I love places like postal annex, that are owned by an individual and not a big corporation. The owner is extremely helpful and always does right by me even at his cost. I drive 25 miles to give him business rather than going to Fedex. I recommend postal annex to all my friends.

Usually dislike to review negatively..however..Postal annex should not be used for DHL International shipments, until staff & owner become more knowledgeable about their policies, and can more effectively and specifically advise customers of all aspects of Custom Tax payment limitations. My parcels were destroyed while on hold, by DHL, since Tax payment could not be paid from US, as was suggested by Annex personnel.

Our company needed an emergency rush job done and these guys really came through for us. Owner and his staff (who originally had the night off) went out of their way to get out job done and stayed goes after closing to make it happen. Friendly, too!!! Thank you for keeping customer service alive in a time when it is so hard to come by!

Be aware that they charge an extra 10 cents per postage stamp, so when buying a roll of stamps you are paying $10.00 more than the post office or Costco charges ($65 as opposed to the REAL cost of $55). They DO NOT disclose the extra charge when you request to purchase them. I didnt discover the additional cost until I got home. When I called they said its a convenience charge. Wont be doing business with them anymore.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I paid a lot of money to ship 2nd day some live koi to my mother for her birthday. They did not arrive. When I contacted the owner he was very rude and argumentative. He refused to accept any kind of responsibility. I will never go there again

I went to Postal Annex after trying to return my Amazon order through both the post office and fed ex with no luck. James was perplexed by the shipping label like the previous people were, but made it his mission to help me get my package shipped back to the seller. Unlike the people at the post office and fed ex, he was able to get the job done! I will continue to use the Postal Annex in Carson for all my shipping needs as they have superb customer service. The owner, James Musgrove, really cares about his customers. It was a pleasure to visit his store - and this is certainly the first time I have ever thought about shipping things as being a pleasurable experience!

I emailed in a vintage photo from Lake Tahoe to get printed. When I arrived they had photo-shopped it and it looked a hundred times better. I was very impressed with it and bought 4-more copies.

Watch out these people are scammers - I have seen first hand the lies and have damaged property and not paid for the repairs.

Stopped in to drop off a UPS package and snag a passport photo. Looks like theyve got a lot of stuff here- printing, shipping, supplies, obviously, passport photos, even post office boxes. A welcome addition to our neighborhood.
