So excited to find this branch getting ready to close for the night.no more shipping through the USPS. They have been nothing but helpful during my shipping fiasco and wonβt hesitate using them again!! They are very professional and answered my questions without looking annoyed. This is the best staff that this store has had in YEARS! They are verypolite and they keep the store nice and clean. I have been a box holder for a long time and they seem to care about their clients. I would recommendthis UPS to all my friends and family. Amazon returns are so easy.
Im now happy with this store but it didnt begin that way and Im not sure why they changed their mailbox contracts over a one month period. But its better now.Ive been a UPS Store mailbox holder for well over eight years but when I moved to Nevada from CA at the beginning of October I needed to get a new UPS Store mailbox. When I came to this store for the mailbox I was given contract forms that were ridiculously complex and had so many extra charges and stipulations that I seriously thought about passing on this location. They had extra charges for package holding beyond five days and various other charges, and it seemed like a money grab. I was only going to go month to month due to the crazy extra charges in those contracts. Luckily I didnt have a Nevada drivers license yet and could not open the mailbox at that time.Fast forward one month later. I now have a Nevada drivers license and went back in to review the contracts again. This time I was presented with a single contract that had all the previous nickel and dime extra charges zeroed out and no additional package holding/forwarding contract. This is what I was use to with my previous UPS Store experiences. As a result I decided to go ahead and sign on for a full year of service.Im not sure what changed over that month or if it was just a miscommunication due to new employees or new processes but its okay now.
Everytime I come inside the store all the associates are friendly and know what theyβre doing. They take care of customers in a timely manner. Thank you to Matthew for always being helpful, and making sure that my shipments are sent out, and arrived on time!
I have been in twice since I moved to town. Everyone including the owner is always friendly and helpful and my stuff gets sent off and arrives as its supposed to. Good customer service and getting the job done sounds simple.

This place has gone down hill the past year I thought they finally improved but then they brought in new staff early last year and it is so bad. I was waiting for 25 minutes for the only person there to come out of the restroom no sign put up or anything. Other customers were coming in behind me and some people just up and left and I dont blame them I wouldve too of Amazon had given me another option. Trust me go to another location for you Amazon returns and any other services. When the girl came from the back she didnt say anything to anyone greet anyone no sense of customer service whatsoever. Just plain rude I would never trust someone that way to be sending my items the correct way or at the best price with that type of attitude. Go somewhere else

Brandon did a great job! He did my notary added in what was missing made me some copies, faxed and sent it next day delivery. Now I can auction off my items.Highly recommend everything can be done here!

The lady that works in this store is just flat rude. Not only did she humiliate her co-worker in front of customers but she just cost her store my business from now on and anyone else that would ask me! Try being nice and helpful lady, it might get you a long way!

I avoid this UPS store, I let friends and family know not to come here. Why? Because Ive had BAD customer service here more than once this year, recently my daughter needed me to ship a package for her, it was the end of the day so this was my only option. I got to the store and it was very busy with only one worker, Brandon. I was greeted right away and he said ill be with you momentarily. Very considerate to all of us waiting in line and greeted everyone who entered, helping everyone in front of me quickly & professionally. He was helpful and answered all my questions making the process easy. This is a complete turn around, myself, family, friends will now be using this UPS store seeing that the new staff has turned it around.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The two women in there have no idea what they are doing and are taking it out on customers. When I asked to speak to a manager they stated the store did not have one!?
Walked in and the personal at the front counter didnt even acknowledge my presence. Just plain out ignored me. I said Hello, how are you? No answer... I said I have a drop off, and still no answer. Wasnt even able to get a receipt. Horrible.

Total incompetence. My 90 yr old father in law was wamboozled by this corrupt group of thieves, who shipped a 15 lb vase with 20 cents of bubble wrap and some shipping tape in a 1/2 filled cardboard box. Thay took advantage of him, lowering the amount of insurance he wanted and guaranteeing him that it was shipped proper and would arrive in perfect condition. I wouldnβt trust these folks with an envelope, much less anything valuable. Now they are making us jump through hoops on a petty claim. STAY AWAY from this business. Train wreck.
UPDATE- Iam amending this Reviewand adding 2 more Stars. This UPS Store read this Review & took corrective action, this speaks to their seriousness regarding Customer Reviews. While my Review is NOT ALONE in nearly same issues, the Store reached out and informed me corrective action has been taken. Im satisfied at this point, thus Im also deleting other aspects of my Review that were met to assure the correct employee was identified, but upon reflection may be taken as insensitive, which was NOT the intent. END of Update Iv used UPS & UPS Stores & their mail box services in several states for years. This Store has had serious issues with performance, professionalism & customer service. They have lost my packages, Ive had to tell them that they have packages for me to pick up i.e no NOTICE in my box. Today was the worst, the employee was barring offensive Rap music and was disinterested in her job. I had a delivery confirmation for a package for my daughter delivered to them the day prior. This employed made no honest attempt to locate my package, was disinterested and accused the USPS of posting the delivery fraudulently. This is laughable given so many times this UPS Store has lost my items previously. The employees Correction- at least ONE does, who reached out within 48 hours of this Review being posted- here do not take their job seriously nor understand the concepts of integrity, professionalism and customer service.The Owner of this franchise is ultimately responsible and must do better by their fustcustoAND employees via effective training.

Wanted to set-up a mail box prior to my move across country. They do not respond to emails and never answered the phone despite numerous attempts. Do they even exist?
Have shipped several items from here over the years. Employees have always been helpful and courteous. I always pack my own items and have never had a problem.

This store has the WORSE customer service ever. I send 10-20 packages a week. I sent 1 that was insured for $400. When it arrived to my customers house the corner was cracked. I did a claim and they said my box wasnt good enough. #1 if the box wasnt good enough, the girl didnt mind taking my insurance money and not telling me. #2 The product inside was Carbon Fiber (right under Kevlar, which bulletproof vest are made out of). #3 It only weighed 4.5 lbs on the UPS scale. You would have to throw this package really hard in order to crack the corner. I got the run around for 3 weeks by their manager at the store, then I got the run around from the owner of the store, Eisha, who doesnt ever call you back or even show up at her own store. This store is a joke, its ran by people who do not care one bit about you or your package and the owner Eisha makes up excuses once you do talk to her then she ignores you the rest of the time. Now I drive across town to use the other UPS store.
Counter person ignored that we were next in line and helped customer who walked with package. When she did help us she was very rude. Will not go there again.

I highly recommend it. I lost my ipad in a hotel at Minden, NV. This was the nearest UPS. So I called them. Their service was very good. They helped me to pick it up and called me to confirm when they shipped it to me. Very fast and very good
This place sucks! nathan grabbed my packages and assumed rather than ask how I wanted them shipped, etc.. He wanted to send them the most expensive way. Really bad attitude. Too bad I live so close and ship 5-10 boxes a week! I will be happy to drive across town and ship my stuff some where else.
This location on Topsy Lane no longer accepts packing materials to recycle them.
Worst service with outrages prices, rather drive across town then step foot back in that store

I called and asked what size box they had for some items I was shipping. They told me a size which would fit well. I drive there, and it turns out they dont have any in stock....thanks for checking...
Sneaky and over-priced. I just went in to buy a box for a prepaid return and ended up getting charge $13 for service I did not ask for. Beware.
Rude & over priced. These stores are individually owned and they want to get rich quick.
Showed up 5 minutes before they closed. As my wife and I were getting things we needed shipped out of the car, one of the employees saw us and hurried to the door and locked it. We live an hour away and had to send out Christmas gifts before we left for my in laws. Will never try to use this location again.
