As most supercenters this is a huge store. The shelves are well-stocked snd the isles are clean and clear. When you can find a store employee they’re friendly and helpful. It’s getting to be typical with Walmart they only had two registers open so they can push you to use scan and go. Which irritates me because I don’t work there and I’m not a checker. That’s why I only give it two Starr’s

They seem to have good product availability but self check out only has one register that can take cash and only 6 avaliable registers total with about 4-6 down and only one front register open during a busy shopping time.

Some of the prices are much higher than other stores. A bottle of sesame oil also rang up twice as much than advertised. I wonder how many people dont pay attention and just pay it. I also wonder how much is by accident and how much is intentional. Hmm...

MIKAYLA THE CASHIER WHO WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT WAS SO SWEET AND AMAZING. SHE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO REFRESHING. THANKS MIKAYLA. HER MANAGERS REFUSED TO COME OVER AND HELP HER BUT SHE STILL WAS ABLE TO HELP US OUT. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SERVICE. STAY AMAZING MIKAYLA.

The office guy there is pretty cool. Maids need to pay more attention to the mirrors.. But clan and quite. And for the price cant go wrong..

Sometimes I question the security. Customers ahould feel safe not stalked. I had people follow me here in the past in a stalker kind of way. I left and came back once I got rid of them. Had them on Dash Cam at one point. I ended up reaching out to the sheriff they were terrible in terms of help. Anyways back to the store tho. Their selection of watches are in a sorry state. I know watches are outdated and all but you would be surprised. People still wear them they are convenient. Finding music cds in the store is a bad choice as well. The speaker selection like accessories and playstation or xbox stuff is lackluster as well. Book selection is so so. The Gardening section isnt that great either. They look like they are hurting for business. Cant keep using COVID-19 as an excuse for everything it hurts the chain it hurts the community although that isnt always a bad thing either many deserve it.

I found new sunglasses, a wind jacket, and groceries! I liked the frozen TGIF Honey BBQ chicken nuggets a lot. I thought their grocery prices were a little high, but I just got here, so I dont know what the other grocery stores are charging, yet.

Talked to scott. Yeah helpful. Better than last time I was there. Good customer service with him. Ive worked with people for 34 yes. And I know how people can be. Keep him. Did me good.

Shelves are not stocked, 2 or 3 cashiers working, do they need to hire more people? I HATE being my own cashier and then waiting for someone to approve my purchase!! Maybe other consumers have decided its better to go to Safeway! Thats where Im going from now on!

I usually have a fine experience here, and this time wasnt BAD per se... but the womens dept was pretty disheveled and when my friend asked one of the ladies near the fitting room where the shoe section was, the lady replied Over THERE, where it says SHOES (Said in a snarky tone).Self checkout was quick and easy, even though I had to get help because the dress I found was the only one in the right size and it didnt have a tag.

I was there in the morning and I’m glad it was not busy. I realized they do not have checkout workers anymore! Every lane I saw was a self check out! I think it’s pretty cool because I always use self checkout when I see it available. They have lots of fun treats for your pets, that’s what I was shopping for. I got some items for my cat and bird, and seemed like decent prices. It’s good I like it.

The good... food is cheaper in NV then California.The bad... had a very hard time finding non Teflon pans/pots. 99% of the cookware is Teflon.

I know Walmart wont lose any sleep over me saying that I will never shop here. They have everything in the makeup dept locked up! I understand theft is a big problem at that store and it would be all good having things locked up but at least have an associate working in that department! I refuse to go hunt down an Walmart employer only for them to tell me they dont have the keys I need to unlock the items I need😡🤬So I just wont shop here problem solved! 👍🏻

Wallywrld is definitely an exsperiance to behold... by that I mean you never know what might happen when you go. Last time I went I met a tall clown who juggled oranges and then hand fed the slices to me. He was a cool guy. I recommend coming here just for the exciting surprises!

Don’t bother to get your COVID shot here OR fill out the online form! They are more interested in getting out of work then serving customers! I’d recommend CVS or any other place instead of this one!

Out of the two Wallys in town. This one has lil ceasars.....and booze!!! They actually have a fantastic whiskey selection!! On this trip I bought teeth whitening kit. Worth every penny and a great price!

