly! I do not believe it!! They were the only company the did anything with my tire. So they incorrectly programmed my car if anything!!! I’m so done with them!! Never again!!

No late appts or drive ins. Said they were short handed but all I saw was someone sweeping the floor. No solution to my so I drove down the street to another tire store and they ordered what I needed ASAP.

Staff is super friendly not the management Thomas the only thing he does is add fuel to the fire. I came in just to get struts. And ended up paying 800 dollars for a under average job. On top of this he hangs up in my face only because I asked him for the number to corporate.

They gave us a free tire pressure check and they look like a pretty good service place! I would try it but I didnt actually get anything done for my tires there.

Came here to get an alignment ended up leaving with 2 new censors. I told the guy those sensors were not on when i came but he pretty much told me that was a lie. You come to get all small problem fixed and end up dealing with all these idiots trying to milk the money out of you.

Horrible service. I called before I go, he says it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes for oil change. When I drove up there, the waiting time changes to 3 hours or more.

Thought I had a slow leak...didnt and they checked each tire just to be on the safe side...for free!

They are a little slow, but nice when they get to you.
