Got here at 8pm. The place was locked,lights on and no one inside, then a lady shows up to the counter. Doesnt open the doors. People stood at the door for a while until she decided to signal its closed. Sign on the door says the doors close at 10pm.

Food is good at the Deli but the service is horrible and who ever is running the Deli is undependable. They are supposed to close at 1:00 pm and by the time I get there at 12:30 they are closed. I dont recommend the Deli if you are trying to get lunch.

I went in Yesterday to get Gas. Little sign on the door saying Be Back in 5 minutes. Waited waited waited and called. No answer big line of people at that point some wanting to get gas. Called again the lady said Sorry Im not feeling well amd I dont feel comfortable calling anyone in. Yet the mini van parked in the vacuums by the car wash for two days.

This places so expensive for everything! The cashiers have one speed - SLOW! Which in turn means there’s always a line waiting for them! Then on top of it there’s no convenient parking for handicap. My DISABLED VETERAN boyfriend parked near the door to run in “real quick” which of course wasn’t quick, and for a lecture about where he parked. No concern whatsoever of the fact he even has handicapped plates. We will not be returning to this place. Too much money, too slow and rude customer service!

They post false advertising, they post a $2.99 gas price however its $3.15 at the pump, you have to pay for a car wash to get the special price but there is no mention of that posted anywhere. This is a slim ball move,.

The gas here is cheaper than anywhere I have found in Reno or Sparks. The restroom was clean and they had the normal plethora of snacks and beverages.

They have the Best Deli around!! Liz and the Crew do such a great job at keeping the store looking fantastic. Very Clean Restrooms!!!

This Shell has a full deli where the meat and cheese is sliced fresh daily, a great carwash (its not scary people) excellent employees and a CFN site

The gasoline here is extremely flammable and all the pumps operate properly

This is the worst car wash experience I have ever had! I would not recommend it if you have a large car scariest car wash experience EVER!
