Took my saw in for repair because it did not run. Got charged a half hour to be told it had an oil tank leak and was not worth repairing. I asked about the issue of not running and was told due to oil tank leaking they did not check to see if it would run. I took it in due to not running not a leaking oil tank (which had been leaking for years). These guys do not want to repair older saws just sell you a new, AVOID them.

Barry was super helpful in getting my snowblower. He gave me some free extra goodies with it, the run down on maintenance and he made sure it was safely loaded for the drive back to south lake.

Service is garbage here! Very unprofessional

Bobby the mechanic made my motors problem his problem! He diagnosed my ‘2007’ Honda BF 90 outboard issue quickly and competently attended to major carburetor issues. He also completely serviced my motor at a price that was fair and reasonable. In this case BOAT didn’t equate to “Break Out Another Thousand!”Thanks also to Kyle and Brian for your assistance.

These guys spent the time to track down and order the correct exhaust gasket for my defunct and hard to find parts for honda generator and were very courteous. Thank you!

We bought a Kabota tractor from them and thought we were doing a great thing,. The tractor had tremendous issues with the regen process. I called them numerous times and had to bring it in to get the computer rebooted. Ended up costing me $3500 because it never fixed it self. The tractor only had 400 hours they would not warranty it. Not to mention the numerous stories I got from their workers, by the way aren’t even certified to work on small engines let alone tractors. The customer service is lousy and it takes them forever to get anything done on your equipment...Would not recommend this store for fixing or buying anything.

The only reason you people never had a return is because you never take returns in the first place. Dont tell me that landscapers never brought their new equipment in because of a defective machine. Machines are mass produced and you expect me to belive you that the machine i bought for $322 is not defective. Im not going to buy a machine from this place or reno location again. Ill just go to Minden location (another dealer) and take my buisness their. Its not even 30 days on the machine and i only used it twice and i cant return.

This man is a chainsaw GOD!!!!! He got my little carver started in 20 minutes, explained to me what I would need to do in the future if I had the same problem and was very pleasant about the whole thing. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Great products, horrendous turnaround time for service. Not sure if the reno store is better but drive the extra miles to fallon or smith for renner or smith valley equipment. 5 full weeks and all that happened to my tractor was sun fade and rust from sitting outside, never looked at it. Renner in smith had it done in a week. The carson store appears to have one full time employee, who is helpful and knowledgeable, but they expect him to answer phones, do repairs and sell equipment. They have another part time mechanic, still not enough. Left a message for the owner/manager in reno, never heard back. Obviously they dont care.

Very slow service. Strongly not recommended.
