Shane is the best! He went above and beyond to accommodate my storage experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsible. You can feel confident using this storage facility. The location of this storage facility is very convenient and the storage units are easily accessible. I give it a 10 out of 10!

Shane and Mary made the entire process as smooth as it could be, and especially having the option to do everything online and contactless. My belongings are safely stored there with cameras at every angle and an access code for the gate. I really like that they live on-site and/or nearby as well. They are both lovely and easy to communicate with.

I wrote a stellar review in January, and now that I am moving out in June, I would like to add to that review. I really appreciated the automatic billing system; it made everything so easy. Shane helped me very much with getting into my storage unit, including a ride to it in his buggy, lol. Very pleasant and easy experience. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need temporary or long term storage again.

Filling out the on-line form was very easy. The staff responded very quickly with a confirmed price and which unit I would have. I appreciate that I very quickly got a code and that the lock and paperwork were easily available in the unit assigned so that I could move in the very next day without having to go to the office. Nice clean place I had checked with other storage places in the area and either they were very rude and acted like they could not be bothered or you had to call and leave a message that never got returned. I talked to Mary set up my unit The whole process took less the a half hour. She was very helpful and friendly and knew what she was doing. Cant go wrong here..

Ive been a renter for almost a decade and have been extremely happy with this storage. They have large units available and also covered parking for all types of vehicles. Access is very easy with a keypad code for entry and exit. Shane and Mary run the location and are absolutely fantastic individuals who give the extra effort to make sure you are well taken care of.

Definitely 4 stars only because of no climate control. But we cant have everything, can we?

Ease of use. It was nearly midnight when I first moved into the unit.They had an electronic kiosk, like an ATM so I could sign the agreement and get the gate code.And Ive had absolutely no problems over the last four years.

From the first phone call to shutting the door on my belongings I felt safe with Mary Wininger in charge. After speaking with Mary, I checked other places in Carson City and then chose Cubesmart. And Im very happy I did. Mary lives on site. There is an electric gate. Plenty of room to drive my car right up to my unit. Sheetrocked interior and very dry. Mary mentioned that near the door some rain might leak in so I stored back a bit. Everything is clear and organized and the website is easy, too. When I emailed my renters insurance it was taken care of immediately. Thank you!