Honestly, WalMart had never been my favorite retail store after a couple of bad experiences in their California stores, but while in Carson City, I needed a few items that they carry, so I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the organization and hugh selection of almost every item imaginable needed from personal goods, home essentials, groceries with fresh produce with high quality options. Even each clerk I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

1. I love the pharmacy here. They always seem to be very friendly and helpful and they are very knowledgeable.2. The store employees, most of them that I come in contact with are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you.3. However, this Walmart always seems to look disorganized and low on certain items....which always seems to be the items that I need. This is not anything new, this goes back even prior to the start of Covid-19. 🙄4. This Walmart is located on Grant Ave. which is a street off Hwy 395. This makes it very convenient if you are from out of town traveling through this area. 🧳🚛 🚗

Some good products!Recently they started selling power bank (Portable Phone Chargers) at the front of the store,Cheap and reliable everyone must have one!Most of the Prices are fair but recommend the 99 cent only store for dairy shopping and coffee creamers.

We headed were in Tahoe when a snow storm hit and I wanted new tires on our 4 wheel drive to be safe. After a little internet searching, I found the tires I wanted here for $300 less than anywhere else.I made an appointment for 10am at the tire center the next day. When we arrived it was super busy. But the gal at the counter with one leg was super efficient, nice, and a really hard worker. I wondered if she was a wounded vet, but didn’t want to ask.Anyway, they had our new BF Goodrich ATS tires on the Suburban in an hour for $450 after the Black Friday deals!! I was sure to brag about the sick deal I got when I got back to the cabin.My wife and I picked up some gifts for the family while we waited and walked to the Starbucks across the parking lot.

It is the best Walmart in N NV. Everyone is helpful and very pleasant.

Always long lines to check out. Doesnt matter the day or the time. Selection is minimal. Usually dont have what I am looking for. Close to home so whatever. Probably the worst walmart Ive been too. They need more checkers for sure. Its a 30 minute wait at minimum every time to check out. And they only have 1 self checkout area not 2 like most

You know we have all had our bad experience’s . I sure have with Walmart but today thankfully Michael (manager) was able to go the extra mile an help me over the phone with a difficult refund. Even the associate who originally helped me was very helpful . I appreciate it greatly that they took the time to be polite an helpful. So thank you again Michael an your team !

Employees not happy and you get harassed when you go to leave. Prices are a sham unless something is on clearance. I would recommend shopping online at Amazon if you can wait a few days.

Recently I think twice about going there since they dont seem to do anything towards enforcement of the mask policy posted at their door. It started as a few individuals either improperly wearing one to not wearing one altogether throughout the store.

There always out of stock and then rhe always have things blocked with pallets in front of things you need. I am handicapped and use a motorized cart which is very hard to get around when its like that. Customer service is terrible also most of the time along with you male greeters that have I dont care that they gave 3 carts sitting there not plugged in and are dead and you literally have to walk to the other end of the store and hope theres one there.

Its Walmart. Did you expect me to leave anything but a one star rating?!They are always too crowded, never have the item you need in stock and treat their employees about as well as restaurant owmers treat the rats in their kitchen.Shop somewhere else (Costco, Smiths, Savemart, Trader Joes, etc.) whenever possible.Avoid at all costs.

I was able to find the smoothie machine I had been looking for. Thankfully it was the last one on the shelf however it had been opened. I spoke to a gal named Alisha, and she informed me she would discount the price for me!!!! I am so happy, looking forward to making fabulous things from my Ninja Foodi smoothie machine!!!! This walmart seems so much more open and organized than the other walmart in town. Like the garden center here.

While the prices are great, it was very hard to get around the store with my disability. There were boxes and carts blocking several aisles.

Been waiting here at the electronics/photo. Had two associate asked me if I need help and I said yes and they said that they would find somebody. Twice an announcement was made over a space of 10 minutes. Was finally helped by “Pita” 5 min later. making it 15 min. Thank you Pita. Please train your associates to take care of your customers better thank you.

What can I say Its a Walmart

Its bad enough that they lock the south doors between 7pm and 8pm but, I went tonight around 7ish to return something and was told the customer service desk is closed because they dont have enough people. Thats the same excuse they gave me awhile back when I complained about them locking the south entrance so early. Heres a thought, try treating your employees better and maybe they wont keep leaving. Im really starting to hate this store location.

TL;DR Unhelpful, oblivious staff. Entire clothing section completely NOT disablility friendly. But afterall, its Wal-Mart. I guess the you get what you pay for cliché holds more water than Ive given it credit for.Man, was I IRRITATED at the Topsy Ln Wal-Mart last week. The store is being remodeled for something. I spent the better part of 2 hours trying to navigate in the motorized cart trying to find ANYTHING in adult womens sizes that wasnt denim pants.The clothing racks were so crammed together I often had to ram them out of the way or get out of the cart on my crutches to go look for something (which is not fun, nor easy - only frustrating and painful - when youve just had a major knee surgery). I was just trying to find a pair or 2 of athletic shorts for physical therapy. Easy, right? Wrong. It was like the worst go kart experience Ive ever had.... Oh wait, this is about Wal-Mart....So I find a sales associate to help me, or so I thought. And our exchange goes like this:Can you possibly tell me where the womens athletic clothing has been moved to please, its hard to navigate and the cart isnt fitting through many of the racks?Your guess is as good as mine, they change the store layout every night. Youll just have to get up and walk around to look for stuff.I point to my crutches like, Im in the motor cart for a reason right now. I tell her Thanks for the help, I guess... And I zip away in the motor cart.I left empty handed except for some face masks and a sweatshirt - neither of which I came to buy.Thanks for reading my rambling review. I mostly just wrote it to vent about how much I dislike the Topsy Ln Wal-Mart.

Messy. Lack of staff. Nothing stocked on shelves in several areas. Only 2 lanes for checkout with at least 10 carts in each line. The cashier was friendly and efficient however.

Walmart is a good place and I love the little ceasers crazy bread. Also Ive never tried it but on Thursday the hot dogs are 48 cents with a purchase of something else. Also the candy choices are amazing. I hope you have a good time there!

I have been to many walmarts between many many states. But i do have to say this one is by far the best I love the friendliness of employees there but 1 he was really rude about me getting a mask at the door but he aint going to get to me and me change which store i go to. Shout Out to Aveo, Jesse, and Nicole. You three are always a pleasure to say hi and talk to.

I found a fair amount of what I needed, but the store was is total disarray in order to make room for the incoming Christmas season. I needed fall and Halloween decor and crafting items. There was no seasonal ribbon to be found and very little crafting items. Im not the only one who has noticed the increase in prices since March 2020. They are right up there with the higher end grocery stores, and craft stores, yet their quality has remained static.

I discovered way too late that my Christmas tree had been thrown away. I rushed to the store. I was looking at some display trees at the Topsy Ln. Walmart, trying to figure out how I can afford a tree this Christmas while a door alarm that was pressed by a kid was going off.A manager and a young lady moving a sky jack asked me what I was doing and if the sounds were annoying. I told him what I was doing and he pointed at the most expensive tree and said how bout that one for 5 bucks. I told him he was joking, and that it was a $250 tree. He called the front check out lady on is walkie talkie and told them a customer was coming to the front with a 5 dollar display tree. I was so shocked that all I could say was thank you!I packed the tree up in the basket and composed myself so that I could hold back the tears while walking to the check-out line.I wasnt able to get the gentlemans name, but that man saved my Christmas.He gave me a few gift under the tree, and a nice dinner for tomorrows dinner. But most importantly, he gave me a $5 tree that I will pass down in my family with the story of a kind person who gave my family a wonderful gift, which I shall treasure forever, and Ill keep the receipt to prove it.

This is the closest Walmart to me and it is about an hour + away. I was there 2 days in a row and shelves were empty. The same shelves both days. With all the new comers to the area you would think stores would have adjusted by now. This has been going on since March

I can never find any sports cards or Pokemon products. Would like to see Walmart put limits or secure access for monitoring of how many one customer can purchase.

Seems like Walmart have more people standing at the door checking people are not stealing then working on the checkouts. For a company with so much money you would only hope they could hire more staff. I feel for the few people that are one the checkouts as they constantly have a long line. This is the worst store ever and I only go in if I really need to.

Too many accessories in shoe department were not available such as liners, polish, shoehorn, laces, etc.

Fine except for the many aisles plugged with pallets of boxes that constrict the smooth flow between departments. Cant help but wonder if theyre a safety hazard if there was an emergency. I assume this will change after the holiday season.

So it was a very busy experience an I feel that the employees assisted me too the best of there ability for how busy it was.

Always find what Im looking for plus they have a good supply of Starbucks iced coffee drinks

The customer service was horrible on Sunday went to purchase a grill had to ask worker 3 times to help us find out prices nothing was marked than Monday no carts ask a worker if he could get me one he said no go outside and get one I have to get back to work so I would say customer service is out the window I wont be returning to that walmart the store manager needs to remember without customers your sales will go down the worker on Sunday said he had no scanner another employee did get the price I tried calling to let this manager no how poor his customer service was but no one answered the phone
